Sm extraction from a LiCl-KCl melt was carried out by forming alloys on various electrodes,including Al,Ni,Cu,and liquid Zn,and the electrochemical behaviors of the resultant metal products were investigated using different electrochemical *** Sm metal deposition via the conventional two-step reaction process was not noted on the inert electrode,underpotential deposition was observed on the reactive electrodes because of the latter's depolarization *** depolarization effects of the reactive electrodes on Sm showed the order Zn>Al>Ni>***-M(M=Al,Ni,Cu,Zn)alloys were deposited by galvanostatic and potentiostatic *** products were fully characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)-energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),and the stability of the obtained M-rich compounds was ***,the relationship between the electrode potential and type of Sm-M intermetallic compounds formed was assessed on the basis of the observed electrochemical properties and electrodeposits.

Metacomposites with negative permittivity usually possess huge dielectric loss,showing potential for micro-wave attenuation devices where huge heat would ***,carbon nanotube-carbon black/CaCu_(3-)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CNT-CB/CCTO)ternary metacomposites were fabricated by spark plasma *** CNT-CB dualphase filler was pre-pared through electrostatic selfassembly process in order to construct an effective 3-dimensional(3D)carbon network in CCTO *** percolation threshold of CNT-CB/CCTO composites was identified at filler content of 12.52 wt%which accompanied with an essential change of conduction *** negative permittivity was derived from low-frequency plasmonic state of the 3D carbon network,described by Drude *** problem of heat transport,generally occurring in negative permittivity materials,has been solved and optimized in obtained ternary metacomposites beneftting from the substantially high thermal conductivity(9.49-2.00 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))and diffusivity(2.74-1.22mm^(2)·s^(-1)).This work could spark significant development of practical application of metacomposites on novel electronic devices and electromagnetic apparatus.

2023年12月18日23:59在甘肃省积石山保安族东乡族撒拉族自治县发生6.2级地震,地震在青海省民和回族土族自治县中川乡金田及草滩村引发了一处滑坡-泥流灾害链事件.利用无人机摄影测量、激光雷达扫描和电阻率层析成像等技术,结合详细现场调查及访问对该灾害链事件展开勘查分析,发现地震诱发台塬面下饱水黄土层液化是本次灾害链的主要原因.该饱水黄土层的形成与区域长期的农业灌溉有关,冬季地下水出口被冻结导致的地下水位上涨增加了液化的可能性.黄河上游类似中川乡地质地貌条件的引水灌溉区域有很多,未来地震条件下发生区域液化滑坡-泥流灾害链的风险性极高.

Rare event search experiments are one of the most important topics in the field of fundamental physics,and high-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors with an ultralow radioactive background are frequently used for such ***,cosmogenic activation contaminates germanium crystals during transport and *** this study,we investigated the movable shielding containers of HPGe crystals using Geant4 and CRY Monte Carlo *** production rates of 68Ge,65Zn,60Co,55Fe,and 3H were obtained individually for different types of cosmic *** validity of the simulation was confirmed through a comparison with the available experimental *** on this simulation,we found that the interactions induced by neutrons contribute to approximately 90%of the production rate of cosmogenic *** addition,by adding an optimized shielding structure,the production rates of cosmogenic radionuclides are reduced by about one order of *** results show that it is feasible to use a shielding container to reduce the cosmogenic radioactivity produced during the transport and storage of high-purity germanium on the ground.

目的观察超声引导下颈部迷走神经阻滞(CVB)对眼心反射的预防效果。方法招募行巩膜后兜带术或眼球摘除术的患者86例,随机分为全麻组和复合麻醉组。2组患者入室后均进行常规全身麻醉诱导插管,复合麻醉组另采用1%利多卡因在超声引导下行右侧CVB。记录2组患者术中心率、血压、血氧饱和度、阿托品使用情况和手术操作情况;比较2组患者术后舒适度、声音嘶哑及神经阻滞相关并发症发生情况。结果与全麻组比较,复合麻醉组患者使用阿托品占比、暂停手术操作占比明显降低(P<0.05),眼心反射发生率、眼心反射发生级别明显降低(P<0.05);复合麻醉组患者声音嘶哑发生率高于全麻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复合麻醉组患者未发生神经阻滞相关并发症。结论超声引导下右侧CVB用于眼科手术能安全有效地抑制眼心反射的发生。

Modification of Nanocomposites by Melting Intercalation of Polypropylene in Montmorillonite

The polypropylene wax modified by ultraviolet irradiation. The polypropylene-montmorillonite nanocomposiles were prepared by direct melting intercalation oj polypropylene powders. The structure of polypropylene , the polyproprlene irradiated, montmorillinote and polypropylene-montmorillonite composites were studied by XRD, 1R and DSC. The results show that the PP molecules can are oxidized during ultraviolet irradiation , melt polypropylene can intercalate into montmorillonite layer. As a result, the layered distance ( d0.01) of montmorillonite increases, and the melt absorption peak of polypropylene in layer is eliminated.

目的探讨健康教育路径在恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中的应用。方法选取2021年4月至2023年3月四川省肿瘤医院普通内科收治的恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者216例,其中2021年4月至2022年3月入院患者100例作为对照组,2022年4月至2023年3月入院患者116例作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上联合健康教育路径表,使用糖尿病自我管理及障碍问卷(PDQ)进行测评与分析,比较两组患者入院及出院时的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重和两组患者入院、出院、出院后一个月时的自我管理行为。结果两组患者在出院及出院后一个月自我管理行为较入院时均有改善,干预组PDQ评分项目中的饮食知识与技能、膳食决策较对照组明显提高(P0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者在实施健康教育路径后取得较好的效果,明显提高了患者自我管理行为,对肿瘤患者治疗期间稳定体重有不可忽视的作用,是一项有效的干预方法,值得临床推广。

Objective The effects of interactions between genetic and environmental factors on the noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL)are still *** study aimed to assess interactions among gene polymorphisms,noise metrics,and lifestyles on the risk of *** A case-control study was conducted using 307 patients with NIHL and 307 matched healthy individuals from five manufacturing *** demographic data,lifestyle details,and noise exposure levels were *** Kompetitive allele-specific polymerase chain reaction(KASP)was used to analyze the genotypes of 18 *** GMDR model demonstrated a relevant interaction between NRN1 rs3805789 and CAT rs7943316(P=0.0107).Subjects with T allele of rs3805789 or T allele of rs7943316 had higher risks of NIHL than those with the SNP pair of rs3805789-CC and rs7943316-AA(P<0.05).There was an interaction among rs3805789,rs7943316,and kurtosis(P=0.0010).Subjects exposed to complex noise and carrying both rs3805789-CT and rs7943316-TT or rs3805789-CT/TT and rs7943316-AA had higher risks of NIHL than those exposed to steady noise and carrying both rs3805789-CC and rs7943316-AA(P<0.05).The best six-locus model involving NRN1 rs3805789,CAT rs7943316,smoking,video volume,physical exercise,and working pressure for the risk of NIHL was found to be the interaction(P=0.0010).An interaction was also found among smoking,video volume,physical exercise,working pressure,and kurtosis(P=0.0107).Conclusion Concurrence of NRN1 and CAT constitutes a genetic risk factor for *** noise exposure significantly increases the risk of NIHL in subjects with a high genetic risk *** between genes and lifestyles as well as noise metrics and lifestyles affect the risk of NIHL.

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） on the growth and invasion of human first trimester cytotrophoblasts in vitro.Methods Serum contained drug was collected from rats adiministered with herbs intragastricly. Serum collected from rats administered with saline was used as the control. Isolated from first trimester placental tissues, human cytotrophoblast cultured in media with 5%, 10%, 20% drug-containing serum for a 24 h, 48 h or 72 h period. Then cell morphology was measured by scanning electric microscope, cell viability by MTT assay, cell DNA content by flow cytomester, and cell invasion by transwell assay.Results After a 48 h- and 72 h-culture period in media with drug-containing rat serum, cytotrophoblast showed more and longer cell pseudopodia than control cells. In addition, cytotrophoblast exhibited more cell microvillous than control cells after a 72 h culture with drug-containing serum. Cell viability cultured with drug-containing serum was higher than control cells. Cells cultured with drug-containing serum in S phase were more, by contrast, in sub-G1 and G2/M phase were less than the control. Cells cultured with drug-containing serum for 72 h showed significantly greater invasive ability than control cells.Conclusion TCM had a beneficial role in the growth and invasion of human first trimester cytotrophoblast in vitro.

Effects of grain refinement on cast structure and tensile properties of superalloy K4169 at high pouring temperature

In order to improve the filling ability of large complex thin wall castings, the pouring temperature should be increased, but this will result in the grain coarsening. To overcome this problem, two kinds of grain refiners of Co-Fe-Nb and Cr-Fe-Nb ternary alloys, which contain high stability compound particles, were prepared. The effects of the refiners on the as-cast structures and tensile properties of the K4169 superalloy with different casting conditions were studied by analyzing specimens 110 mm long and 20 mm in *** showed that the mixture addition of the two refiners in the melt of K4169 can reduce the columnar grain region and decrease the equiaxed grain size greatly. After refinement, the amount of Laves phase decreases and its morphology changes from island to blocky structure. The carbides in the fine grain samples are fine and dispersive. Meanwhile, the porosity in specimens is decreased due to grain refinement. As a result, the yield strength, ultimate strength and the elongation of the specimens are increased. The grain refinement mechanisms are also discussed.
