Understanding how natural hybridization and polyploidizations originate in plants requires identifying potential diploid ***,cryptic plant species are widespread,particularly in Ceratopteris(Pteridaceae).Identifying Ceratopteris cryptic species with different polyploidy levels is a challenge because Ceratopteris *** high degrees of phenotypic ***,two new cryptic species of Ceratopteris,Ceratopteris chunii and Ceratopteris chingii,are described and *** analyses reveal that each of the new species form a well-supported *** and *** are similar to Ceratopteris gaudichaudii *** and ***,respectively,but distinct from their relatives in the stipe,basal pinna of the sterile leaf or subelliptic shape of the fertile leaf,as well as the spore *** addition,chromosome studies indicate that *** and *** are both *** findings will help us further understand the origin of Ceratopteris polyploids in Asia.

Owing to the ppb-level detection standard toward the toxic and harmful gas,the detection of trace gases has become an important subject in the field of indoor environment ***,the traditional resistive gas sensors hardly meet the requirement due to the weak signal generated by trace gas molecules that are difficult to ***,a visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor is proposed to endow the effective detection of trace formaldehyde(HCHO)gas without heating *** from the enhanced photocatalytic properties of TiO_(2)by Pd decoration,the visible-light-assisted Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor can detect the HCHO gas as low as80×10^(–9)at room *** successful preparation of nanoscale TiO_(2)sensing layer is facilitated by the ultrathin carbon nanotube interdigital electrode in the gas sensor,which avoids the discontinuity of the sensing layer caused by the excessive thickness of the traditional metal *** addition,the whole preparation process of the Pd/TiO_(2)gas sensor with carbon nanotube electrodes is compatible with mainstream CMOS fabrication technology,which is expected to realize the batch fabrication and micro-integrated application of gas *** is expected that our work can provide a new strategy for the batch preparation of high-performance trace HCHO gas sensors and their future applications in portable electronic devices such as smartphones.

Production logistics(PL)is considered as a critical factor that affects the efficiency and cost of production operations in discrete manufacturing *** effectively utilize manufacturing big data to improve PL efficiency and promote job shop floor economic benefits,this study proposes a PL trajectory analysis and optimization decision making method driven by a manufacturing task data chain(MTDC).First,the manufacturing task chain(MTC)is defined to characterize the discrete production process of a *** handle manufacturing big data,the MTC data paradigm is designed,and the MTDC is ***,the logistics trajectory model is presented,where the various types of logistics trajectories are extracted using the MTC as the search engine for the *** on this,a logistics efficiency evaluation indicator system is proposed to support the optimization decision making for the ***,a case study is applied to verify the proposed method,and the method determines the PL optimization decisions for PL efficiency without changing the layout and workshop equipment,which can assist managers in implementing the optimization decisions.

Regioregular poly(3-hexylthio)thiopene(P3HTT) has emerged tremendous potential in organic electronic applications due to the strong noncovalent interactions from the sulfur atom linked to thiophene. However, P3HTT generally exhibits low charge mobility mostly due to poor solution processability attributed to dense arrangement of hexylthio side chain in polymer, which led to strong noncovalent interactions among sulfur atoms. To balance the nonvalent interaction and aggregation for P3HTT, herein, we systematically study the effect of hexylthio side chain content in polymer backbone on the structure and properties. A series of regioregular P3HTT-based homopolymers(P3HTT, P3HTT-50,P3HTT-33 and P3HTT-25) were prepared via Kumada catalyst transfer polycondensation method from a set of mono-, bi-, ter-and quarterthiophenes containing different contents of hexylthio side chain. The DFT calculation shows the planarity of polymers backbone could be improved through reducing the density of hexylthio side chain in polymer mainchain. And significant changes in their crystallinity, aggregation and optical properties were observed with the content of hexylthio side chain reducing. The P3HTT-33 displayed the highest field-effect transistor hole mobility of 2.83×10^(-2) cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1) resulting from a balance between the crystallinity and planarity. This study demonstrates modulating the content of hexylthio side chain in P3HTT is an effective strategy to optimize the opto-electronic properties of polymer obtaining excellent semiconductor device performance.

Aging is an inevitable physiological process,often accompanied by age-related bone loss and subsequent bone-related diseases that pose serious health *** on skeletal diseases caused by aging in humans is challenging due to lengthy study durations,difficulties in sampling,regional variability,and substantial ***,mice are preferred for such studies due to their similar motor system structure and function to humans,ease of handling and care,low cost,and short generation *** this review,we present a comprehensive overview of the characteristics,limitations,applicability,bone phenotypes,and treatment methods in naturally aging mice and prematurely aging mouse models(including SAMP6,POLG mutant,LMNA,SIRT6,ZMPSTE24,TFAM,ERCC1,WERNER,and KL/KL-deficient mice).We also summarize the molecular mechanisms of these aging mouse models,including cellular DNA damage response,senescence-related secretory phenotype,telomere shortening,oxidative stress,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSC)abnormalities,and mitochondrial ***,this review aims to enhance our understanding of the pathogenesis of aging-related bone diseases.

Originating but free from chromosomal DNA,extrachromosomal circular DNAs(eccDNAs)are organized in circular form and have long been found in unicellular and multicellular *** biogenesis and function are poorly understood as they are characterized by sequence homology with linear DNA,for which few detection methods are *** advances in high-throughput sequencing technologies have revealed that eccDNAs play crucial roles in tumor formation,evolution,and drug resistance as well as aging,genomic diversity,and other biological processes,bringing it back to the research *** mechanisms of eccDNA formation have been proposed,including the breakage-fusion-bridge(BFB)and translocation-deletion-amplification *** tumors and disorders of embryonic and fetal development are major threats to human reproductive *** roles of eccDNAs in these pathological processes have been partially elucidated since the first discovery of eccDNA in pig sperm and the double minutes in ovarian cancer *** present review summarized the research history,biogenesis,and currently available detection and analytical methods for eccDNAs and clarified their functions in gynecologic tumors and *** also proposed the application of eccDNAs as drug targets and liquid biopsy markers for prenatal diagnosis and the early detection,prognosis,and treatment of gynecologic *** review lays theoretical foundations for future investigations into the complex regulatory networks of eccDNAs in vital physiological and pathological processes.

Vehicle emissions are one of the major sources of urban air pollution and are also called mobile source emissions. A large amount of gross vehicle emissions is generated by vehicles commuting between residential homes and the workplace. Homebuyers generally prefer to purchase residential houses that are relatively less expensive, albeit at the cost of relatively longer commuting times. Consumers usually consider additional travel time, fuel consumption, and other personally concerned factors, with less apprehension about the extra air pollution possibly generated. In cities with populations between 15,000 and 1,000,000, an increase of one additional minute of average commuting time is associated with a reduction of 1.9 dollars in housing price per square foot （p-value： 0.038）. To account for the generation of additional air pollution, this paper numerically characterizes factors related to air pollutants caused by additional travel time due to housing prices. Air pollutants such as CO, CO2, NO2, NO, NOx and SO2 as well as fuel consumption were estimated by MOVES （motor vehicle emissions simulator）. The results will be a useful reference to generate recommendations for more efficient reduction of mobile source air pollution in metropolitan areas through joint efforts by government, agencies, the public, and industry from multiple fields including environment protection, land use, housing markets, transportation management, and law enforcement.
