liquid metal(LM)and liquid metal alloys(LMs)possess unique physicochemical features,which have become emerging and functionalized materials that are attractive applicants in various ***,uniform LM nanodroplets armored by carbon dots(LMD@CDs)were prepared and exhibited high colloidal stability in various solvents,as well as *** optimization,LMD@CDs can be applied as functional additives for the 3D/4D printing of hydrogel and cross-linked resin through digital light processing(DLP).The light absorption of LMD@CDs not only improved the printing accuracy,but also led to the cross-linking density differential during the post-curing *** on the cross-linking density differential of soft hydrogel and photothermal performance of the LM,the 3D printed objects can exhibit stimulus responses to both water and laser ***,the CDs shell and LM core of LMD@CDs provide the printed objects interesting photoluminescence and electric conductivity capabilities,*** deduce this versatile 3D/4D printing system would provide a new platform for the preparation of multi-functional and stimuli-responsive advance materials.

Due to the dissimilarity among different producing layers,the influences of inter-layer interference on the production performance of a multi-layer gas reservoir are ***,systematic studies of inter-layer interference for tight gas reservoirs are really limited,especially for those reservoirs in the presence of *** this work,five types of possible inter-layer interferences,including both absence and presence of water,are identified for commingled production of tight gas ***,a series of reservoir-scale and pore-scale numerical simulations are conducted to quantify the degree of influence of each type of *** field evidence from the Yan'an tight gas reservoir(Ordos Basin,China)is found to support the simulation ***,suggestions are proposed to mitigate the potential inter-layer *** results indicate that,in the absence of water,commingled production is favorable in two situations:when there is a difference in physical properties and when there is a difference in the pressure system of each *** reservoirs with a multi-pressure system,the backflow phenomenon,which significantly influences the production performance,only occurs under extreme conditions(such as very low production rates or well shut-in periods).When water is introduced into the multi-layer system,inter-layer interference becomes nearly *** both the gas-rich layer and water-rich layer for commingled production is not desirable,as it can trigger water invasion from the water-rich layer into the gas-rich *** gas-rich layer might also be interfered with by water from the neighboring unperforated water-rich layer,where the water might break the barrier(eg weak joint surface,cement in fractures)between the two layers and migrate into the gas-rich ***,the gas-rich layer could possibly be interfered with by water that accumulates at the bottom of the wellbore due to gravitational diff

Industries such as non-ferrous metal smelting discharge billions of gallons of highly toxic heavy metal wastewater(HMW)worldwide annually,posing a severe challenge to conventional wastewater treatment plants and harming the *** is traditionally treated via chemical precipitation using lime,caustic,or sulfide,but the effluents do not meet the increasingly stringent discharge *** issue has spurred an increase in research and the development of innovative treatment technologies,among which those using nanoparticles receive particular *** such initiatives,treatment using nanoscale zero-valent iron(nZVI)is one of the best *** nZVI is already well known for its site-remediation use,this perspective highlights its application in HMW treatment with metal *** demonstrate several advantages of nZVI in this wastewater application,including its multifunctionality in sequestrating a wide array of metal(loid)s(>30 species);its capability to capture and enrich metal(loid)s at low concentrations(with a removal capacity reaching 500 mg·g^(-1)nZVI);and its operational convenience due to its unique *** these advantages are attributable to nZVI’s diminutive nanoparticle size and/or its unique iron *** also present the first engineering practice of this application,which has treated millions of cubic meters of HMW and recovered tons of valuable metals(e.g.,Cu and Au).It is concluded that nZVI is a potent reagent for treating HMW and that nZVI technology provides an eco-solution to this toxic waste.

We aimed to investigate the safety and efficacy of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir(Paxlovid)therapy for hemodialysis-dependent patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** hemodialysis patients infected with the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 from April 3 to May 30,2022,were *** parameters and chest CT(computed tomography)imaging were *** treatment group included six patients who received 150 mg/100 mg of Paxlovid orally once daily for 5 days,whereas the control group included seven patients who received basic *** serious adverse reactions or safety events were *** control patients progressed to moderate disease,and none in the treatment group showed progression of chest CT findings(P<0.05).Paxlovid therapy tended toward early viral clearance and low viral load on Day ***,83.3%of the patients in the treatment group and 57.1%of the patients in the control group turned negative within 22 *** the Paxlovid treatment group,we found significantly increased levels of lymphocytes(P=0.03)and eosinophils(P=0.02)and decreased levels of D-dimer on Day 8 compared with those on Day *** therapy showed a potential therapeutic effect with good tolerance in hemodialysis *** optimal dose and effectiveness evaluation must be further investigated in a largeer cohort.

False Negative Sample Detection for Graph Contrastive Learning

Recently,self-supervised learning has shown great potential in Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) through contrastive learning,which aims to learn discriminative features for each node without label information. The key to graph contrastive learning is data augmentation. The anchor node regards its augmented samples as positive samples,and the rest of the samples are regarded as negative samples,some of which may be positive samples. We call these mislabeled samples as “false negative” samples,which will seriously affect the final learning effect. Since such semantically similar samples are ubiquitous in the graph,the problem of false negative samples is very significant. To address this issue,the paper proposes a novel model,False negative sample Detection for Graph Contrastive Learning (FD4GCL),which uses attribute and structure-aware to detect false negative samples. Experimental results on seven datasets show that FD4GCL outperforms the state-of-the-art baselines and even exceeds several supervised methods.

Biodegradable plastic film mulch (PFM) is considered an alternative to non-biodegradable PFM to mitigate the negative impacts of residual ***,the agronomic performance of biodegradable PFM in comparison to non-biodegradable PFM still needs to be *** this study,we evaluated the effects of biodegradable and non-biodegradable PFM on soil physicochemical properties,microbial community,and enzyme activities,as well as maize growth *** and non-biodegradable PFM both increased soil temperature,water content,N content,and microbial biomass and maize yield by up to 30%,but decreased soil enzyme activities as compared to no mulching (control,CK).Most soil physicochemical properties,microbial community,and enzyme activities were similar under non-biodegradable and biodegradable PFM at the early stages of maize ***,at the late stages,soil temperature,water content,mineral N,NO_(3)^(-)-N,ammonia monooxygenase (AMO) activity,and total phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) decreased under biodegradable PFM owing to film *** PFM increased soil temperature,water content,and total PLFAs at the early stages of maize growth but decreased soil mineral N and total PLFAs at the late stages,as compared to black *** soil temperature and N availability were the major factors affecting soil microbial community,microbial activity decreased after the fragmentation of biodegradable PFM,owing to the decreased soil temperature,water content,and mineral ***,biodegradable PFM could decrease NO_(3)^(-)-N accumulation in topsoil by decreasing N transformation due to the lower microbial and N-related enzyme (e.g.,AMO) activities,compared with non-biodegradable PFM,which may avoid negative environmental impacts,such as NO_(3)^(-)-N leaching or gas emission after *** yield,height,aboveground biomass,and N uptake under biodegradable PFM were similar to those under non-biodegradable PFM during maize growth,implying that biodegrad

Metal oxides with oxygen vacancies have a significant impact on catalytic activity for the transformation of organic pollutants in waste-to-energy(WtE)incineration *** study aims to investigate the influence of hematite surface oxygen point defects on the formation of environmentally persistent free radicals(EPFRs)from phenolic compounds based on the first-principles *** oxygen-deficient conditions were considered:oxygen vacancies at the top surface and on the *** simulations indicate that the adsorption strength of phenol on theα-Fe_(2)O_(3)(0001)surface is enhanced by the presence of oxygen ***,the presence of oxygen vacancies has a negative impact on the dissociation of the phenol molecule,particularly for the surface with a defective point at the top ***-kinetic parameters were established over a temperature range of300-1000 K,and lower reaction rate constants were observed for the scission of phenolic O-H bonds over the oxygen-deficient surfaces compared to the pristine *** negative effects caused by the oxygen-deficient conditions could be attributed to the local reduction of FeⅢto FeⅡ,which lower the oxidizing ability of surface reaction *** findings of this study provide us a promising approach to regulate the formation of EPFRs.

Currently,the microwave absorbers usually suffer dreadful electromagnetic wave absorption(EMWA)performance damping at elevated temperature due to impedance mismatching induced by increased conduction ***,the development of high-performance EMWA materials with good impedance matching and strong loss ability in wide temperature spectrum has emerged as a top ***,due to the high melting point,good electrical conductivity,excellent environmental stability,EM coupling effect,and abundant interfaces of titanium nitride(TiN)nanotubes,they were designed based on the controlling kinetic diffusion procedure and Ostwald ripening *** from boosted heterogeneous interfaces between TiN nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),enhanced polarization loss relaxations were created,which could not only improve the depletion efficiency of EMWA,but also contribute to the optimized impedance matching at elevated ***,the TiN nanotubes/PDMS composite showed excellent EMWA performances at varied temperature(298-573 K),while achieved an effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)value of 3.23 GHz and a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)value of−44.15 dB at 423 *** study not only clarifies the relationship between dielectric loss capacity(conduction loss and polarization loss)and temperature,but also breaks new ground for EM absorbers in wide temperature spectrum based on interface engineering.
