Fault Diagnosis for Service Composition by Spiking Neural P Systems with Colored Spikes

A variety of web services have emerged with the rapid development of the Internet. These services are often of a single function. The value-added services can be achieved by combing with multiple *** processing speed and stability of existing methods in service composition were not very well and seldom consider the fault diagnosis and handling methods for the service, which results in a greater probability of the service composition failure at run time. We use spiking neural P systems with colored spikes to model the fault of available service, component, and connector in the service composition. The proposed model can be used to locate a fault and handle it correctly when the service combination fails, the advantage of efficiency and stability of proposed method has been proved by comparing with the method of Petri net.

Diesel from direct coal liquefaction(DDCL) is a new type of engine alternative energy. But its hydrocarbon composition and physicochemical properties are quite different from those of Petro diesel. In this study, a premixed constant volume combustion chamber(CVCC) system with soot particle sampling devices was built. The soot particles in the spray flame were sampled and photographed by thermophoresis probe and transmission electron microscope(TEM). An automatic processing code based on Matlab software was developed to process the TEM images and extract the micro morphology parameters of the soot particles. This study has systematically studied the effects of sampling location, injection pressure, ambient density and oxygen concentration on the micro morphology of soot particles. The ambient density refers to the initial gas density in the CVCC. The results showed that various morphologies and sizes of soot particles coexisted in the upstream of the spray flame. During the evolution of soot particles from upstream to downstream in the flame, the size of soot aggregates gradually decreased, while the maturity of soot aggregates increased. With the increase of injection pressure, ambient density and oxygen concentration, the average sizes of soot aggregates and primary soot particles decreased, but the fractal dimensions of soot aggregates increased gradually. Under the same combustion condition and in-flame sampling location, the average projection area, gyration radius and primary soot diameter of soot aggregates produced by DDCL were significantly lower than those of Petro diesel. The structure of soot particles from DDCL was more compact than that of Petro diesel.

The rapid development of phosphor-converted white light emitting diodes(pc-WLEDs)requires new red phosphors with efficient and thermally stable luminescence for high-quality warm-white ***,it is still a challenge to discover red phosphors with facile synthesis,high internal quantum efficiency(IQE),excellent thermal stability and high color ***,a novel red-emitting Eu^(3+)activated barium dialuminum digermanate(BaAl_(2)Ge_(3)O_(8),EAGO)phosphor showing strong red emission at 610 nm was *** IQE is improved from 32.91%to 78.84%by employing a charge compensation *** lithium-ion co-dop ed BAGO:Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits a nearly twofold increase in integral photoluminescence(PL)intensity and the high color purity reaches 94.17%.Impressively,the PL intensity of the BAGO:Eu^(3+),Li^(+)phosphor drops by only 2.6%at 150℃of that at room ***,the pc-WLED using the red BAGO:Eu^(3+),Li^(+)phosphor exhibits white light with the chromaticity coordinate of(0.3515,0.3495),a high color-rendering index of 92 and a low correlated color temperature of 4746 *** these results manifest that BAGO:Eu^(3+),Li^(+)phosphor is a suitable red phosphor for nearultraviolet(NUV)chip-based pc-WLEDs.

There is an urgent demand to explore new approaches of improving the electric breakdown strength of the ferroelectric thin-film capacitor without the degradation of the high dielectric *** this work,LaNiO_(3)/Ba_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)TiO_(3)(LNO/BST) thin film and SrTiO_(3)(STO)/LNO/BST/SrTiO_(3)(STO) were prepared by using radio frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering technique and ultrathin STO insulator layers were inserted between the LNO/BST and metal electrodes(Au or Pt) to improve the electric breakdown strength and the leakage current of the LNO/BST thin film.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) investigations revealed that these multilayer thin films show compact,smooth and uniform *** leakage current density of STO/LNO/BST/STO thin film was decreased by one order of magnitude and breakdown strength of STO/LNO/BST/STO thin film was enhanced from 0.72 to 1.26 MV-cm-1compared with that of LNO/BST thin ***,the dielectric constant of the STO/LNO/BST/STO thin film keeps at the same level as that of LNO/BST thin film,and dielectric loss of the STO/LNO/BST/STO thin film was decreased slightly compared with that of LNO/BST thin film.
