Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune ***,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains *** we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial *** the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 *** addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and *** together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

This paper proposes an end-to-end defect detection algorithm model called YOLOv5-CJ to address the issues of missed detections and low accuracy in visual steel surface defect detection. By incorporating the C3＿MSBlock module， which is designed based on Res2Net and contains multi-scale information， into the backbone network， the model can represent multi-scale features at a finer granularity level and increase the network's receptive field. In the detection head， the DyHead attention mechanism is introduced， which integrates scale awareness， spatial awareness， and task awareness， to help the model better cope with complex industrial scenes with large background interference， significant defect scale variations， and easily confused defect categories. Soft NMS is employed to enhance the recognition capability in overlapping regions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed YOLOv5-CJ model outperforms YOLOv5s，achieving an average precision (mAP0.5 and mAP0.5:0.95) improvement of 1.9% and 7.2% on the NEU-DET dataset， and 5.3% and 4.3% on the GC10-DET dataset， respectively， validating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.

Dear Editor,Health management is essential to ensure battery performance and safety, while data-driven learning system is a promising solution to enable efficient state of health(SoH) estimation of lithium-ion(Liion) batteries. However, the time-consuming signal data acquisition and the lack of interpretability of model still hinder its efficient deployment. Motivated by this, this letter proposes a novel and interpretable data-driven learning strategy through combining the benefits of explainable AI and non-destructive ultrasonic detection for battery SoH estimation. Specifically, after equipping battery with advanced ultrasonic sensor to promise fast real-time ultrasonic signal measurement, an interpretable data-driven learning strategy named generalized additive neural decision ensemble(GANDE) is designed to rapidly estimate battery SoH and explain the effects of the involved ultrasonic features of interest.

As an important agricultural waste,corn cob is one of the most abundant lignocellulosic *** this work,dilute acid pretreatment using seven different organic acids were compared for compositional analysis of corn *** first pKa of organic acids,influenced by the number and type of the side group and distance between two carboxylic groups,played a crucial role in the pretreatment *** acid was found to have better pretreatment performance than other tested dicarboxylic *** the condition of 30 mM,160°C and 60 min,the level of xylose reached 22.64 g/L in pretreatment liquid,and the pretreated corn cob demonstrated the high enhancement of enzymatic hydrolysis up to 93.4%and the ethanol yield was 73.6%.

Scale-up of a high shear wet granulation process using a nucleation regime map approach

Scale-up of the high shear wet granulation （HSWG） process is considered a challenge because HSWG is complex and influenced by numerous factors, including equipment, formulation, and process variables. For a system of microcrystalline cellulose and water, HSWG experiments at three scales （1, 2, and 4 L working vessel） were conducted with a granulator. Scale-up was implemented on the basis of a nucleation regime map approach. To keep dimensionless spray flux and drop penetration time constant, water addition time at three processing scales were 300, 442, and 700 s, respectively. The other process parameters were kept unchanged. Granule size distributions were plotted and compared, and scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze granule surface morphology. Physical characterization was undertaken using a modified SeDeM method. At nearly all scales, granule yield was greater than 85% and all the cosine values were larger than 0.89. At the same experiment points, granules at all scales had similar surface morphology and similar physical characteristics. The results demonstrate that a rational scaling-up of the HSWG process is feasible using a regime map approach.

A refractory high entropy alloy Ti_(62)Nb_(12)Mo_(12)Ta_(12)W_(2)was prepared by mechanical alloying and spark plasma *** microstructure and mechanical properties of the Ti_(62)Nb_(12)Mo_(12)Ta_(12)W_(2)alloy were *** experimental results show that the microstructure of the alloy is composed of two BCC phases,an FCC precipitated phase,and the precipitated phase which is a mixture of TiC,TiN and *** alloy exhibits good room temperature compressive *** plasticity of the sample sintered at 1550℃can reach 10.8%,and for the sample sintered at 1600℃,the yield strength can be up to 2032 MPa,in the meantime the plasticity is 9.4%.The alloy also shows high strength at elevated *** yield strength of the alloy exceeds 420 MPa at 900℃,and value of which is still above 200 MPa when the test temperature reaches 1000℃.Finally,the compressive yield strength model at room temperature is *** prediction error of the model ranges from−7.9%to−12.4%,expressing fair performance.

As a class of functional crystalline porous materials, metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) gained rapid development in the past three decades and a large number of MOFs with ordered structures, high surface areas, and functionalized channels have been investigated. MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials show great potential in many application fields. In this review, we discussed the main applications of MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials in small molecule storage, separation, luminescence, sensing, multitype catalysis, and energy storage. In addition, challenges and problems in the future research of MOFsrelated fields are also discussed.

BACKGROUND：Leptin regulates neuroendocrine function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis in humans. OBJECTIVE： To verify effects of intracerebroventricular leptin injection on neuroendocrine function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis in ovariectomized rats. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A randomized, controlled experiment was performed at the Basic Medical Institute, Chengde Medical College between June and October 2007. MATERIALS： Thirty healthy, female, Wistar rats were included in this study. The following compounds were used： leptin; gonadotropin-releasing hormone （GnRH） and luteinizing hormone （LH） enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits. METHODS： Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups at 1, 2, and 4 hours after injection. Each group was subdivided into control and experimental groups （n = 5 animals per group and time point）. All rats were subjected to bilateral ovariectomy and, beginning on day 7 after surgery, animals received daily subcutaneous injections of estradiol benzoate （2 μg） for 7 consecutive days. The experimental groups were injected with 5 μL leptin （1 g/L） into the lateral cerebral ventricle, and control groups received an equal volume of physiological saline. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： GnRH and LH secretion were examined 1, 2, and 4 hours after injection using GnRH and LH ELISA kits, respectively. RESULTS： In the experimental groups, GnRH secretion significantly increased （P 〈 0.01）, followed by LH secretion （P 〈 0.01）, compared with the control groups. GnRH secretion significantly increased 1 hour after leptin injection （P 〈 0.01）. The LH increase was less pronounced, but still significant （P 〈 0.01）; however, the most prominent LH increase occurred between 1 and 2 hours. Both GnRH and LH secretion reached peak levels at 2 hours after leptin injection. Thereafter, both GnRH and LH secretion decreased, but still maintained very high levels, compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Intracerebroventricular leptin injection prod
