Novel viewpoint image synthesis is very challenging,especially from sparse views,due to large changes in viewpoint and *** image-based methods fail to generate reasonable results for invisible regions,while geometry-based methods have difficulties in synthesizing detailed *** this paper,we propose STATE,an end-to-end deep neural network,for sparse view synthesis by learning structure and texture *** is encoded as a hybrid feature field to predict reasonable structures for invisible regions while maintaining original structures for visible regions,and texture is encoded as a deformed feature map to preserve detailed *** propose a hierarchical fusion scheme with intra-branch and inter-branch aggregation,in which spatio-view attention allows multi-view fusion at the feature level to adaptively select important information by regressing pixel-wise or voxel-wise confidence *** decoding the aggregated features,STATE is able to generate realistic images with reasonable structures and detailed *** results demonstrate that our method achieves qualitatively and quantitatively better results than state-of-the-art *** method also enables texture and structure editing applications benefiting from implicit disentanglement of structure and *** code is available at http://***/faculty/likun/projects/STATE.

采用碳纳米管(CNTs)来调控聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)共混材料的微结构和宏观性能,探究了CNTs添加量对PLA/PBAT共混物结晶行为、相形貌及热力学性能的影响规律,基于润湿理论量化分析了CNTs选择性分布的原因,探讨了CNTs增韧PLA/PBAT共混材料的内在机制。结果表明,CNTs选择性分布在PBAT中,显著增大了PBAT相的粒径,使共混材料相形貌粗化,暗示CNTs不具备增容作用;提高CNTs的添加量,共混材料拉伸强度略有降低,断裂伸长率大幅提升;CNTs的质量分数为1%时,PLA/PBAT/CNTs试样的断裂伸长率达到最大,与未添加CNTs的PLA/PBAT试样相比提高了258.6%。

Polymorphisms in genes involved in folate metabolism as maternal risk factors for Down syndrome in China

Objective: To explore the relationship between genetic polymorphisms in methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR), methionine synthase reductase (MTRR), the central enzymes in folate metabolism that affects DNA methylation and synthesis, and the risk of Down syndrome in China. Methods: Genomic DNA was isolated from the peripheral lymphocytes of 64 mothers of children with Down syndrome and 70 age matched control subjects. Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism were used to examine the polymorphisms of MTHFR 677C→T, MTRR 66A→G and the relationship between these genotypes and the risk of Down syndrome was analyzed. Results: The results show that the MTHFR 677C→T polymorphism is more prevalent among mothers of children with Down syndrome than among control mothers, with an odds ratio of 3.78 (95% confidence interval (CI), 1.78～8.47). In addition, the homozygous MTRR 66A→G polymorphism was independently associated with a 5.2-fold increase in estimated risk (95% CI, 1.90～14.22). The combined presence of both polymorphisms was associated with a greater risk of Down syndrome than the presence of either alone, with an odds ratio of 6.0 (95% CI, 2.058～17.496). The two polymorphisms appear to act without a multiplicative interaction. Conclusion: MTHFR and MTRR gene mutation alleles are related to Down syndrome, and CT, TT and GG gene mutation types increase the risk of Down syndrome.

Face recognition has attracted great interest due to its importance in many real-world applications. In this paper,we present a novel low-rank sparse representation-based classification(LRSRC) method for robust face recognition. Given a set of test samples, LRSRC seeks the lowest-rank and sparsest representation matrix over all training samples. Since low-rank model can reveal the subspace structures of data while sparsity helps to recognize the data class, the obtained test sample representations are both representative and discriminative. Using the representation vector of a test sample, LRSRC classifies the test sample into the class which generates minimal reconstruction error. Experimental results on several face image databases show the effectiveness and robustness of LRSRC in face image recognition.

Although atomic stick–slip friction has been extensively studied since its first demonstration on graphite,the physical understanding of this dissipation-dominated phenomenon is still very limited. In this work, we perform molecular dynamics（MD） simulations to study the frictional behavior of a diamond tip sliding over a graphite surface. In contrast to the common wisdom, our MD results suggest that the energy barrier associated lateral sliding（known as energy corrugation） comes not only from interaction between the tip and the top layer of graphite but also from interactions among the deformed atomic layers of graphite. Due to the competition of these two subentries, friction on graphite can be tuned by controlling the relative adhesion of different *** relatively low tip-graphite adhesion, friction behaves normally and increases with increasing normal load. However,for relatively high tip-graphite adhesion, friction increases unusually with decreasing normal load leading to an effectively negative coefficient of friction, which is consistent with the recent experimental observations on chemically modified graphite. Our results provide a new insight into the physical origins of energy corrugation in atomic scale friction.

In the present paper, continuum fracture mechanics is used to analyze the Smart-Cut process, a recently established ion cut technology which enables highly efficient fabrication of various silicon-on-insulator （SOI） wafers of high uniformity in thickness. Using integral transform and Cauchy singular integral equation methods, the mode-I and mode-II stress intensity factors, energy release rate, and crack opening displacements are derived in order to examine several important fracture mechanisms involved in the Smart-Cut process. The effects of defect interaction and stiffening wafer on defect growth are investigated. The numerical results indi- cate that a stiffener/handle wafer can effectively prevent the donor wafer from blistering and exfoliation, but it slows down the defect growth by decreasing the magnitudes of SIF＇s. Defect interaction also plays an important role in the splitting process of SOI wafers, but its contribution depends strongly on the size, interval and internal pressure of defects. Finally, an analytical formula is derived to estimate the implantation dose required for splitting a SOI wafer.

Preparation of β-SiC by combustion synthesis in a large-scale reactor

The feasibility of 5 kg β-SiC synthesized in one batch was demonstrated through igniting the mixture of Si, C-black and polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） under different nitrogen pressures. The effect of experimental parameters, including the contents of PTFE, nitrogen pressure, preheating, and raw materials distribution forms were investigated. The results show that the products are β-SiC with equiaxed grains. The average grain size is less than 200 nm. The powders loaded loosely promote reaction heat dispersing, resulting in small grains. High purity β-SiC powders are obtained when the PTFE content is as low as 5wt%, which simplifies the process and decreases the cost effectively. The ceramic sintered from the obtained β-SiC powders presents the hardness of 22.20 GPa, the bending strength as high as 715.15 MPa and the fracture toughness of 8.179 MPa·m^1/2, which are higher than those of ceramics fabricated with α-SiC produced by combustion synthesis.

【目的】准噶尔盆地阜康凹陷中东部下侏罗统八道湾组和三工河组是当前油气勘探的重点层位,但由于其物源体系尚不明确,严重制约了该区沉积体系研究和油气勘探进程。【方法】基于八道湾组和三工河组的碎屑成分、古流向、重矿物、阴极发光和砂地比平面分布等相关分析,对阜康凹陷中东部早侏罗世物源体系及对博格达山隆升的响应特征进行了探讨。【结果与结论】结果显示,研究区八道湾组主要受控于东北部克拉美丽山物源体系,北天山及博格达山物源的影响程度有限;而三工河组不仅存在继承性的克拉美丽山及北天山物源输入,又叠加了来自博格达山的分支物源,且博格达山物源的影响不断增强。研究区下侏罗统物源变化清晰地响应了博格达山自东向西不断增强的隆升过程。阜康凹陷南斜坡表现为构造南倾的特征,下侏罗统东南物源的存在为地层岩性圈闭的发育奠定了物质基础,对该区油气勘探具有重要的指示意义。
