Autophagy is an intracellular degradation process that maintains cellular homeostasis.It is essential for protecting organisms from environmental stress.Autophagy can help the host to eliminate invading pathogens,including bacteria,viruses,fungi,and parasites.However,pathogens have evolved multiple strategies to interfere with autophagic signaling pathways or inhibit the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes to form autolysosomes.Moreover,host cell matrix degradation by different types of autophagy can be used for the proliferation and reproduction of pathogens.Thus,determining the roles and mechanisms of autophagy during pathogen infections will promote understanding of the mechanisms of pathogen-host interactions and provide new strategies for the treatment of infectious diseases.

The pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)continues to sweep the globe with devastating consequences on human lives and world economy.As an RNA virus,SARS-CoV-2 has a relatively high mutation rate and is rapidly evolving.Thus,new SARS-CoV-2 variants continued to emerge,5 of which were designated by the World Health Organization(WHO)as variants of concern(VOCs),Alpha(B.1.1.7).

This paper reports the global asymptotic stability of a three-species predator-prey system involving the prey-taxis. With the assumptions, we establish the global asymptotic stability results of its equilibria, respectively. Our results illustrate that 1) the global asymptotic stability of the semi-trivial equilibrium does not involve the prey-taxis coefficients χ, ξ;2) the global asymptotic stability of two boundary equilibria relies on a single prey-taxis coefficient χ and ξ, respectively;3) the global asymptotic stability of the unique positive equilibrium depends on two prey-taxis coefficients χ and ξ.

Semi-GSGCN: Social Robot Detection Research with Graph Neural Network

Malicious social robots are the disseminators of malicious information on social networks,which seriously affect information security and network environments.Efficient and reliable classification of social robots is crucial for detecting information manipulation in social networks.Supervised classification based on manual feature extraction has been widely used in social robot detection.However,these methods not only involve the privacy of users but also ignore hidden feature information,especially the graph feature,and the label utilization rate of semi-supervised algorithms is low.Aiming at the problems of shallow feature extraction and low label utilization rate in existing social network robot detection methods,in this paper a robot detection scheme based on weighted network topology is proposed,which introduces an improved network representation learning algorithm to extract the local structure features of the network,and combined with the graph convolution network(GCN)algorithm based on the graph filter,to obtain the global structure features of the network.An end-to-end semi-supervised combination model(Semi-GSGCN)is established to detect malicious social robots.Experiments on a social network dataset(cresci-rtbust-2019)show that the proposed method has high versatility and effectiveness in detecting social robots.In addition,this method has a stronger insight into robots in social networks than other methods.

Reaction-diffusion(RD)equation was often used to investigate the pattern dynamics,but telegraph reaction-diffusion(TRD)system was seldom studied.In this paper,the Izhikevich model was modified to explain some biological mechanisms by RD and TRD in neuronal cluster.Then a new condition under which the system loses stability was proposed and the effect of parameters,diffusion,memory and steady state were considered on the process of neuronal spiking.The method presented is a novel approach to investigate the pattern dynamics of biological systems.Finally,simulations are carried out to validate our theoretical results.

旅游业的大规模快速发展使生态涵养区可持续发展面临诸多挑战。本研究通过构建生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力测度模型,分析北京生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力时空演化特征,构建北京生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力提升模式。结果显示:2011年至2020年,北京生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力整体增长,呈现北高南低的空间特征,但各区域发展重点有异,需针对不同区域实施差别化管理措施。最后,文章构建了以“分区管理、重点落实”为指导方针,以保护性开发资源为基础力、全过程优化生态为持续力、高品质打造产业为核心力、坚持多主体参与为保障力的北京生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力提升模式。本研究为评价生态涵养区绿色旅游发展潜力提出一个新的测量方法,为生态涵养区绿色旅游与区域绿色发展提供了系统化的管理框架。

乡村文旅融合发展越来越受到学界关注,通过梳理中英文期刊乡村文旅融合的研究成果,从整体上把握其研究态势,能为后续研究提供新思路。该文对乡村文旅融合的研究历程、研究者与发文机构、研究方法与内容进行归纳与分析,结果表明:①相较于英文文献,中文文献热度高、增长趋势明显、政策导向显著,经历了起步探索、初步成长、快速发展3个较稳定的发展阶段;②国内初现领军人物,但国内外尚未形成较强的核心团队和广泛的学术合作网络;③研究方法以定性方法为主,但呈现出定量方法与定性方法相结合的趋势;④研究内容主要包括乡村文旅融合资源、乡村旅游与文化关系、乡村文旅融合影响、乡村文旅融合路径四方面。未来需进一步深化研究内容、完善研究方法、构建理论体系与建立科研合作网络。

Whole-genome bisulfite sequencing(WGBS)allows single-base resolution and genome-wide profiling of DNA methylation in plants and animals.This technology provides a powerful tool to identify genes that are potentially controlled by dynamic changes of DNA methylation and demethylation.However,naturally occurring epimutants are rare and genes under epigenetic regulation as well as their biological relevances are often difficult to define.In tomato,fruit development and ripening are a complex process that involves epigenetic control.We have taken the advantage of the tomato epimutant Colourless non-ripening(Cnr)and performed comparative mining of the WGBS datasets for the Cnr and Sl CMT3-silenced Cnr fruits.We compared DNA methylation profiles for the promoter sequences of approximately 5,000 bp immediately upstream of the coding region of a list of20 genes.Differentially methylated regions were found for some of these genes.Virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)of differentially methylated gene Sl DET1 or Sl PDS resulted in unusual brown pigmentation in Cnr fruits.These results suggest that comparative WGBS coupled with VIGS can be used to identify genes that may contribute to the colourless unripe phenotype of fruit in the Cnr epimutant.

50 new generation of migrant workers were randomly chosen from Yanbu Town which is in Nanhai district,Foshan city, Gua ngdong Province.They were asked to complete the questionnaires about the awareness of interact new words.The statistics show that the average awareness of new generation of migrant workers on interact new words is low as a whole. The reasons may lie in workers＇ overtime working ,relatively closed working environment, low social status,low income and education level and so on.
