In this review, the characteristics of gut microbiota changes in 11 metabolic diseases, as well as the research progress on their interventions, are summarized. The gut microbiota contributes to metabolic diseases through intestinal mucosal dysfunction, chronic metabolic inflammatory response, gut brain axis imbalance, gene regulation, insulin resistance, and the action of its metabolites. The researches of cause effect relationship and mechanism are relatively few, need further study, expecting a breakthrough in the future to be a new path in the treatment of some metabolic diseases.

Temperature is one of the major environmental signals controlling plant development,geographical distribution,and seasonal behavior.Plants perceive adverse temperatures,such as high,low,and freezing temperatures,as stressful signals that can cause physiological defects and even death.As sessile organisms,plants have evolved sophisticated mechanisms to adapt to recurring stressful environments through changing gene expression or transcriptional reprogramming.Transcriptional memory refers to the ability of primed plants to remember previously experienced stress and acquire enhanced tolerance to similar or different stresses.Epigenetic modifications mediate transcriptional memory and play a key role in adapting to adverse temperatures.Understanding the mechanisms of the formation,maintenance,and resetting of stress-induced transcriptional memory will not only enable us to understand why there is a trade-off between plant defense and growth,but also provide a theoretical basis for generating stress-tolerant crops optimized for future climate change.In this review,we summarize recent advances in dissecting the mechanisms of plant transcriptional memory in response to adverse temperatures,based mainly on studies of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana.We also discuss remaining questions that are important for further understanding the mechanisms of transcriptional memory during the adverse temperature response.

HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders (HAND) are chronic complications of HIV infection in the central nervous system. Clinical presentations include asymptomatic neurocognitive impairment (ANI), mild neurocognitive impairment (MND), and HIV-associated dementia (HAD). In the era of combination antiretroviral therapy (cART), the prevalence of HAD has significantly decreased, but the rates of ANI and MND have increased, impairing patients’ daily functioning, medical adherence, employment, driving abilities, risk of HIV transmission, overall quality of life, and posing challenges to society, economy, families, and public health. This article reviews the latest research findings regarding the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment, neuroimaging, and neuropsychological assessment of HAND, aiming to provide insights into the prevention and management of HAND.

增值化政务服务是以服务对象需求为导向,整合政府、市场和社会多方资源,通过拓展延伸涉企服务链,为企业提供精准化、个性化服务的高效衍生政务服务形式。目前,浙江省在政务服务增值化改革方面主要围绕组建机构加强政务统筹协调、线上平台集成业务高效办理、赋码企业实现信息交互共享、事项清单明晰服务规范标准、多元协作打通“一件事”和“一类事”服务链等领域开展创新实践,并构建需求牵引、整体协同、数字赋能、质量规约等机制推动改革。为落实国务院“高效办成一件事”改革要求,政务服务增值化改革未来还需要加强政务服务需求识别能力、拓展政务服务链条、深化线上平台建设、持续提升政务服务效能等。

Quantum dots(QDs)based heterojunction is a candidate for the photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction,owing to the large extinction coefficient and easy modification of band structures.However,the van der Waals interaction causes the large charge resistance and strong recombination centers between QDs and host materials,which makes the poor photocatalytic performance.Herein,a covalent bonded CdSeTeQDs and NH_(2)-UiO-66 heterojunction(NUC-x)is constructed through an acylamino(-CONH-).The results indicate that the acylamino between NH_(2)-UiO-66 and Cd Se Te QDs can serve as the transfer channels for the photogenerated charges and stabilize the QDs.The optimized NUC-1200 achieved a CO generation rate of 228.68μmol/g,which is 13 and 4 times higher than that of NH_(2)-UiO-66 and Cd Se Te QDs,respectively.This work provides a new avenue for efficient and stable photocatalysis of QDs.

目的统计清华大学实验动物中心小鼠自动饮水系统漏水情况,评估自动饮水设备安全性,为动物设施自动饮水系统的选用和使用维护管理提供参考。方法本文以清华大学实验动物中心二期动物设施南、北两个屏障饲养区的小鼠自动饮水系统为研究对象,分别进行了为期3年、1年半的漏水情况监测记录。通过统计分析监测期内两个屏障饲养区漏水事件发生案例,将漏水原因分为人员误操作、动物行为、异物阻塞、配件变形4种,计算南、北区自动饮水系统因前述4种漏水原因造成的总日漏水率,以及因设备自身质量问题即异物阻塞和配件变形两种漏水原因造成的日漏水率,并进一步对漏水原因以及漏水给设施带来的影响进行分析讨论。同时,统计在监测期末,未使用自动饮水的一期设施和使用自动饮水系统的二期设施的动物饲养量和饲养人员数量,计算两种饲养模式下人均负责笼位数的差异。结果监测期内两个区域共发生漏水52起,总日漏水率为0.00013%。其中,人员误操作导致的漏水有31起,约占漏水总发生量的60%,在加强培训、监督检查和有效提醒措施下,可降低人员误操作导致漏水的发生率;动物行为导致的漏水有2起;异物阻塞导致漏水0起;因设备质量原因导致的漏水有19起,日漏水率为0.00007%。根据清华大学实验动物中心的运行数据统计,使用自动饮水系统的二期设施人均负责笼位数为908笼,而未使用自动饮水系统的一期设施人均负责笼位数为570笼,在使用自动饮水的条件下人均负责笼位数增加约59%。结论清华大学实验动物中心自动饮水系统日漏水率远低于设备理论设计值0.003%,进一步证明了自动饮水系统的安全性和有效性。同时,自动饮水系统的使用可以大幅提升饲养工作效率,除购入自动饮水系统需投入采购成本外,饲养用工成本将随着工作效率的提升而不断下降,从而降低设施整体运行成本。在现代化动物设施建设背景下,自动饮水系统将会成为动物设施设计和运行的重要考量因素之一。

Abstract The conflicts between rurality and urbanization,tradition and modernity,industry and environmental resource in the rural tourism have become major difficulties of its sustainable development in China.This paper analyzed the characteristics and difficult situations of metropolitan suburban rural tourism,put forward four kinds of region-city functions in the development of metropolitan suburban rural tourism,and researched on the construction of rural tourism scenic areas in metropolis suburb—"to Withstand Loneliness in the Process of Urbanization"—as the following aspects:the space organization mode,localization,social organization and management,the product organization and spatial planning modes and contents.

建筑侧各类可再生能源的应用日益普及,建筑电能耗预测在用能供需平衡、电网稳定运行、尖峰需求响应等方面发挥越来越重要作用。尽管诸多数据驱动模型在能耗预测方面获得广泛应用,当前仍缺乏预测精度高、泛化能力强的短期预测模型。针对该问题,提出一种基于建筑物能耗特点并结合数据挖掘技术的分类集成式能耗预测方法。首先,采用递归特征消除法对数据进行特征筛选,并用模糊C均值聚类算法对训练集数据进行聚类,使用K最邻近法对验证集和测试集数据进行归类;选择5种结合智能优化算法的混合数据驱动模型作为子学习器,分别对每类数据做预测,最后使用多元线性回归法进行结果集成。经3个建筑电力用能案例验证,此集成预测模型精度均优于单个子模型,具有适用不同建筑类型和用能尺度的预测潜力。
