Weakening behavior of waterproof performance in joints of shield tunnels under adjacent constructions

Groundwater leakage in shield tunnels poses a threat to the safety and durability of tunnel structures. Disturbance of adjacent constructions during the operation of shield tunnels frequently occurs in China, leading to deformation of tunnel lining and leakage in joints. Understanding the impact of adjacent constructions on the waterproofing performance of the lining is critical for the protection of shield tunnels. In this study, the weakening behavior of waterproof performance was investigated in the joints of shield tunnels under transverse deformation induced by adjacent construction. First, the relationship between the joint opening and transverse deformation under three typical adjacent constructions (upper loading, upper excavation, and side excavation) was investigated via elaborate numerical simulations. Subsequently, the evolution of the waterproof performance of a common gasket with a joint opening was examined by establishing a coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian model of joint seepage, and a formula describing the relationship between waterproof performance and joint opening was proposed. Finally, the weakening law of waterproofing performance was investigated based on the results of the aforementioned studies. It was determined that the joints with the greatest decline in waterproof performance were located at the tunnel shoulder in the upper loading case, tunnel crown in the upper excavation case, and tunnel shoulder in the side excavation case. When the waterproof performance of these joints decreased to 50% and 30%, the transverse deformations were 60 and 90 mm under upper loading, 90 and 140 mm under upper excavation, and 45 and 70 mm under side excavation, respectively. The results provide a straightforward reference for setting a controlled deformation standard considering the waterproof performance.

目的:观察隐神经脉冲射频联合透明质酸钠关节内注射对保守治无效的膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者氧化应激和炎症疼痛介质的影响。方法:选取2021年7月~2022年12月期间我院收治的经保守治无效的127例KOA患者,根据随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组(n=63,接受透明质酸钠关节内注射)和联合组(n=64,接受隐神经脉冲射频联合透明质酸钠关节内注射)。对比两组膝关节疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分(Lysholm评分)、炎症介质[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、疼痛介质[P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)]、不良反应。结果:联合组治疗后VAS评分较对照组更低,Lysholm评分较对照组更高(P0.05)。结论:隐神经脉冲射频联合透明质酸钠关节内注射对保守治无效的KOA患者,可缓解疼痛,降低氧化应激和炎症疼痛介质水平,促进膝关节功能恢复,且安全性较好。

Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)is a ubiquitous pathogen belongs to betaherpesvirus ***2.7 is a highly conserved long non-coding RNA accounting for more than 20%of total viral *** our study,functions of HCMV RNA2.7 were investigated by comparison of host cellular transcriptomes between cells infected with HCMV clinical strain and RNA2.7 deleted *** was demonstrated that RNA polymeraseⅡ(PolⅡ)-dependent host gene transcriptions were significantly activated when RNA2.7 was removed during infection.A145 nt-in-length motif within RNA2.7 was identified to inhibit the phosphorylation of PolⅡSerine-2(PolⅡS2)by reducing the interaction between PolⅡand phosphorylated cyclin-dependent kinase 9(pCDK9).Due to the loss of PolⅡS2 phosphorylation,cellular DNA pre-replication complex(pre-RC)factors,including Cdt1 and Cdc6,were significantly decreased,which prevented more cells from entering into S phase and facilitated viral DNA *** results provide new insights of HCMV RNA2.7 functions in regulation of host cellular transcription.

We investigate the incidence algebras arising from one-branch extensions of “rectangles”.There are four different ways to form such extensions, and all four kinds of incidence algebras turn out to be derived equivalent. We provide realizations for all of them as endomorphism algebra of tilting modules or tilting complexes over a Nakayama algebra. Meanwhile, an unexpected derived equivalence between Nakayama algebras N (2r-1, r) and N (2r-1, r+1) has been found. As an application, we obtain the explicit formulas of the Coxeter polynomials for a large family of Nakayama algebras, i.e.,the Nakayama algebras N (n, r) with(n/2)

Constructing controllable thermal conduction networks is the key to efficiently improve thermal conductivities of polymer *** this work,graphite oxide(GO)and functionalized carbon nanotubes(f-CNTs)are combined to prepare“Line-Plane”-like hetero-structured thermally conductive GO@f-CNTs fillers,which are then performed to construct controllable 3D GO@f-CNTs thermal conduction networks via selfsacrificing template method based on oxalic ***,thermally conductive GO@f-CNTs/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)composites are fabricated via casting *** the size of oxalic acid is 0.24 mm and the volume fraction of GO@f-CNTs is 60 vol%,GO@f-CNTs/PDMS composites present the optimal thermal conductivity coefficient(λ,4.00 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)),about 20 times that of theλof neat PDMS(0.20 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)),also much higher than theλ(2.44 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))of GO/f-CNTs/PDMS composites with the same amount of randomly dispersed ***,the obtained GO@f-CNTs/PDMS composites have excellent thermal stability,whoseλdeviation is only about 3%after 500 thermal cycles(20-200℃).
