OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the analgesic effects of total flavonoids of Longxuejie(resina Dracaenae Cochinchinensis)(TFDB) and explore the possible analgesic mechanism associated with transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TrpV1).METHODS: Whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to observe the effects of TFDB on capsaicin-induced TrpV1 currents. rat experiments in vivo were used to observe the analgesic effects of TFDB. Western blot and immunofluorescence experiments were used to test the change of TrpV1 expression in DrG neurons induced by ***: results showed that TFDB inhibited capsaicin-induced TrpV1 receptor currents in acutely isolated dorsal root ganglion(DrG) neurons of rats and the half inhibitory concentration was(16.7 ± 1.6) mg/***(2-20 mg/kg) showed analgesic activity in the phase Ⅱ of formalin test and(0.02-2 mg per paw)reduced capsaicin-induced licking times of rats. TFDB(20 mg/kg) was fully efficacious on complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA)-induced inflammatory thermal hyperalgesia and capsaicin could weaken the analgesic effects. The level of TrpV1 expressions of DrG neurons was also decreased in TFDB-treated CFA-inflammatory pain ***: All these results indicated that the analgesic effect of TFDB may contribute to their modulations on both function and expression of TrpV1 channels in DrG neurons.

recent studies have mostly focused on engraftment of cells at the lesioned spinal cord,with the expectation that differentiated neurons facilitate *** a few studies have attempted to use transplanted cells and/or biomaterials as major modulators of the spinal cord injury ***,we aimed to investigate the role of microenvironment modulation by cell graft on functional recovery after spinal cord *** neural stem cells reprogrammed from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells,and/or thrombin plus fibrinogen,were transplanted into the lesion site of an immunosuppressed rat spinal cord injury ***,Beattie and Bresnahan score,electrophysiological function,and immunofluorescence/histological analyses showed that transplantation facilitates motor and electrophysiological function,reduces lesion volume,and promotes axonal neurofilament expression at the lesion *** of the graft and niche components revealed that although the graft only survived for a relatively short period(up to 15 days),it still had a crucial impact on the ***,induced neural stem cells and human fibrin reduced the number of infiltrated immune cells,biased microglia towards a regenerative M2 phenotype,and changed the cytokine expression profile at the lesion ***-induced changes of the microenvironment during the acute and subacute stages might have disrupted the inflammatory cascade chain reactions,which may have exerted a long-term impact on the functional recovery of spinal cord injury rats.

In this article, an unknown system dynamics estimator-based impedance control method is proposed for the lower limb exoskeleton to stimulate the tracking flexibility with the terminal target position when suffering parametric inaccuracies and unexpected disturbances. To reinforce the robust performance, via constructing the filtering operation-based dynamic relation, i.e., invariant manifold, the unknown system dynamics estimators are employed to maintain the accurate perturbation identification in both the hip and knee subsystem. Besides, a funnel control technique is designed to govern the convergence process within a minor overshoot and a higher steady-state precision. Meanwhile, an interactive complaint result can be obtained with the aid of the impedance control, where the prescribed terminal trajectory can be adjusted into the interaction variable-based target position by the force–position mapping, revealing the dynamic influence between the impedance coefficient (stiffness and damping) and the adjusted position magnitude. A sufficient stability analysis verifies the ultimately uniformly bounded results of all the error signals, and even the angle errors can be regulated within the predefined funnel boundary in the whole convergence. Finally, some simulations are provided to demonstrate the validity and superiority including the enhanced interaction flexibility and robustness.

Holography can provide the desired wavefront phase and/or amplitude for imaging,particle manipulation,bacteria trapping,and cell patterning in optics and ***,previous work on acoustic holography is mostly based on local design optimization,either using active control of the sound source or relying on the structural design to provide the desired *** precise control over the acoustic field remains a significant ***,we realize refined single-plane symmetric binary amplitude,asymmetric intensity gradient amplitude,and bi-objective hologram through the non-local holographic imaging theory that considers the acoustic coupling of structural units in *** taking into account the self-radiation and mutual radiation between many small units on a plate of well-designed thickness,as well as the transmission through the plate's apertures,we can effectively regulate the sound field behind the *** demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach through numerical simulations and experiments,showcasing a circle,a black hole,and a bi-objective with a circle and a square ***,the acoustic black hole hologram precisely reconstructs the intensity gradient distribution at two bright *** non-local holographic imaging theory is valuable for the fine-intensity regulation of the sound field and is expected to be applied in ultrasound diagnosis and treatment,medical imaging,and other fields.

A model combined both macroscopic transport and microstructural evolution is applied to describe the influence of thermosolutal convection on microstructural evolution during the solidification process. Firstly, the volume average method and Simpler algorithm are used to solve the macroscopic transport equation. Then the calculated results are incorporated into the cellular automaton (CA) model to simulate the microstructural evolution. Using this model, a simple casting ingot is applied to simulate microstructural evolution. Through the simulation, it is found that the thermosolutal convection has a strong influence on the redistribution of temperature field and solute field, which influence the solidification microstructural evolution.

In this paper,we concentrate on a reconfigurable intelligent surface(rIS)-aided mobile edge computing(MEC)system to improve the offload efficiency with moving user equipments(UEs).We aim to minimize the energy consumption of all UEs by jointly optimizing the discrete phase shift of rIS,UEs’transmitting power,computing resources allocation,and the UEs’task offloading strategies for local computing and *** formulated problem is a sequential decision making across multiple coherent time ***,the mobility of UEs brings uncertainties into the decision-making *** cope with this challenging problem,the deep reinforcement learning-based Soft Actor-Critic(SAC)algorithm is first proposed to effectively optimize the discrete phase of rIS and the UEs’task offloading ***,the transmitting power and computing resource allocation can be determined based on the *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can be trained more stably and perform approximately 14%lower than the deep deterministic policy gradient benchmark in terms of energy consumption.
