Cerium and cobalt loaded Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst prepared by impregnation method was investigated for photothermal catalytic toluene *** on catalyst characterizations(XPS,EPR and H2-TPR),redox cycle between Co and TiO_(2)(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+))results in the formation of Co^(3+),Ti^(3+)and oxygen vacancies,which play important roles in toluene catalytic oxidation *** introduction of Ce brings in the dual redox cycles(Co^(2+)+Ti^(4+)↔Co^(3+)+Ti^(3+),Co^(2+)+Ce4+↔Co^(3+)+Ce3+),further promoting the elevation of reaction sites *** full spectrum irradiation with light intensity of 580mW/cm^(2),Co-Ce/TiO_(2)catalyst achieved 96%of toluene conversion and 73%of CO_(2)yield,obviously higher than Co/P25 and Co/TiO_(2).Co-Ce/TiO_(2)efficiently maintains 10-hour stability test under water vapor conditions and exhibits better photothermal catalytic performance than counterparts under different wavelengths *** catalytic reaction displays improved activities compared with thermal catalysis,which is attributed to the promotional effect of light including photocatalysis and light activation of reactive oxygen species.

Microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of the extruded Mg-2.49Nd-1.82Gd-0.2Zn-0.2Zr alloy were investigated at different extrusion temperatures(260 and 320℃),extrusion ratios(10:1,15:1,and 30:1),and extrusion speeds(3 and 6 mm/s).The experimental results exhibited that the grain sizes after extrusion were much finer than that of the homogenized alloy,and the second phase showed streamline distribution along the extrusion direction(ED).With extrusion temperature increased from 260 to 320℃,the microstructure,texture,and mechanical properties of alloys changed *** dynamic recrystallization(DRX)degree and grain sizes enhanced as the extrusion ratio increased from 10:1 to 30:1,and the strength gradually decreased but elongation(EL)*** the extrusion speed increased from 3 to 6 mm/s,the grain sizes and DRX degree increased significantly,and the samples presented the typical-rare-earth(RE)*** alloy extruded at 260℃ with extrusion ratio of 10:1 and extrusion speed of 3 mm/s showed the tensile yield strength(TYS)of 213 MPa and EL of 30.6%.After quantitatively analyzing the contribution of strengthening mechanisms,it was found that the grain boundary strengthening and dislocation strengthening played major roles among strengthening *** results provide some guidelines for enlarging the industrial application of extruded Mg-RE alloy.

The fractional shortcut to adiabaticity(f-STA)for the production of quantum superposition states is proposed firstly via a three-level system with aΛ-type linkage pattern and a four-level system with a tripod *** fast and robust production of the coherent superposition states is studied by comparing the populations for the f-STA and the fractional stimulated Raman adiabatic passage(f-STIRAP).The states with equal proportions can be produced by fixing the controllable parameters of the driving pulses at the final moment of the whole *** effects of the pulse intensity and the time delay of the pulses on the production process are discussed by monitoring the populations on all of the quantum *** particular,the spontaneous emission arising from the intermediate state is investigated by the quantum master *** result reveals that the f-STA exhibits superior advantages over the f-STIRAP in producing the superposition states.

Creeping reservoir landslide progressive evolution process: from large-scale direct shear creep test to seepage-mechanical-deformation block model

Creeping reservoir landslides experience slow， ongoing deformation driven by cyclical hydrological conditions， posing a significant threat to hydropower infrastructure and nearby communities. Long-term high consolidation pressure leads to the formation of a dense soil matrix unique structure in slip zone soils， significantly affecting the reservoir landslides evolution. However， current studies often fail to adequately describe and incorporate the structural and creep properties of intact slip zone soils， results in a lack of precision and efficiency when simulating the progressive evolution process of creeping reservoir landslides. This study conducted a series of large-scale direct shear creep test in the intact slip zone soil from No.1 linjiang landslide of Huangtupo landslide in Three Gorges Reservoir area (TGRA)， to study the creep behavior and long-term strength. Subsequently， a seepage-mechanical-deformation (SMD) block model， offering higher computational efficiency and the ability to dynamically adapt to real-time hydrological boundary conditions， was developed to provide an ovel framework for simulating the progressive evolution of the No.1 linjiang landslide. The experimental results indicate that that the intact slip zone soil exhibits distinct creep behavior characteristics and has obtained long-term strength. The performance of the proposed SMD block model is further validated by its close alignment with monitoring data， with root-mean-square errors (RMSE) of 2.556 mm and 1.167 mm for the rear and front monitoring points of the landslide， respectively， over one hydrological year. Furthermore， the simulation results highlight that the primary deformations occur at the front and rear of the landslide， with the middle section acting as an anti-sliding barrier. Overall， this study advances the understanding of creeping landslide evolution processes and enhances the simulation capabilities of landslide deformation， offering valuable insights for risk assess

研究了方解石上清液对氟碳铈矿表面化学的影响。通过Zeta电位测量,并辅以浮选试验,在上清液存在和不存在的情况下,使用辛基异羟肟酸、双膦酸、复合捕收剂作为捕收剂浮选氟碳铈矿。结果表明,上清液中处理氟碳铈矿,通过三种捕收剂浮选,得到不同的浮选效果,其中复合捕收剂最好回收率达到95.3%。Zeta电位测量表明,上清液中Ca^(2+)对氟碳铈矿表面电性的影响在碱性溶液中更为明显,其中在复合捕收剂中氟碳铈矿的表面电位负移最小,IEP向右移动到8.8处,方解石上清液中的Ca(OH)+容易被氟碳铈矿表面吸附。FTIR结果表明:氟碳铈矿在方解石上清液中更容易吸附复合捕收剂,其原因是方解石上清液中CaOH^(+)活化氟碳铈矿表面活性位点的作用,氟碳铈矿表面活性位点与捕收剂容易结合并形成金属螯合物。XPS分析表明,方解石上清液中复合捕收剂处理的氟碳铈矿全谱中出现了新峰N 1s, P 2p,Ca2p,说明吸附了复合捕收剂中的N,P和Ca元素;其中吸附的Ca可能是氟碳铈矿表面吸附了方解石上清液中的Ca(OH)+。复合捕收剂在Ca(OH)+与氟碳铈矿的作用下形成金属螯合物,其吸附结构可能是R-NH-O-Ca-CeCO_(3)F和R-P-O-Ca-CeCO_(3)F。这些发现证实,有效的稀土矿物浮选分离并不仅仅依赖捕收剂-矿物相互作用的强度,而在很大程度上依赖于浮选溶液的化学性质。

Learning Models for Predicting Pavement Friction Based on Non-contact Texture Measurements: Comparative Assessment

Ensuring highway safety relies heavily on pavement friction resistance. To enable network-level pavement skid resistance monitoring and management， this study proposes a non-contact three-dimensional laser surface testing method to obtain detailed aggregate surface data. The existing contact-based skid resistance measurement methods suffer from poor reproducibility and repeatability， hindering their application for network-level management. In this research， traditional multiple linear regression and four machine learning methods—support vector machine (SVM)， random forest (RF)， gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT)， and convolutional neural network (CNN)—are utilized to evaluate and predict pavement frictional performance. To assess the proposed methods， data from 45 pavement sites in Oklahoma， including 6 major preventive maintenance (PM) treatments and 7 typical types of aggregates， are collected. Parallel data acquisition is conducted at highway speeds using a grip tester and a high-speed texture profiler to measure pavement skid resistance and surface macro-texture， respectively. Aggregate properties are captured in 3D using a portable ultra-high-resolution 3D laser imaging scanner， leading to the calculation of four types of 3D aggregate parameters characterizing the micro-texture of aggregate surfaces. The relationship between pavement surface friction and texture is explored using machine learning models. The results reveal that the random forest and gradient boosting decision tree models exhibit the highest accuracy， SVM and CNN perform moderately， while the traditional linear regression method fares the worst. By assessing the importance of the 38 parameter variables， the most critical 21 variables were selected for model development. Test results demonstrate that the GBDT model exhibits the best predictive performance， with an explanatory capability of 87.4% for road friction performance.
