Microbial safety control of compost material with cow dung by heat treatment

Various kinds of pathogenic bacteria derived from the intestinal tract of animals exist in compost material like cow dung. In order to sterilize the pathogenic bacteria completely in compost material, the cow dung was put into a heat treatment machine in pilot plan, and harmless condition in short time was examined. The results indicated, pathogenic indicator bacteria such as coliform bacteria, fecal coliform, Escherichia coli and salmonella were all 106 cfu/g dw at the beginning, died rapidly when cow dung temperature rose to above 50~C, and not detected at 54-68~C for 6-24 h heat treatment. Coliform bacteria and salmonella in heated cow dung were not detected by re-growth culture and enrichment culture examination. Moreover, it was hardly influenced on the fermentation ability of composting microbe, organic decomposition bacteria. During heat treatment, the mesophile decreased rapidly and the thermophile stabilized or increased, and the most of composting microbe were bacillus in cow dung by fluorescence microscope, this indicated that bacillus was dominator and composting microbe in composting process.

City clusters and metropolitan areas in China are flourishing in the midst of the deepening urbanization in the country, thereby resulting in the emergence of intercity rail transit. Intereity railways connect mainline and urban railways for an integrated regional transportation system that underpins and leads the development of city clusters and metropolitan areas. This study explores the development mode and service characteristics of intercity rail transit, as well as proposes overviews on this system and prospects of its future technology in China.

Suction caisson foundation derives most of their uplift resistance from passive suction developed during the pullout movement. It was observed that the passive suction generated in soil at the bottom of the caisson and the failure mode of suction caisson foundation subjecting pullout loading behaves as a reverse compression failure *** upper bound theorems have been proved to be a powerful method to find the critical failure mechanism and critical load associated with foundations, buried caissons and other geotechnical structures. However, limited attempts have been reported to estimate the uplift bearing capacity of the suction caisson foundation using the upper bound solution. In this paper, both reverse failure mechanisms from Prandtl and Hill were adopted as the failure mechanisms for the computation of the uplift bearing capacity of the suction caisson. New equations were proposed based on both failure mechanisms to estimate the pullout capacity of the suction caisson. The proposed equations were verified by the test results and experimental data from published literature. And the two solutions agree reasonably well with the other test results. It can be proved that both failure mechanisms are reasonably and more consistent with the actual force condition.

小檗碱减轻鱼藤酮诱导的帕金森病模型大鼠损伤的实验研究

目的:探讨小檗碱(berberine,BBR)对鱼藤酮(rotenone,Rot)诱导的帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)模型大鼠的作用及其机制。方法:将36只大鼠随机分为对照组(control,Con)、Rot组、Rot+BBR组和Con+BBR组,对各组分别进行行为学评估,观察各组大鼠中脑纹状体脑组织的多巴胺含量以及氧化应激指标的变化,同时纹状体脑组织检测酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)、多巴胺转运体(DAT)、囊泡单胺转运蛋白2(VMAT2)蛋白表达情况;进一步对Rot+BBR组进行腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)抑制剂dorsomorphin(Dor)干预,将12只大鼠随机分为Rot+BBR组和Rot+BBR+Dor组,通过检测Rot+BBR组大鼠经Dor干预后的APMK、p-AMPK、LC3-Ⅰ、LC3-Ⅱ以及α-synuclein表达水平变化来验证BBR对AMPK信号通路介导的自噬的影响。结果:与对照组相比,Rot组大鼠存在明显的神经功能障碍和氧化应激损伤、纹状体脑组织多巴胺含量显著减少以及TH、DAT、VMAT2表达水平显著下降;与Rot组相比,予以BBR干预可显著改善Rot+BBR组大鼠的神经功能,并且呈剂量依赖性;予以20 mg/kg的BBR干预后,Rot+BBR组大鼠氧化应激损伤减轻、脑组织多巴胺含量增加,同时TH、DAT、VMAT2蛋白表达水平显著升高;进一步采用Dor药物干预后BBR+Rot组大鼠的p-AMPK/AMPK和LC3-Ⅱ/LC3-Ⅰ比例下降,α-synuclein蛋白表达显著升高,同时TH阳性荧光强度也明显降低。结论:BBR可改善Rot诱导的PD模型大鼠的神经功能障碍和氧化应激损伤,其机制可能与BBR通过激活AMPK信号通路介导的自噬有关。

The popularity of the Internet of Things(IoT)has enabled a large number of vulnerable devices to connect to the Internet,bringing huge security *** a network-level security authentication method,device fingerprint based on machine learning has attracted considerable attention because it can detect vulnerable devices in complex and heterogeneous access ***,flexible and diversified IoT devices with limited resources increase dif-ficulty of the device fingerprint authentication method executed in IoT,because it needs to retrain the model network to deal with incremental features or *** address this problem,a device fingerprinting mechanism based on a Broad Learning System(BLS)is proposed in this *** mechanism firstly characterizes IoT devices by traffic analysis based on the identifiable differences of the traffic data of IoT devices,and extracts feature parameters of the traffic packets.A hierarchical hybrid sampling method is designed at the preprocessing phase to improve the imbalanced data distribution and reconstruct the fingerprint *** complexity of the dataset is reduced using Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and the device type is identified by training weights using *** experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve state-of-the-art accuracy and spend less training time than other existing methods.

During the past decade,research efforts have been gradually directed to the widely existing yet less noticed multimodal multi-objective optimization problems(MMOPs)in the multi-objective optimization ***,researchers have begun to investigate enhancing the decision space diversity and preserving valuable dominated solutions to overcome the shortage caused by a preference for objective space ***,many existing methods still have limitations,such as giving unduly high priorities to convergence and insufficient ability to enhance decision space *** overcome these shortcomings,this article aims to explore a promising region(PR)and enhance the decision space diversity for handling *** traditional methods,we propose the use of non-dominated solutions to determine a limited region in the PR in the decision space,where the Pareto sets(PSs)are included,and explore this region to assist in solving ***,we develop a novel neighbor distance measure that is more suitable for the complex geometry of PSs in the decision space than the crowding *** on the above methods,we propose a novel dual-population-based coevolutionary *** studies on three benchmark test suites demonstrates that our proposed methods can achieve promising performance and versatility on different *** effectiveness of the proposed neighbor distance has also been justified through comparisons with crowding distance methods.

目的探讨以逆行方式切取的指蹼动脉蒂掌背动脉穿支皮瓣修复手指中远节指背软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法病例系列报告。纳入2018年3月—2023年3月常熟市第一人民医院整形外科收治的15例手指中远节指背软组织缺损的患者, 其中男11例、女4例, 年龄34~55[43.0(39.5, 45.5)]岁。电刨伤9例, 挤压伤2例, 热压伤4例;中指7例, 示指4例, 环指2例, 小指2例;11例为中节缺损, 4例为中节伴远指间关节缺损, 同时合并肌腱或骨的损伤。创面面积2.0 cm×0.8 cm~5.5 cm×1.5 cm, 皮瓣切取面积2.5 cm×1.0 cm~6.0 cm×2.5 cm。清创后, 先修复肌腱及骨损伤, 再以逆行方式切取指蹼动脉蒂掌背动脉穿支皮瓣旋转180°覆盖创面、修复软组织缺损。通过门诊复诊、电话或微信等方式对患者进行随访, 并对患指皮瓣的外观、质地、感觉及功能的恢复情况进行评价。结果 15例患者皮瓣术后均存活, 其中1例出现远端表皮部分坏死, 经换药后愈合。15例患者均获7~24个月随访, 皮瓣质地柔软, 外观良好, 不臃肿, 皮肤色泽与周围正常组织接近;末次随访皮瓣两点辨别觉为6.0~9.0[7.0(6.5, 8.0)]mm, 中华医学会手外科协会上肢功能评定手指功能优12例、良2例、可1例;腕背及手掌背侧可见线形瘢痕, 少许色素沉着, 供区瘢痕无触痛及挛缩等并发症。结论逆行切取指蹼动脉蒂掌背动脉穿支皮瓣转位覆盖创面, 皮瓣的蒂部安全并可延长, 皮瓣血供稳定, 手术操作简单, 供区损伤小, 适合修复手指中远节指背组织缺损。

水钢混合型除尘灰造小球二次利用试验研究

Monitoring dynamic changes in tumor immune markers are essential for predicting the therapeutic responses of tumors to immunotherapy, as well as other traditional therapies, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Here, we designed a lipid-aptamer conjugate by employing a C18 chain to modify an aptamer targeting programmed cell death-ligand 1(C18-ap PDL1). The obtained C18-ap PDL1 could bind with serum albumin postintravenous injection to achieve prolonged blood circulation and enhanced in vivo stability without weakening its binding affinity toward PDL1. C18-ap PDL1 labeling with radionuclides, such as;Tc, could yield a nuclear imaging agent exhibiting much higher tumor-homing ability than bare aptamer. Notably, such radiolabeled C18-ap PDL1 could be utilized to visually monitor the dynamic changes in PDL1 expression postchemotherapy or radiotherapy within a few hours. Additionally, this C18-ap PDL1 could offer improved antitumor immune therapeutic responses,which are comparable with those of commercial anti-PDL1 antibodies at the same weight dosage. Thus, this article presented promising lipid-modified aptamers for cancer immunoimaging and immunotherapy.
