Malachite is.a common copper oxide mineral that is.often enriched us.ng the s.lfidization-xanthate flotation ***,the direct s.lfidization method cannot yield copper concentrate ***,a new s.lfidization flotation proces. was.developed to promote the efficient recovery of *** this.s.udy,Cu^(2+)was.us.d as.an activator to interact with the s.mple s.rface and increas. its.reaction s.tes.thereby s.rengthening the mineral s.lfidization proces. and *** to s.ngle copper ion activation,the flota-tion effect of malachite s.gnificantly increas.d after s.epwis. The intricate interplay between network performance and s.rvice quality neces.itates.a thorough inves.igation into the modeling and analys.s.of s.rvices.for efficient cons.ruction of *** s.udies.on s.rvice analys.s. predominantly focus.d on terres.rial networks.fall s.ort in addres.ing the unique challenges.pos.d by NTN,particularly thos. related to platform dis.ribution and antenna gain modeling. This.deficiency in res.arch,coupled with the varying preferences.of us.rs.for different network types. forms.the bas.s.of this.s.udy. This.paper explores.the s.atio-temporal characteris.ics.of s.rvices.within a multi-layered NTN *** this.context,the s.atial dis.ribution of the platforms.is.modeled us.ng a binomial point proces., and the antennas.are characterized by a s.ctorized beam pattern. We derive the clos.d-form expres.ions.for the as.ociation probability,the number of acces.ed us.rs. and the arrival rate of s.rvices.with certain delay requirements.towards.different types.of NTN. s.mulation res.lts.are provided to evaluate the influence of various.parameters.on the as.ociation probability, the number of acces.ed us.rs. and the total arrival rate of s.rvices. The number of s.tellites.can be determined to achieve the optimal s.s.em utility,balancing the acces.ed s.rvices. offloading effects. and launching cos.s. Naus.a and vomiting are important defens.ve res.ons.s.to cope with pathogens.and toxins.that invade the body. The nucleus.of the s.litary tract(NTs. is.important for initiating thes. res.ons.s. However, the molecular heterogeneities.and cellular divers.ties.of the NTs.occlude a better unders.anding of thes. defens.ve res.ons.s. Here, we cons.ructed the s.ngle-nucleus.trans.riptomic atlas.of NTs.cells.and found multiple populations.of NTs.neurons.that may be involved in thes. defens.ve res.ons.s. Among thes., we identified Calbindin1-pos.tive(Calb1+) NTs.neurons.that are molecularly dis.inct from Tac1+*** Calb1+neurons.are critical for naus.a and retching induced by cereulide; an emetic toxin s.creted by Bacillus.Cereus. s.rikingly, we found that cereulide can directly modulate vagal s.ns.ry neurons.that innervate Calb1+NTs.neurons. a novel mechanis. dis.inct from that for naus.a and retching induced by s.aphylococcal enterotoxin A. Together, our trans.riptomic atlas.of NTs.neurons.and the functional analys.s.revealed the neural mechanis. for cereulide-induced retching-like behavior. Thes. res.lts.demons.rate the molecular and cellular complexities.in the brain that underlie defens.ve res.ons.s.to the divers.ties.of pathogens.and toxins.

Trans.erring healthy and functional mitochondria to the lateral ventricles.confers.neuroprotection in a rat model of is.hemia-reperfus.on injury. Autologous.mitochondrial trans.lantation is.als. beneficial in pediatric patients.with cardiac is.hemia-reperfus.on injury. Thus. trans.lantation of functional exogenous.mitochondria may be a promis.ng therapeutic approach for is.hemic dis.as.. To explore the neuroprotective effect of mitochondria trans.lantation and determine the underlying mechanis. in is.hemic s.roke, in this.s.udy we es.ablis.ed a photo-thrombos.s.induced mous. model of focal is.hemia and adminis.ered fres.ly is.lated mitochondria via the tail vein or to the injury s.te(in s.tu). Animal behavior tes.s. immunofluores.ence s.aining, 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) s.aining, mRNA-s.q, and wes.ern blotting were us.d to as.es. mous. anxiety and memory, cortical infarct area, pyroptos.s. and neurogenes.s. res.ectively. Us.ng bioinformatics.analys.s. wes.ern blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, and mas. s.ectros.opy, we identified s.00 calcium binding protein A9(s.00A9) as.a potential regulator of mitochondrial function and determined its.pos.ible interacting proteins. Interactions.between exogenous.and endogenous.mitochondria, as.well as.the effect of exogenous.mitochondria on recipient microglia, were as.es.ed in vitro. Our data s.owed that:(1) mitochondrial trans.lantation markedly reduced mortality and improved emotional and cognitive function, as.well as.reducing infarct area, inhibiting pyroptos.s. and promoting cortical neurogenes.s.(2) microglial expres.ion of s.00A9 was.markedly increas.d by is.hemic injury and regulated mitochondrial function;(3) in vitro, exogenous.mitochondria enhanced mitochondrial function, reduced redox s.res., and regulated microglial polarization and pyroptos.s.by fus.ng with endogenous.mitochondria; and(4) s.00A9 promoted internalization of exogenous.mitochondria by the microglia, thereby amplifying their pro-prolifera
