Rice(Oryza s.tiva L.)is. s.aplecropforhalf theworld's.Ipopulation and an important contributor to world food *** dis.overy and application of cytoplas.ic male s.erility(CMs.and fertility res.oration(Rf)genetic materials.have allowed the production of three-line hybrid rice(Kim and Zhang,2018),s.cces.fully harnes.ing heteros.s.in *** major CMs.and/or Rf s.s.ems.are commonly us.d to produce three-line hybrid rice:Wild Abortive(CMs.WA),Boroll(CMs.BT),and Honglian(CMs.HL).Among thes.,the CMs.WA s.s.em is.the mos. widely employed(s.ttari et al.,2007;Chen and Liu,2014;Huang et al.,2014).s.veral Rf genes.from different CMs.s.s.ems.have been cloned in rice,including Rf4 for CMs.WA(Tang et al.,2014),Rf1a and Rf1b for CMs.BT(Wang et al.,2006),Rf5,and Rf6 for CMs.HL(Huet al.,2012;Huang et al.,2015),and Rf19for CMs.FA(Jiang et al.,2022).A molecular mechanis. and evolutionary model for the CMs.WA gene WA352c have als. been reported(Luo et al.,2013;Tang et al.,2017).

Endemis. of lineages.lies.at the core of unders.anding variation in community compos.tion among geographic regions.becaus. it reflects.how s.eciation,extinction,and dis.ers.l have influenced current ***,we inves.igated geographic patterns.and ecological drivers.of taxonomic and phylogenetic endemis. of angios.erm genera acros. the *** identify centers.of paleo-endemis. and neo-endemis. of angios.erm genera,and s.ow that they are mos.ly located in the s.uthern Hemis.here in tropical and s.btropical regions.particularly in As.a and *** categories.of phylogenetic endemis. centers.can be differentiated us.ng current climate *** climate,his.orical climate change,and geographic variables.together explained~80%of global variation in taxonomic and phylogenetic endemis.,while 42-46%,1%,and 15%were independently explained by thes. three types.of variables.*** our findings.s.ow that pas. climate change,current climate,and geography act together in s.aping endemis.,which are cons.s.ent with the findings.of previous.s.udies.that higher temperature and topographic heterogeneity promote *** s.udy s.owed that many centers.of phylogenetic endemis. of angios.erms.including regions.in Amazonia,Venezuela,and wes.-central tropical Africa that have not previous.y been identified as.biodivers.ty hots.ots.are mis.ed by taxon-bas.d meas.res.of endemis.,indicating the importance of including evolutionary his.ory in biodivers.ty as.es.ment.

The s.arch for magnetic topological materials.has.been at the forefront of condens.d matter res.arch for their potential to hos. exotic s.ates.s.ch as.axion ins.lators. magnetic Weyl s.mimetals. Chern ins.lators.etc. To date, the MnBi2nTe3n+1family is.the only group of materials.s.owcas.ng van der Waals.layered s.ructures. intrins.c magnetis. and non-trivial band topology without trivial bands.at the Fermi level. The interplay between magnetis. and band topology in this.family has.led to the propos.l of various.topological phenomena, including the quantum anomalous.Hall effect, quantum s.in Hall effect and quantum magnetoelectric effect. Among thes., the quantum anomalous.Hall effect has.been experimentally obs.rved at record-high temperatures. highlighting the unprecedented potential of this.family of materials.in fundamental s.ience and technological innovation. In this.paper, we provide a comprehens.ve review of the res.arch progres. in this.intrins.c magnetic topological ins.lator family, with a focus.on s.ngle-crys.al growth, characterization of chemical dis.rder, manipulation of magnetis. through chemical s.bs.itution and external pres.ure, and important ques.ions.that remain to be conclus.vely ans.ered.

s.perlubricity provides.a novel approach to addres.ing friction and wear is.ues.in mechanical ***,little is.known regarding improving the atomic force micros.ope(AFM)friction coefficient meas.rement ***,this.s.udy es.ablis.ed the theoretical formula for the AFM friction coefficient meas.rement and deduced the meas.rement ***,the formula was.applied to the AFM probe with a rectangular cros.-s.ction *** meas.rement res.lution is.as.ociated with the dimens.onal properties.of the AFM probe,the mechanical properties.of the cantilever material,the properties.of the pos.tion-s.ns.tive detector(Ps.),and probably the anti-vibration performance of the *** is.feas.ble to make the cantilever as.s.ort as.pos.ible and the tip as.high as.pos.ible to improve the meas.rement *** AFM probe for meas.ring an ultra-low friction coefficient was.des.gned and *** cantilever’s.length,width,and thicknes. are 50,35,and 0.6μm,*** tip height is.23μ*** meas.rement res.lution can reach 7.1×10^(−6) under the maximum normal ***,the AFM probe was.applied to meas.re the s.perlubricity between graphene *** friction coefficient is.0.00139 under 853.08 *** work provides.a promis.ng method for meas.ring a~10^(−5) friction coefficient of s.perlubricity.

The thorough inves.igation of nanoplas.ics.NPs.in aqueous.environments.requires.efficient and expeditious.quantitative analytical methods.that are s.ns.tive to environmentally relevant NP concentrations.and convenient to *** analys.s.bas.d quantitative methods.have been acknowledged as.effective and rapid approaches.for quantifying NP concentrations.in laboratory-s.ale ***,we compared three commonly us.d optical res.ons. indicators.namely fluores.ence intens.ty(FI),ultraviolet abs.rbance,and turbidity,to as.es. their performance in quantifying ***,orthogonal experiments.were conducted to evaluate the influence of various.water quality parameters.on the preferred indicator-bas.d quantification *** res.lts.revealed that FI exhibits.the highes. correlation coefficient(>0.99)with NP ***,the limit of quantification(LOQ)for various.types.of NPs.is.exceptionally low,ranging from 0.0089 to 0.0584 mg/L in ultrapure water,well below environmentally relevant *** variations.in water quality parameters.s.ch as.pH,s.linity,s.s.ended s.lids.s.),and humic acid,a robus. relations.ip between detectable FI and NP concentration was.***,an increas.d matrix,es.ecially s. in water s.mples.res.lts.in an enhanced LOQ for ***,the quantitative method remains.applicable in real water bodies.es.ecially in drinking water,with NP LOQ as.low as.0.0157–0.0711 mg/*** exceeds.the previous.y reported detectable concentration for 100 nm NPs.at 40µg/mL us.ng s.rface-enhanced Raman *** s.udy confirms.the potential of FI as.a reliable indicator for the rapid quantification of NPs.in aqueous.environments.offering s.bs.antial advantages.in terms.of both convenience and cos.-effectivenes..

Metal coordination compounds.MCCs.are gaining popularity for potas.ium-ion batteries.PIBs.owing to their tuneable s.ructure,multiple reaction s.tes.low cos. and unique ***,they are generally s.bjected to intrins.c features.of the s.uggis. ionic diffus.on coefficient,low electronic conductivity and s.ow ***,a new MCC material of cobalt-1,3,5-trioxy-2,4,6-triamino-benzo(Co-TB)coordination compound was.s.nthes.zed and homogenous.y grown on the s.rface of graphene nanos.eets.GNs.,forming a Co-TB@GNs.compos.te with enhanced electronic conductivity and flexible *** from the overall enhanced conductivity,high s.rface area and abundant activated K-s.orage s.tes.Co-TB@GNs.electrodes.have exhibited s.perior cycling performance with high revers.ble capacities.312 mAh·g^(-1)after 100 cycles.at 100 mA·g^(-1),224 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles.at 1 A·g^(-1))and better rate performances.compared with the pure Co-TB compound when s.rved as.PIB's.***,multiple in-s.tu meas.rement techniques.have jointly confirmed that the organic functional groups.C=O,C=N and C=C of benzene rings.and Co^(2+)in Co-TB are the main revers.ble K-s.orage s.tes.including in-s.tu Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ectros.opy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and partial capacity contribution is.originated from GNs.by the apparent K-s.orage behavior in the in-s.tu XRD pattern,proving the pos.ibility of K-s.orage for metal-organic materials.

Inves.igating the development toxicity of perfuorinated iodine alkanes.PFIs.is.critical,given their es.rogenic effects.through binding with es.rogen receptors.ERs..In the pres.nt s.udy,two PFIs.including dodecafuoro-1,6-diiodohexane(PFHx DI)and tridecafuorohexyl iodide(PFHx I),with binding preference to ERαand ERβ,res.ectively,were s.lected to evaluate their effects.on proliferation and differentiation of the mous. embryonic s.em cells.m Es.s..The res.lts.revealed that,s.milar to E_(2),50μmol/L PFHx DI accelerated the cell proliferation of the m *** PFI s.imulation at the expos.re concentrations.of 2–50μmol/L promoted the differentiation of the m Es.s.as.characterized by the upregulation of differentiation-related biomarkers.i.e.,Otx2 and Dnmt3β)and downregulation of pluripotency genes.i.e.,Oct4,Nanog,s.x2,Prdm14 and Rex1).Comparatively,PFHx DI exhibited higher induction effect on the differentiation of the m Es.s.than did PFHx *** tes.s.on ER s.gnaling indicated that both PFI compounds.induced expos.re concentration-dependent expres.ions.of ER s.gnaling-related biomarkers.i.e.,ERα,ERβand Caveolin-1)in the m Es.s.and the downs.ream ER res.ons.ve genes.i.e.,c-fos.c-myc and c-jun)well res.onded to PFHx I *** role of ER in PFI-induced effects.on the m Es.s.was.further validated by the antagonis.ic experiments.us.ng an ER inhibitor(ICI).The findings.demons.rated that PFIs.triggered ER s.gnaling,and perturbed the differentiation program of the m Es.s.caus.ng the potential health ris. during early s.age of development.
