In the context of the People's Republic of China,coronary artery disease(CAD)presents a sig-nificant clinical challenge,with over 11.3 mil-lion patients ***,the diagnos-is of CAD has predominantly relied on invasive coronary angiography.[1]However,recent advances in clinical research have revealed a notable trend:a substantial 82% of patients subjected to such invas-ive diagnostics do not necessitate interventional therapy.

Our recent work on the detection of explosives by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy （LIBS） is reviewed in this paper. We have studied the physical mechanism of laser-induced plasma of an organic explosive, TNT. The LIBS spectra of TNT under single-photon excitation are simulated using MATLAB. The variations of the atomic emission lines intensities of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen versus the plasma temperature are simulated too. We also investigate the time-resolved LIBS spectra of a common inorganic explosive, black powder, in two kinds of surrounding atmospheres, air and argon, and find that the maximum value of the O atomic emission line SBR of black powder occurs at a gate delay of 596 ns. Another focus of our work is on using chemometic methods such as principle component analysis （PCA） and partial least squares discriminant analysis （PLS-DA） to distinguish the organic explosives from organic materials such as plastics. A PLS-DA model for classification is built. TNT and seven types of plastics are chosen as samples to test the model. The experimental results demonstrate that LIBS coupled with the chemometric techniques has the capacity to discriminate organic explosive from plastics.

Lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles(Ln-UCNPs)are a new type of nanomaterials with excellent fluorescence properties,which are well applied in fluorescent *** we developed a multifunctional probe based on the surface engineering of core-shell structure UCNPs with polyacrylic acid(PAA).The developed PAA/UCNPs probe could be highly selective to detect and respond to Cu^(2+) at different ***^(2+) could easily combine with the carboxylate anion of PAA to quench the fluorescence of ***,we creatively proposed a fluorescent array sensor(PAA/UCNPs-Cu^(2+)),in which the same material acted as the sensing element by coupled with pH regulation for pattern recognition of 5 *** could also easily identify the chiral enantiomer of cystine(L-Cys-and D-Cys),and distinguish their mixed samples with different concentrations,and more importantly,it could be combined with urine samples to detect actual level of homocysteine(Hcys)to provide a new solution for judging whether the human body suffers from homocystinuria.

Friedberg, Lee and Zhao (FLZ) proposed a method for effectively evaluating the eigenenergies and eigen wavefunctions of quantum systems. In this work, we study several special cases to investigate applicability of the ***, we calculate the ground-state eigenenergy of the Hellmann potential as well as the Cornell potential, and also evaluate the energies of the systems where linear term is added to the Coulomb as a perturbation. The results obtained in this method have a surprising agreement with the traditional method or the numerical results. Since the results in this method have obvious analyticity compared to that in other methods, and because of the simplicity for calculations this method can be applied to solving the Schrodinger equation and provides us a better understanding of the physical essence of the concerned systems. But meanwhile applications of the FLZ method are restricted at present, especially for certain potential forms, but due to its obvious advantages, it should be further developed.

BACKGROUND Immunoglobulin G4-related prostate disease(IgG4-RPD)characterized by a high count of IgG4-positive plasma cells has distinctive serological and radiological *** we report a case of a patient who was successfully treated for IgG4-RPD,which manifested as frequent micturition,dysuric,and systemic *** SUMMARY The patient was a 33-year-old man who was referred to our hospital because of urinary tract symptoms that had persisted for 4 years.A physical examination revealed systemic lymphadenopathy and blood tests showed hyperglobulinemia with an IgG level of 18.90 g/L and an IgG4 level of 18.40 g/*** tomography(CT)revealed bilateral lacrimal gland,right parotid gland and prostatic *** on these findings,IgG4-RD was suspected,and further pathological examination and follow-up results showed expected ***,the patient was diagnosed with IgG4-RPD based on clinical symptoms,pathological examination,therapeutic effects,and follow-up *** received 50 mg oral prednisolone(the dose was gradually reduced and a low dose was used for long-term maintenance)in combination with cyclophosphamide 1.0 g via an intravenous drip for 6 *** year after the treatment was initiated,he was free of urinary or other complaints and his serum IgG4 level *** In IgG4-RPD with severe urinary tract symptoms,radiological findings should be carefully ***4-RPD prognosis is good because the disease responds well to ***,it is urgent for clinicians and pathologists to improve their understanding of IgG4-RPD.

Spatial Distribution Pattern and Influencing Factors of Bed-and-breakfasts(B&Bs)from the Perspective of Urban-rural Differences:A Case Study of Jiaodong Peninsula,China

There are significant differences between urban and rural bed-and-breakfasts(B&Bs)in terms of customer positioning,economic strength and spatial *** identifying the differences in spatial characteristics and influencing factors of each type,is essential for creating urban and rural B&B agglomeration *** study used density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)and the multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model to explore similarities and differences in the spatial distribution patterns and influencing factors for urban and rural B&Bs on the Jiaodong Peninsula of China from 2010 to *** results showed that:1)both urban and rural B&Bs in Jiaodong Peninsula went through three stages:a slow start from 2010 to 2015,rapid development from 2015 to 2019,and hindered development from 2019 to ***,urban B&Bs demonstrated a higher development speed and agglomeration intensity,leading to an increasingly evident trend of uneven development between the two sectors.2)The clustering scale of both urban and rural B&Bs continued to expand in terms of quantity and *** B&B clusters characterized by a limited number,but a higher likelihood of transitioning from low-level to high-level *** the number of rural B&B clusters steadily increased over time,their clustering scale was comparatively lower than that of urban B&Bs,and they lacked the presence of high-level clustering.3)In terms of development direction,urban B&B clusters exhibited a relatively stable pattern and evolved into high-level clustering centers within the main urban ***,rural B&Bs exhibited a more pronounced spatial diffusion effect,with clusters showing a trend of multi-center development along the coastline.4)Transport emerged as a common influencing factor for both urban and rural B&Bs,with the density of road network having the strongest explanatory power for their spatial *** terms of differences,populati
