With the development of electricity market mechanism and advanced metering infrastructure(AMI),demand response has become an important alternative solution to improving power system reliability and effi-ciency. In this paper, the agent-based modelling and simulation method is applied to explore the impact of symmetric market mechanism and demand response on electricity market. The models of market participants are established according to their behaviors. Consumers’ response characteristics under time-of-use(TOU) mechanism are also taken into account. The level of clearing price and market power are analyzed and compared under symmetric and asymmetric market mechanisms. The results indicate that the symmetric mechanism could effectively lower market prices and avoid ***, TOU could apparently flatten the overall demand curve by enabling customers to adjust their load profiles,which also helps to reduce the price.

Immunotoxicity of bisphenol A to Carassius auratus lymphocytes and macrophages following in vitro exposure

Bisphenol A （BPA） is the monomer component of polycarbonate plastics and classified as an endocrine disrupting chemical （EDC）. The reproductive toxicity of BPA has been extensively studied in mammals; however, relatively little information is available on the immunotoxic responses of fish to BPA. In this study, we investigated the effects of BPA on the immune functions of lymphocytes and macrophages in Carassius auratus. The effects of BPA were compared with those of two natural steroid hormones, estradiol and hydrocortisone. Proliferation of the two types of cells in response to PHA was measured using colorimetric MTT assay. Macrophage respiratory burst stimulated by Con A was measured using chemiluminescence assay. Results showed that BPA （0.054-5.4 mg/L）, estradiol （0.0002-2.0 mg/L） and hydrocortisone （5-50 mg/L） significantly induced Carassius auratus lymphocyte proliferation while higher doses of hydrocortisone （500-5000 mg/L） appeared to be inhibitory. BPA （0.005-50 mg/L）, estradiol （0.005-800 mg/L） and hydrocortisone （0.005-500 mg/L） markedly enhanced macrophage proliferation, whereas higher doses of BPA （500-1000 mg/L） appeared to inhibit cell proliferation. Furthermore, higher dosage of BPA （50 mg/L） and hydrocortisone （50 and 500 mg/L） suppressed the macrophages respiratory burst while estradiol is stimulative all the doses tested （0.05-500 mg/L）. In conclusion, BPA could have immunotoxicity to Carassius auratus and functional changes of lymphocyte and macrophage in Carassius auratus may be different between low and high dosages.

With the liberalization of the retail market,customers can sell their demand response(DR)resources to the distribution company(Disco)through the DR aggregator(DRA).In this paper,an intelligent DR resource trading framework between Disco and DRA is proposed by exploiting the benefits of deep reinforcement learning(DRL).The hierarchical decision process of the two players is modeled as a Stackelberg *** the game,Disco is the leader who determines the retail price while DRA is the follower who responds to *** protect their privacy,a dueling deep Q-network(dueling DQN)is then constructed to model the bi-level Stackelberg game,such that the lower-level problem doesn’t need to reveal its detailed model to the *** the learning process,the uncertainties from the DRA’s baseline load and wind power are *** order to boost the robustness against the estimation error,the baseline load is discretized into symbols before being used as the input states of the dueling *** to mitigate the uncertainty of wind power,the scenario-based method is introduced when designing the *** demonstrate that the proposed dueling DQNbased method has good performance and is more robust against uncertainties.

Wind power prediction is very important for the economic dispatching of power systems containing wind *** this work,a novel short-term wind power prediction method based on improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(ICEEMDAN)and(long short-term memory)LSTM neural network is proposed and ***,the original data is prepossessed including removing outliers and filling in the ***,the random forest algorithm is used to sort the importance of each meteorological factor and determine the input climate characteristics of the forecast *** addition,this study conducts seasonal classification of the annual data where ICEEMDAN is adopted to divide the original wind power sequence into numerous modal components according to different *** this basis,sample entropy is used to calculate the complexity of each component and reconstruct them into trend components,oscillation components,and random ***,these three components are input into the LSTM neural network,*** with the predicted values of the three components,the overall power prediction results are *** simulation shows that ICEEMDAN-SE-LSTM achieves higher prediction accuracy ranging from 1.57%to 9.46%than other traditional models,which indicates the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed method for power prediction.

The thermal behaviors of the deposits on supported noble metal catalysts for synthesizing 2, 3, 5-trimethylhydroquinone by DSC were studied. The results show that the supported Pd catalysts have two exothermic peaks at around 312 ℃ and 435 ℃ in the DSC thermograms, respectively, while the supported Pt catalysts have one exothermic peak at approximately 345 ℃. Therefore, it is supposed that the adsorptive states of deposits on supported Pt catalysts and supported Pd catalysts are different, which may be one reason leading to the stability difference between supported Pt catalysts and supported Pd catalysts.

Hole transport material free carbon-based all-inorganic CsPbBr_(3)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)are promising for commercialization due to its low-cost,high open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))and superior *** to the different solubility of PbBr_(2)and CsBr in conventional solvents,CsPbBr_(3)films are mainly obtained by multi-step spin-coating through the phase evolution from PbBr_(2)to CsPb_(2)Br_(5)and then to CsPbBr_(3).The scalable fabrication of high-quality CsPbBr_(3)films has been rarely ***,an inkjet-printing method is developed to prepare high-quality CsPbBr_(3)*** formation of long-range crystalline CsPb_(2)Br_(5)phase can effectively improve phase purity and promote regular crystal stacking of CsPbBr_(3).Consequently,the inkjet-printed CsPbBr_(3)C-PSCs realized PCEs up to 9.09%,8.59%and 7.81%with active areas of 0.09,0.25,and 1 cm^(2),respectively,demonstrating the upscaling potential of our fabrication method and *** high performance is mainly ascribed to the high purity,strong crystal orientation,reduced surface roughness and lower trap states density of the as-printed CsPbBr_(3)*** work provides insights into the relationship between the phase evolution mechanisms and crystal growth dynamics of cesium lead bromide halide films.
