A fiber-optic confocal microscope has been analyzed by Fourier *** is found that the detected light intensity has three parts,each of which is depennted on the coupled lens,the detective lens,and the part comprised of the fiber and the *** simulated results show that the less the value of the parameter A is,which is dependent on the fiber and microprobe,the higher the axial resolution of the system is. For the case,as A→∞, the axial resolution is zero,which is corresponding to the conventional *** A≤1,the axial resolution changes slightly,and is close to the optimal value,which is corresponding to the perfect confocal *** the reflective loss takes place at the end of fiber,the contrast of axial intensity will *** that will help the design of endoscope with confocal microscope at cellular level.

Opportunistic routing explicitly takes advantage of the broadcast nature of wireless communications by using a set of forwarders to opportunistically perform packet forwarding. A key issue in the design of opportunistic routing protocols is the forwarder list selection problem. This paper proposes a novel routing metric which shows the end-to-end throughput and a corresponding throughput oriented opportunistic routing forwarder-selecting algorithm throughput oriented forwarders selection （TOFS） through analyzing forwarding characteristics of forwarders. The algorithm puts forward a constraint mechanism that controls the number of forwarders by constraint of throughput for forwarders selection, achieving a better balance between number of forwarders and effective link stability by introducing the factor of transmission time. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the network end-to-end throughput effectively over existing methods.

Despite the importance of maternally selected nests in shaping offspring phenotypes,our understanding of how the nest environment affects embryonic development and offspring traits of most non-avian reptiles is rather limited largely due to the logistical difficulty in locating their *** identify the relative contributions of environmental(temporal[seasonal]and spatial[nest-site])and intrinsic(clutch)factors on embryonic development and offspring traits,we conducted a cross-fostering experiment by swapping eggs between maternally-selected nests of the toad-headed agama(Phrynocephalus przewalskii)in the *** found that nest environment explained a large proportion of variation in incubation duration,hatching success,and offspring size and *** contrast,clutch only explained a small proportion of variation in these embryonic and offspring *** significantly,compared with spatial effects,seasonal effects explained more phenotypic variation in both embryonic development and offspring *** laid early in the nesting season had longer incubation durations and produced smaller hatchlings with higher post-hatching growth rates than did later-laid ***,hatchlings from early-laid eggs reached larger body sizes prior to *** addition,we found that female toad-headed agama did not select nests specific to reaction norms of their own offspring because hatchlings from original or translocated nests had similar phenotypic ***,our study demonstrates the importance of seasonal variation in nest environments in determining embryonic development and offspring phenotypes,which has not been widely appreciated at least in non-avian reptiles.

GIF动图作为一种典型的用户生成内容,无论是从对素材的选择角度,还是从对画面的选择和编排角度来看,其都满足了著作权法意义上的独创性标准。因此,在现行实定法框架内GIF动图可以被认定为视听作品。在用户制作和传播GIF动图的过程中,可能会涉及对原作品权利人的复制权、信息网络传播权、表演权以及放映权的侵犯。基于解释论立场,通常情况下制作GIF动图虽然会利用他人在先作品,但仍然不妨碍构成对原作品的合理使用,这一结论也可依据四要素标准从学理上得以检验。同时,GIF动图分享平台在处理有关GIF动图所引发的纠纷时,需要遵循公私法二分的处理方式,即对于有关GIF动图私法方面的争议,应当遵循被动审查的原则;而在面对有关公法方面的争议时,原则上应以接到投诉作为其采取措施的义务来源,但对于特殊内容仍应主动履行必要的审查义务。

In the last decade,many researchers have focused on developing fuel-cell flow-field designs that homogeneously distribute reactants with an optimum pressure *** of the previous studies are numerical simulations and the few experimental studies conducted have used very simple flow-field geometries due to the limitations of the conventional fabrication techniques.3D printing is an excellent rapid prototyping method for prototyping bipolar plates(BPPs)to perform experiments on new flow-field *** present research investigates the applicability of different 3D-printed BPPs for studying fluid-dynamic ***-of-the-art flow-field designs are fabricated using PolyJet 3D printing,stereolithographic apparatus(SLA)3D printing and laser-cutter technologies,and the pressure-drop and velocity profiles are measured for each *** results demonstrate that SLA BPPs have great promise in serving as a screening tool in modifying flow-field design with a small feature size.

In the process of accurate interpretation of multi-wave seismic data,we wanted to solve the problem of multi-wave information *** on techniques of elastic wave forwarding,targeting the geological model of a reservoir of an oil field exploration area,we used a high-order staggered-grid difference technology to simulate many shots of seismic records of nonzero offset shots,implemented multi-wave seismic data processing to acquire the CMP of P waves and converted waves,NMO traces of CCP pre stacks,including AVA information and superposition *** on the AVA calculation of the model,the layer parameters of the model and the forwarding wave field relations of the P-S wave,we also compared and studied the correspondence between P waves and converted *** results of our analysis show that the results from simulation and from the AVO analysis are *** wave field differences between P waves and converted waves in the same reservoir were found,which are helpful in recognizing and interpreting the multi-wave information in this *** made use of the multi-wave data to provide the important guidelines for reservoir prediction.

Background Targeted tumor therapies have been making rapid progress in recent years, and the erbB-2 oncogene is a suitable target. There was much discussion about the level of erbB-2 in osteosarcoma. The aim of this study was to investigate the erbB-2 amplification or expression status in osteosarcoma. Methods Fluorescence in situ hybridization （FISH） and DNA probes for erbB-2 and centromere 17 were used to examine the erbB-2 gene amplification status in 32 osteosarcoma samples, and expression of erbB-2 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry （IHC） and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results None of the 32 osteosarcomas was observed by FISH to have the erbB-2 gene amplified, and no distinguishable membrane staining was seen in any case yet, nevertheless, erbB-2 overexpression was present in 6 tumor samples by RT-PCR. Conclusions The status of erbB-2 gene amplification and membrane overexpression is rare in osteosarcomas, and might suggest that the erbB-2 target agent should not be applied to osteosarcomas as single treatment.

本研究面向全国独立学院,基于出资方视角,采取内容分析法和案例研究法,对独立学院的主要出资方进行调查,提出“公有资产出资为主”与“非公有资产出资为主”的分类思路。通过分析我国独立学院转设进程,发现“公有资产出资为主的独立学院转设难”问题;进而聚焦现存此类独立学院,进行主要出资方的再分类。基于利益相关者理论视野,实施利益相关者审计,系统设计公有资产出资为主的独立学院转设的综合战略计划。
