Gold-catalyzed amination reactions based on azides via α-imino gold carbene intermediates have attracted extensive attention in the past decades because this methodology leads to the facile and efficient construction of synthetically useful N-containing molecules, especially valuable N-heterocycles. However,successful examples of intermolecular generation of α-imino gold carbenes by using azides as amination reagents are rarely explored probably due to the weak nucleophilicity of azides. Herein, we disclose an efficient gold-catalyzed intermolecular aminative cyclopropanation of ynamides with the allyl azides, enabling flexible synthesis of a wide range of valuable 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex–2-ene derivatives in good to excellent yields with excellent diastereoselectivities. Importantly, this protocol represents the first use of allyl azide as an efficient amination reagent in gold-catalyzed alkyne amination reactions.

In this article,we revisit an article,which specifically focuses on the utilization of exosomes derived from human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for targeted delivery of gemcitabine in pancreatic cancer *** experimental results demonstrated that the exosome-based drug delivery system derived from MSCs significantly augmented apoptosis in pancreatic cancer *** biocompatibility,targeting specificity,and low immunogenicity of exosomes render them as optimal carriers for drug delivery,enabling precise administration of therapeutics to diseased tissues while mitigating adverse effects,thereby achieving targeted treatment of cancer cells and significantly enhancing anti-tumor ***,the clinical application of exosome drug delivery platforms in oncology still presents challenges,necessitating further optimization to ensure their stability and *** study focuses on elucidating the advantages of exosomes as a drug delivery platform,exploring the utilization of MSC-derived exosomes in oncology therapy,and discussing their potential and future directions in cancer treatment.

Two-dimensional（2D） direct numerical simulations on the dynamics of three identical ferrofluid droplets suspended in a non-magnetic ambient fluid under a rotating uniform magnetic field are conducted, and the motion and deformation of the three ferrofluid droplets are studied in this paper. Results show that there are four modes(i.e., the three droplets' direct coalescence（TC）, the coalescence of two droplets and the subsequent planetary motion with the third droplet（CAP）, the three droplets' planetary motion（TP）, and the independent spin（IS）) for the three ferrofluid droplets, dependent on the magnetic Bond number（Bom） and the initial distance（d0） between two of the droplets. It is found that the decrease in d0and the increase in Bomcan make the droplets' mode change from the IS to the planetary motion, and then turn to the ***, reducing Bomor d0is helpful for the droplets to become merged.

Coconut(Cocos nucifera L.)is a key tropical economic tree valued for its fruit flavor,particularly 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2AP),a vital aroma *** enhance high-aromatic coconut breeding efforts,it is essential to deeply understand the hereditary factors governing the production of *** this study,a genome-wide association analysis identifies 32 loci that exhibit significant associations with 2AP content based on single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)variations from 168 aromatic coconut germplasm *** analysis then pinpoints 22 candidate genes near significant loci involved in 2AP *** encoded by these genes are involved in amino acid metabolism,glycolysis,and secondary *** these,Asparagine synthetase coding gene ASN1,Gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase coding gene GSH1,and UbiA prenyltransferase coding gene UBIA are enriched in the linkage region constructed by significant locus Chr04_*** particular,the SNP mutation of CnASN1 leads to amino acid changes in the functional region of the coding protein,potentially resulting in differences in 2AP content among haplotype *** variations in related candidate genes,particularly the gene CnASN1,provides molecular markers closely associated with 2AP synthesis for coconut breeding and offers further insights into the metabolic mechanisms of 2AP.

Gel polymer electrolytes（GPEs） are conceived to be a good way to build safer lithium/sodium metal batteries by substituting traditional liquid electrolytes. However, it is still very difficult for GPEs to simultaneously achieve high room-temperature ionic conductivity, uniform Na+flow, superior interfacial compatibility, and increased mechanical strength. Herein, a composite gel electrolyte（KNT-PTGPE） with high ionic conductivity of 4.06 mS cm-1is prepared through chemical crosslinking strategy and the introduction of inorganic nanoparticles. The hybrid gel polymer network is formed by in situ cross-linking modified TiO2（KNT）, three-armed trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and poly（ethylene glycol） diacrylate. The resulting 3D interpenetrating network facilitates the absorption of liquid electrolytes and improves the mechanical properties of electrolyte. Theoretical calculation and in situ measurements reveal that the homogeneous TiO2fillers with abundant Lewis acid site and polymer network are involved in the solvation process of Na+, thus constructing a fast Na+transport channel. Consequently, a stable plating/stripping process lasting over 900 h is achieved due to the uniform distribution of Na+flux and the good mechanical properties of the electrolyte, and the assembled cell exhibits an excellent long-term cycling stability. The approach offers more opportunities to design GPEs for high performance SMBs.

Promoting synaptic plasticity and inducing functional reorganization of residual nerve fibers hold clinical significance for restoring motor function following spinal cord *** stimulation targeting the nerve roots has been shown to improve motor function by enhancing nerve conduction in the injured spinal cord and restoring the synaptic ultrastructure of both the sensory and motor ***,our understanding of the neurophysiological mechanisms by which nerve root magnetic stimulation facilitates motor function recovery in the spinal cord is limited,and its role in neuroplasticity remains *** this study,we established a model of spinal cord injury in adult male Sprague–Dawley rats by applying moderate compression at the T10 *** then performed magnetic stimulation on the L5 nerve root for 3 weeks,beginning on day 3 *** day 22 post-injury,we observed that nerve root magnetic stimulation downregulated the level of interleukin-6 in the injured spinal cord tissue of ***,this treatment reduced neuronal damage and glial scar formation,and increased the number of neurons in the injured spinal ***,nerve root magnetic stimulation decreased the levels of acetylcholine,norepinephrine,and dopamine,and increased the expression of synaptic plasticity-related m RNA and proteins PSD95,GAP43,and Synapsin *** together,these results showed that nerve root magnetic stimulation alleviated neuronal damage in the injured spinal cord,regulated synaptic plasticity,and suppressed inflammatory *** findings provide laboratory evidence for the clinical application of nerve root magnetic stimulation in the treatment of spinal cord injury.

The stacking structure of Nb,CSe2,a newly synthesized layered metal carbo-selenide,was elucidated by scanning transmission electron ***,CSe2 features Se-Nb-C-Nb-Se quintuple atomic *** layers are stacked in Bernal *** this mode,Nb,CSe2 crystallizes in a trigonal symmetry(space group P3m1,No.164),with lattice parameters of a=3.33 A and c=18.20 *** structure calculations indicate that the metal carbo-selenide has Fermi energy crossing the bands where it touches to give a zero gap,indicating that it is an electronic *** evidenced experimentally,the electrical conductivity is as high as 6.6x105 S.m-,outperforming the counterparts in the MXene *** to the layered structure,the bonding in Nb,CSe2 with an ionic formula of(Nb1.48+),(C1.74-)(Se0.61-)2 is highly anisotropic,with metallic-covalent-ionic bonding in intralayers and weak bonding between *** layered nature is further evidenced by elastic properties,interlayer energy,and friction coefficient *** characteristics indicate that Nb,CSe2 is an analog of molybdenum disulfide(MoS2),which is a typical binary van der Waals(vdw)***,vibrational properties are reported,which may offer an optical identification standardfor new ternaryvdW solids in spectroscopic studies,including Raman scatteringand infraredabsorption.

Gastric Carcinoma(GC)is a highly fatal malignant tumor with a poor *** elevated mortality rates are primarily due to its proclivity for late-stage *** the metabolic interactions between tumor microenvironment and the systemic bloodstream could help to clearly understand the mechanisms and identify precise biomarkers of tumor growth,proliferation,and *** this study,an integrative approach that combines plasma metabolomics with mass spectrometry imaging of tumor tissue was developed to investigate the global metabolic landscape of GC tumorigenesis and *** results showed that the oxidized glutathione to glutathione ratio(GSSH/GSH)became increased in non-distal metastatic GC(M0),which means an accumulation of oxidative stress in tumor ***,it was found that the peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids,such as 9,10-EpOMe,9-HOTrE,etc.,were accelerated in both plasma and tumor tissues of distal metastatic GC(M1).These changes were further confirmed the potential effect of CYP2E1 and GGT1 in metastatic potential of GC by mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Collectively,our findings reveal the integrated multidimensional metabolomics approach is a clinical useful method to unravel the bloodtumor metabolic crosstalk,illuminate reprogrammed metabolic networks,and provide reliable circulating biomarkers.
