ndecatungstogallates K_n[GaW_(11)O_(39)M (H_2O)]· xH_2O (M=Mn, Co , Ni , Cu ,Cr, Fe or Zn) were prepared and their redox properties in solution were investigat-ed using polarographic and cyclic voltammographic methods. Experimental resultsindicated that the heteropolyanions underwent two-step , two-electron tungsten re-duction processes, and each reduction process was accompanied by *** complexes of Cu and Mn exhibit voltammetric redox features corresponding toreduction of Cu￣Ⅰ to Cu￣Ⅰ and oxidation of Mn￣Ⅱ to Mn￣Ⅲ and Mn￣Ⅳ. The title het-eropolyanions show catalysis effect on olefin epoxidation by iodosylbenzene or hy-drogen peroxide.

Objective：To further investigate the ability of MRI and ^1H-MRS techniques for presurgical evaluation of hippocampal sclerosis. Methods：MRI and ^1H-MRS were performed on 30 healthy subjects to determine the confidence levels. Eight patients who were pathologically confirmed hippocampal sclerosis were then studied using the same protocols. The difference of hippocampal formation （DHF） was used to determine atrophy of hippocampus. Areas under the peak of N-acetylaspartate（NAA） ,Creatine（Cr） and Choline （Cho） were measured, and the ratios of NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr, and NAA/Cr＋Cho were calculated. NAA/Cr＋Cho value was applied to localize the seizure focus. Results：Two patients showed hippocampal atrophy according to DHF value. NAA/Cr ratio decreased significantly in ipsilateral hippocampus compared to that in contralateral hippocampus and control subjects（P 〈 0.01）. Cho/Cr value increased in both ipsi- and contralateral hippocampus in comparison with that in control subjects（P〈 0.01）. NAA/Cr＋Cho ratio, however, significantly reduced in both ipsi-and contralateral hippocampus（P〈 0.01） with lowest NAA/Cr＋Cho ratio in seizure foci. Six patients could be lateralized by reduced and/or asymmetric NAA/Cr＋Cho value. Conclusion：^1H-MRS should be a promising diagnostic tool to detect neuron abnormality, ^1H-MRS and MRI complement each other in presurgical lateralization of epileptogenic lesion in epilepsy patients.

Chuankezhi(CKZ),a new Chinese medicine,plays an important role in *** killer(CIK)cells have been commonly used for immunotherapy in recent *** this study,we aimed to investigate the immunoregulatory effect of CKZ on CIK *** blood monocytes were isolated from healthy donors,and CIK cells were generated by culturing monocytes with interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)and interleukin *** concentrations of CKZ were added on day *** incubation for 14days in culture,the antitumor effects of CIK cells were measured by cytotoxicity *** cytometry was used to explore the effect of CKZ on CIK cell immunophenotype,intracellular cytokine production,and *** effect of CKZ on the antitumor activity of CIK cells in nude mice was also *** increased the percentage of CD3+CD56+CIK cells but did not significantly change the percentage of CD4+,CD8+,or CD4+CD25+CIK ***-conditioned CIK cells showed a greater ability to kill tumor cells,as well as a higher frequency of IFN-γand TNF-αproduction,compared with the CIK cells in the control *** also suppressed the apoptosis of CIK cells in ***,CKZ combined with CIK cells had a stronger suppressive effect on tumor growth in vivo than the CIK,CKZ,or normal saline control *** results indicate that CKZ enhances the antitumor activity of CIK cells and is a potential medicine for tumor immunotherapy.

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

考虑好奇心理机制的影响,提出一种动态复杂网络演化模型,基于数值仿真研究谣言的传播动力学行为。研究表明,好奇心理机制的存在降低了网络的传播临界值,增大了谣言的传播速率以及最终的传播程度。研究还发现,动态连接概率对谣言传播机理产生了较大影响,而附加感染率产生的影响可以忽略不计。此外,在好奇心理机制的作用下,谣言在网络中的传播时间明显缩短,同时给出有效防控谣言传播的合理化建议。

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.

Cells are the fundamental units of biological systems and exhibit unique development trajectories and molecular features. Our exploration of how the genomes orchestrate the formation and maintenance of each cell, and control the cellular phenotypes of various organismsis, is both captivating and intricate. Since the inception of the first single-cell RNA technology, technologies related to single-cell sequencing have experienced rapid advancements in recent years. These technologies have expanded horizontally to include single-cell genome, epigenome,proteome, and metabolome, while vertically, they have progressed to integrate multiple omics data and incorporate additional information such as spatial sc RNA-seq and CRISPR screening. Single-cell omics represent a groundbreaking advancement in the biomedical field,offering profound insights into the understanding of complex diseases, including cancers. Here, we comprehensively summarize recent advances in single-cell omics technologies, with a specific focus on the methodology section. This overview aims to guide researchers in selecting appropriate methods for single-cell sequencing and related data analysis.
