SRY-box transcription factor 30(SOX30)participates in tumor cell apoptosis in lung *** occurrence of somatic SOX30 mutations,the expression signature of SOX30 in normal and cancer tissues,the correlation of SOX30 with immune cells and immune-related genes,and the clinical significance of SOX30 in various cancers have stimulated interest in SOX30 as a potential cancer ***30 influences drug sensitivity and tumor immunity in specific cancer *** this review,we have comprehensively summarized the latest research on the role of SOX30 in cancer by combining bioinformatics evidence and a literature *** summarize recent research on SOX30 in cancer regarding somatic mutations,trials,transcriptome analysis,clinical information,and SOX30-mediated regulation of malignant ***,we report on the diagnostic value of SOX30 mRNA expression levels across different cancer *** review on the role of SOX30 in cancer progression may provide insights into possible research directions for SOX30 in cancer and a theoretical basis for guiding future studies.

发展农业适度规模经营是中国式农业农村现代化的必由之路,而承包地细碎化治理是发展农业适度规模经营中的关键一环。承包地细碎化治理模式中,“承包权不动,经营权连片”在法律上的技术路径是三权分置之下的土地经营权流转;“承包权互换,承包地连片”在法律上的技术路径是两权分离之下的土地承包经营权互换。农村集体经济组织在承包地细碎化治理中发挥着统筹协调、组织服务等功能,按照法定的程序形成集体意志,还可以充当承包农户在土地经营权外部流转时的代理人,以破除集体行动困境。承包地的调整仅限于个别农户之间,并在符合法定条件的前提之下按照法定程序进行,不得以承包地细碎化治理为由扩大承包地调整的适用范围而进行“打乱重分”。

It was found out that the change of refractive index of ambient gas can lead to obvious change of the color of Morpho butterfly＇s wing. Such phenomenon has been employed as a sensing principle for detecting gas. In the present study, Rigorous Coupled-Wave Analysis （RCWA） was described briefly, and the partial derivative of optical reflection efficiency with respect to the refractive index of ambient gas, i.e., sensitivity of the sensor, was derived based on RCWA. A bioinspired grating model was constructed by mimicking the nanostructure on the ground scale of Morpho didius butterfly＇s wing. The analytical sensitivity was verified and the effect of the grating shape on the reflection spectra and its sensitivity were discussed. The results show that by tuning shape parameters of the grating, we can obtain desired reflection spectra and sensitivity, which can be applied to the design of the bioinspired refractive index based gas sensor.

We have developed a one-step process for the synthesis of basic magnesium sulfate （5Mg（OH）2-MgSO4-3H20, abbreviated as 513MOS） whiskers from MgSO4,7H20 and MgO by refluxing at atmospheric pressure. The process shows potential for the low-cost mass production of controlled- structure whiskers. Their 0.3-1.0 μm diameter and 40-80 μm length correspond to an aspect ratio of 40-260. The 513MOS whisker morphology is related closely to MgSO4 concentration and reflux time. The optimized MgSO4 concentration is 1.2-1.5 mol/L with a 25-30 h reflux time. X-ray diffractometry revealed that the b-axis is the predominant growth direction of the whiskers. Their growth mechanism is by the relatively slow liquid-phase deposition of Mg2＋, OH-, and SO42-. The long reaction time and high MgSO4 concentration are conducive to the formation of 513MOS whiskers under gentle reaction conditions. Porous MgO whiskers with a fibrous structure were obtained after calcination of the 513MOS whiskers at 1020 ℃.

Principal component analysis(PCA)was employed to determine the implications of geochemical and isotopic data from Cenozoic volcanic activities in the Southeast Asian region,including China(South China Sea(SCS),Hainan Island,Fujian-Zhejiang coast,Taiwan Island),and parts of Vietnam and *** analyzed 15 trace element indicators and 5 isotopic indicators for 623 volcanic rock samples collected from the study *** principal components(PCs)were extracted by PCA based on the trace elements and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic ratios,which probably indicate an enriched oceanic island basalt-type mantle plume and a depleted mid-ocean ridge basalt-type spreading *** results show that the influence of the Hainan mantle plume on younger volcanic activities(13 Ma)at the same location in the Southeast Asian *** was employed to verify the mantle-plume-ridge interaction model of volcanic activities beneath the expansion center of SCS and refute the hypothesis that the tension of SCS is triggered by the Hainan *** study reveals the efficiency and applicability of PCA in discussing mantle sources of volcanic activities;thus,PCA is a suitable research method for analyzing geochemical data.

A Simplified Control Method to Achieve Stable and Robust Quadrupedal Quasi-passive Walking with Compliant Legs

The principle of passive dynamic walking has drawn lots of attentions in the field of robotics for it provides a possibility to realize natural walking. However, stabilizing the quadrupedal passive walking remains challenging. In this paper, a novel control method is proposed to stabilize the quadrupedal quasi-passive walking. Inspired by biological concepts, this method treats the foreleg pair and hindleg pair as two bipedal walkers, and a virtual model controller is designed to maintain the quasi-passive walking of each bipedal walker independently. This control method was then verified by a planar quadrupedal model with compliant legs, which successfully achieved stable periodical walking gaits. It was found that although being con- trolled independently, the movement of fore and hind leg pairs still formed a time-invariant phase shift, showing remarkable resemblance to that of a walking horse. We fiarther analyzed the influences of varying factors on the gait characteristics and stability. These analyses show the control method is robust since it can stabilize the gaits within a wide range of leg compliance parameters and resist considerably large disturbances. In addition, the optimal ranges of the leg compliance parameters for the largest stability margin were also found in this study.

Synthesis and Characterization of Niobium-doped TiO_2 Nanotube Arrays by Anodization of Ti-20Nb Alloys

Well crystallized niobium-doped TiO; nanotube arrays （TiNbO-NT） were successfully synthesized via the anodization of titanium/niobium alloy sheets, followed with a heat treatment at 550 ℃ for 2 h. Morphology analysis results demonstrated that both the titanium/niobium alloy microstructure and the dissolution strength of electrolyte played major roles in the formation of nanotube structure. A single-phase microstructure was more favorable to the formation of uniform nanotube arrays, while modulating the dissolution strength of electrolyte was required to obtain nanotube arrays from the alloys with multi-phase microstructures. X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray photoelectron （XPS） analysis results clearly demonstrated that niobium dopants （Nb^5＋） were successfully doped into TiO2 anatase lattice by substituting Ti^4＋ in this approach.

Palladium nanoparticles were deposited on the amine-grafted glass fiber mat （GFM-NH2） catalyst support by a conventional impregnation process followed by the borohydride reduction in aqueous solution at room temperature to create the designed Pd/GFM-NH2 catalyst. By the use of large size glass fiber mat without nano/mesopores as the catalyst support, the internal mass transfer limitations due to the existence of nano/mesopores on the catalyst support were eliminated and the Pd/GFM-NH2 catalyst could be easily separated from treated water due to the large size of the catalyst support. Batch experiments demonstrate its good catalytic reduction performance of Cr（VI） with formic acid as the reducing agent. It also demonstrated an efficient Cr（VI） removal and stability in a lab-prepared, packed fixed-bed tube reactor for the continuous treatment of Cr（VI）-containing water. Thus, it has a good potential for the catalytic reduction of Cr（VI） in the water treatment practice.

Let(Zn)be a supercritical branching process with immigration in an independent and identically distributed random *** necessary moment conditions,we show the exact convergence rate in the central limit theorem on log Zn and establish the corresponding local limit theorem by using the moments of the natural submartingale and the convergence rates of its *** similar approach and with the help of a change of measure,we also present the so-called integrolocal theorem and integral large deviation theorem to characterize the precise asymptotics of the upper large deviations.
