Improvement of fabrication efficiency and part performance was the main challenge for the large-scale powder bed fusion(PBF)*** this study,a dynamic monitoring and feedback system of powder bed temperature field using an infrared thermal imager has been established and integrated into a four-laser PBF equipment with a working area of 2000 mm×2000 *** heat-affected zone(HAZ)temperature field has been controlled by adjusting the scanning speed ***,the relationship among spot size,HAZ temperature,and part performance has been *** fluctuation of the HAZ temperature in four-laser scanning areas was decreased from 30.85℃to 17.41℃.Thus,the consistency of the sintering performance of the produced large component has been *** on the controllable temperature field,a dynamically adjusting strategy for laser spot size was proposed,by which the fabrication efficiency was improved up to 65.38%.The current research results were of great significance to the further industrial applications of large-scale PBF equipment.

To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing cooling techniques and achieving real-time temperature control of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid cooling technology,we first established a temperature and pressure coupled downhole heat transfer model,which can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling ***,fourteen factors,which could affect wellbore temperature,were *** on the standard deviation of the downhole temperature corresponding to each influencing factor,the influence of each factor was *** influencing factors that can be used to guide the drilling fluid's cooling technology were drilling fluid thermal conductivity,drilling fluid heat capacity,drilling fluid density,drill strings rotation speed,pump rate,viscosity,ROP,and injection *** nondominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to optimize these six parameters,but the optimization process took 182 *** these eight parameters'influence rules with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm can reduce the optimization time to 108 ***,the downhole temperature has been demonstrated to increase with the inlet temperature increasing linearly under quasi-steady *** this law and PID,the downhole temperature can be controlled,which can reduce the energy for cooling the surface drilling fluid and can ensure the downhole temperature reaches the set value as soon as possible.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of manual acupuncture on endometrial blood flow parameters by three-dimensional(3D) power Doppler ultrasound in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods: Seventy patients undergoing IVF-ET were equally randomized into traditional or sham acupuncture treatment group for totally 4 days(from the day of oocyte aspiration to the day of embryo transfer) of treatment by random envelope method at the Reproductive Medicine Center and Outpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medicine College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to December 2015. Patients in the traditional acupuncture group accepted traditional acupuncture methods with manual acupuncture, and Zhongji(CV3), qihai(CV 6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR 3), Tianshu(ST 25), Guilai(ST 29) and Zusanli(ST 36) were chosen. Patients at the sham acupuncture group accepted shallow acupuncture methods at 4 non-meridian points at each shoulder and upper arm. Outcome measures included endometrial ultrasonic indices such as vascularization index(VI), flow index(FI) and vascularization flow index(VFI), endometrial thickness and volume, subendometrial VI(sVI), subendometrial FI(sFI), subendometrial VFI(sVFI), implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, live birth rate and number of live births. Results: Finally, 34 patients in the traditional acupuncture group and 35 in the sham acupuncture group completed this trial. VI, FI and VFI of the traditional acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the sham acupuncture group(P0.05). For the carbon-based catalyst to be active and stable,especially in harsh electrochemical environments,the key is to decrease the concentration of defects and raise the degree of graphitization of the carbon ***,we develop a highly graphitized graphene foam with multiplicated structure to fabricate self-supporting Pt-based catalysts for efficient and stable hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)*** foam(GO-2850)is obtained through an ultra-high temperature treatment at 2850℃,with perfect graphene structure and extremely low defect,ensuring high electrical conductivity and corrosion ***,its multiplicated structure provides an inherently favorable environment for the dispersion of Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs)and offers abundant channels for electrolyte infiltration during the catalytic *** a result,the as-prepared Pt/GO-2850 is far active and stable than the Pt NPs supported on commercial carbon paper(Pt/CP)counterpart toward catalyzing HER,exhibiting an outstanding activity and long-term durability(300 h@10 mA·cm^(−2))in acidic/alkaline/seawater *** can be attributed to the stronger interaction between the lower-defect GO-2850 substrate and Pt,as evidenced by characterization and theoretical *** work extends further insight into the design self-supporting catalysts of high activity and stability with promising prominent application toward green energy devices.

BACKGROUND Peripheral FDG accumulation in a hepatic hemangioma presenting in a patient with prolonged fever is ***,clinicians should pay close attention to patients with hepatic *** SUMMARY A 54-year-old woman with a 4-wk history of daily fevers was admitted to our hospital.A whole body^(18)-Fluordesoxyglucose(PET-FDG)positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT)was performed to elucidate the source of the ***,whole body^(18)-FDG PET/CT raised the suspicion of a malignant lesion because of peripheral FDG accumulation(SUVmax 3.5 g/mL)higher than that of the normal liver parenchyma(SUVmax 1.6 g/mL)surrounding a hypoactive area,and no other abnormalities were ***,the patient underwent liver mass *** showed a hepatic cavernous hemangioma with fatty infiltration around the *** fever disappeared four days after surgery and the patient did not present any complications during *** Fatty infiltration in the peripheral parts of hepatic cavernous hemangioma may lead to subacute inflammation which further activate the Kupffer *** may cause prolonged fever and peripheral rim FDG accumulation on PET/CT.

In this study,flexible and highly conductive composite rubber at low filler content was successfully prepared through polydopamine-assisted electroless silver plating plus mechanical ***,carbon fibers(CF)were activated by polydopamine(PDA)to improve the surface activity by self-polymerization ***,because of the metal chelating ability of PDA,silver layer was firmly deposited on the surface of CF through a facile electroless silver plating ***,flexible silver-plated carbon fibers(Ag/pCF)silicone rubber composites prepared by mechanical *** using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),the chemical composition and crystal structure of Ag/pCF were examined,and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to assess the surface morphology of the Ag/*** results showed that a uniform and dense silver layer was formed on the surface of the CF,and the conductivity of the Ag/pCF could reach 7885 S/*** was noteworthy that the composite rubber filled with only 45 phr Ag/pCF had a high electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(100 dB)due to the low density and high aspect ratio of Ag/*** composite rubber has excellent potential for application in the field of electromagnetic interference shielding.

Objective: Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba are referred to as Chai-Hu and Bai-Shao, respectively, in Chinese. We used molecular docking and network pharmacological approaches to explore the active components of this Chinese herb combination which is commonly used for treating Alzheimer's disease(AD), the Chai-Hu and Bai-Shao pair(CBP). Materials and Methods: The active compounds and action targets of Chai-Hu and Bai-Shao were identified in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database, and the Therapeutic Target Database, Drug Bank, Gen Cards, Dis Ge NET, and Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man databases were used to identify therapeutic targets in patients with AD. To identify a common target of CBP in the treatment of AD, we used the Metascape tool to perform Gene Ontology function enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses. In addition, CBP-AD protein–protein interaction(PPI) and herb-component-target networks were created using Cytoscape 3.8.2. Molecular docking was verified using Auto Dock tools. Results: We identified 20 active compounds of CBP, 202 active targets, 1,323 disease targets, and 117 active compound disease intersection targets;the PPI network showed that the top eight key targets were AKT1, interleukin(IL) 6, JUN, MAPK1, tumor necrosis factor, TP53, vascular endothelial growth factor, and epidermal growth factor. These act mainly on the fluid shear stress, atherosclerosis, IL-17, hypoxia-inducible factor-1, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease pathways, among others, which control immune inflammation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Based on molecular docking results, the active components of CBP bind well to its key targets. Conclusion: Our results indicated that CBP was effective for treating AD by reducing the expression of inflammatory factors, promoting cell proliferation and differentiation, and preventing nerve cell death and anti-neuronal cell apoptosis.

Sulforaphane, a naturally specialized metabolite, plays significant roles in human disease prevention and plant defense. Myrosinase(MY) is a key gene responsible for the catalysis of sulforaphane formation, but the molecular mechanisms through which MY regulates sulforaphane biosynthesis in plants remains largely unknown. Here, we discovered that the change of sulforaphane content in broccoli sprouts caused by exogenous selenite treatments is positively related to BoMY expression. BoMY overexpression in the Arabidopsis thaliana tgg1 mutants could dramatically increase myrosinase activity and sulforaphane content in the rosette leaves of 35S::BoMY/tgg1 and rescue its ***, an obvious increase of myrosinase activity and sulforaphane content was displayed in transgenic BoMY-overexpressed broccoli *** addition, a 2 033 bp promoter fragment of BoMY was isolated. Yeast one-hybrid(Y1H) library screening experiment uncovered that one bHLH transcription factor, BoFAMA, could directly bind to BoMY promoter to activate its expression, which was further evidenced by Y1H assay and dual-luciferase reporter assay. BoFAMA is a selenite-responsive transcription factor that is highly expressed in broccoli leaves;its protein is solely localized to nucleus. Additionally, genetic evidence suggested that the knockdown of FAMA gene in Arabidopsis thaliana could significantly decrease sulforaphane yield by inhibiting the expression of myrosinase genes. Interestingly, exogenous selenite supply could partially restore the low level of sulforaphane content in transgenic Arabidopsis FAMA-silencing plants. Our findings uncover a novel function of FAMAMY module in the regulation of selenite-mediated sulforaphane synthesis and provide a new insights into the molecular mechanism by which selenite regulates the accumulation of sulforaphane in plants.
