Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double min.te 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a admin.stration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-amin.benzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

Prediction of Cross-Tension Strength of Self-Piercing Riveted Joints Using Finite Element Simulation and XGBoost Algorithm

Self-piercing riveting(SPR)has been widely used in automobile industry,and the strength prediction of SPR joints always attracts the attention of *** this work,a prediction method of the cross-tension strength of SPR joints was proposed on the basis of finite element(FE)simulation and extreme gradient boosting decision tree(XGBoost)*** FE model of SPR process was established to simulate the plastic deformations of rivet and substrate materials and verified in terms of cross-sectional dimensions of SPR *** residual mechanical field from SPR process simulation was imported into a 2D FE model for the cross-tension testing simulation of SPR joints,and cross-tension strengths from FE simulation show a good consistence with the experiment *** on the verified FE model,the mechanical properties and thickness of substrate materials were varied and then used for FE simulation to obtain cross-tension strengths of a number of SPR joints,which were used to train the regression model based on the XGBoost algorithm in order to achieve prediction for cross-tension strength of SPR *** show that the cross-tension strengths of SPR steel/alumin.m joints could be successfully predicted by the XGBoost regression model with a respective error less than 7.6%compared to experimental values.

Association between risk factors and retinal nerve fiber layer loss in early stages of diabetic retinopathy

AIM:To investigate the changes of retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)among normal individuals,diabetic patients without diabetic retinopathy(NDR)and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR),and explore the possible risk factors of early diabetic retinopathy(DR).METHODS:In this cross-sectional study,107 participants were divided in three *** 31 normal individuals(control group),40 diabetic patients without DR(NDR group)and 36 patients with NPDR(NPDR group)were *** coherence tomography(OCT)was used to detect RNFL thickness and other optic disc parameters among different *** potential association between RNFL loss and systemic risk factors were assessed for DR,including diabetes duration,body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin A1 c(Hb A1 c),serum lipids,and blood ***:The average and each quadrant RNFL thickness were thinner in NPDR group compared to control group of the right(P=0.00,P=0.01,P=0.01,P=0.02,P=0.04)and left eyes(P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.03,P=0.04).The average,superior and inferior RNFL thickness were thinner in NDR group compared to the NPDR group of the right(P=0.00,P=0.02,P=0.03)and left eyes(P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.01).Diabetic duration was negatively correlated with the superior,inferior,and average RNFL thickness of the right(r=-0.385,P=0.001;r=-0.366,P=0.001;r=-0.503,P=0.000)and left eyes(r=-0.271,P=0.018;r=0.278,P=0.015;r=-0.260,P=0.023).Hb A1 c was negatively correlated with the superior,inferior,and average RNFL thickness of the right(r=-0.316 P=0.005;r=-0.414,P=0.000;r=-0.418,P=0.000)and left eyes(r=-0.367,P=0.001;r=-0.250,P=0.030;r=-0.393,P=0.000).Systolic pressure was negatively correlated with the inferior and average RNFL thickness of the right eye(r=-0.402,P=0.000;r=-0.371,P=0.001)and was negatively correlated with the superior and average RNFL thickness of the left eye(r=-0.264,P=0.021;r=-0.233,P=0.043).CONCLUSION:RNFL loss,especially in the superior and inferior quadrants,may be the earliest structural change o

非开挖式注浆技术采用高聚物双组分材料注浆,能有效填充沥青路面裂缝处半刚性基层和底基层层间脱空,排出结构层水分,密封裂缝,达到补强路面结构层效果。为了评价注浆技术应用效果,通过施工过程注浆孔检测、注浆前后探地雷达图谱测试、弯沉测试以及取芯等方式来评判,结果显示注浆后裂缝处弯沉能降低20%,两侧弯沉差明显减小,三维探地雷达检测显示裂缝注浆后灰度图内部未出现异常信号,无振幅加强现象,证明裂缝处浆液被填充。

L1 adaptive control of a generic hypersonic vehicle model with a blended pneumatic and thrust vectoring control strategy

The extreme aeroheating at hypersonic regime and the insufficient dynamic pressure in the near space limit the achievable performance of the hypersonic vehicles using aerosurfaces alone. In this paper, an integrated pneumatic and thrust vectoring control strategy is employed to design a control scheme for the longitudinal dynamics of a hypersonic vehicle model. The methodology reposes upon a division of the model dynamics, and an L1adaptive control architecture is applied to the design of the inner-loop and outer-loop controllers. Further, a control allocation algorithm is developed to coordinate pneumatic and thrust vectoring control. Simulation results demonstrate that the allocation algorithm is effective in control coordination, and the proposed control scheme achieves excellent tracking performance in spite of aerodynamic uncertainties.

L_1 adaptive controller design for hypersonic formation flight

The design of an L_1 adaptive controller for hypersonic formation flight is presented. The traditional leader/wingman formation control problem is considered, with focused attention on dealing with the input disturbance and parametric variations, both of which are intrinsic properties of the system that result in undesired control performance. A proportional-derivative control scheme based on nonlinear dynamic inversion is implemented as the baseline controller, and an L_1 adaptive controller is augmented to the baseline controller to attenuate the effects of input disturbance and parametric variations. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
