Waterlogging stress is one of the greatest environmental threats to kiwifruit growth and ***-VII proteins have been demonstrated to play pivotal roles in regulating plant tolerance to ***,the genome-wide role of ERF-VII in kiwifruit waterlogging stress tolerance remains ***,we report the function and regulatory network of an ERF-VII transcription factor located to the nucleus,Av ERF73,in kiwifruit waterlogging *** of Av ERF73 in Arabidopsis thaliana and *** *** enhanced waterlogging tolerance in transgenic ***,we performed transcriptome analysis(RNA-seq)and DNA affinity purification sequencing(DAP-seq)to explore the regulatory mechanism of Av ***-seq coupled with DAP-seq showed that Av ERF73 might directly activate Ac NAC022 involved in the“cellular response to hypoxia”process and Ac HMGS1 involved in the mevalonate pathway to respond to waterlogging,which were also confirmed by a dual-luciferase reporter *** on our results,we propose a putative working model for controlling waterlogging tolerance by Av ERF73 in kiwifruit.

As modern communication and detection technologies advance at a swift pace,multifunctional electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with active/positive infrared stealth,hydrophobicity,and electric-thermal conversion ability have received extensive *** the aforesaid requirements simultaneously remains a huge *** this research,the melamine foam(MF)/polypyrrole(PPy)nanowire arrays(MF@PPy)were fabricated via one-step electrochemical *** hierarchical MF@PPy foam was composed of three-dimensional PPy micro-skeleton and ordered PPy nanowire *** to the upwardly grown PPy nanowire arrays,the MF@PPy foam possessed good hydrophobicity ability with a water contact angle of 142.00°and outstanding stability under various harsh ***,the MF@PPy foam showed excellent thermal insulation property on account of the low thermal conductivity and elongated ligament characteristic of PPy nanowire ***,taking advantage of the high conductivity(128.2 S m^(-1)),the MF@PPy foam exhibited rapid Joule heating under 3 V,resulting in dynamic infrared stealth and thermal camouflage *** importantly,the MF@PPy foam exhibited remarkable EMI shielding effectiveness values of 55.77 dB and 19,928.57 dB cm^(2)g^(-1).Strong EMI shielding was put down to the hierarchically porous PPy structure,which offered outstanding impedance matching,conduction loss,and multiple *** innovative approach provides significant insights to the development of advanced multifunctional EMI shielding foams by constructing PPy nanowire arrays,showing great applications in both military and civilian fields.

SCRamjet is exposed to severe thermal environments during hypersonic flights,which poses a serious challenge to the engine cooling *** cooling with hydrocarbon fuel is considered promising,in which the hydrocarbon fuel flows through micro channels（200 μm-3 mm） to absorb the combustion heat *** strictly limited hydrocarbon fuel onboard,heat transfer deterioration and over-temperature are highly *** this paper,micro ribs with staggered side gaps are introduced and numerically studied to enhance the heat *** with the straight channel and channel with straight micro ribs,the staggered side gaps alleviate the local low velocity zone and intensify the longitudinal and transverse *** heat transfer is obviously *** rib height enhances the heat transfer by stronger side gap effects at the cost of larger pressure *** best overall heat transfer factor η is achieved in the case of hrib/H=0.1,which increases by 204.5% comparing to the straight *** the rib interval is too small or too large,it approaches to the straight *** best overall heat transfer factor η is achieved in the case of L/prib=100,which increases by212.9% comparing to the straight *** is known the improvement in the geometry of the ribs,i.e.,the staggered-side-gap micro ribs,induces extra transverse vortex and improves the heat transfer performance more *** research of this paper provides support for the cooling design of the SCRamjet.

Controllable rock cracking technology is crucial for the exploration and exploitation of deep underground *** existing studies have been dedicated to the laser-assisted rock-weakening *** has been proved that laser irradiation can improve drilling and blasting efficiency when combined with mechanical rock fracturing methods,which are irrelevant for borehole *** improve the latter,this study used laser ablation for borehole *** high-power laser was applied to typical rock samples(sandstone,mudstone and coal)in both dry and saturated ***-technique observations and measurements were used to fully understand the peculiar modifications of the specimens under laser treatment,*** loading,acoustic emission(AE)monitoring,digital image correlation(DIC)strain field evaluation,infrared thermography(IRT)monitoring and X-ray computed tomography(CT)*** results showed that,in addition to the effects already demonstrated,laser irradiation can improve the strength of the soft rock,especially in the saturated *** process involved a complicated phase change including melting and evaporation of the matrix under high-temperature and high-pressure to form a glassy high strength silicate *** process is similar to the reaction between molten lava and water,or the impact of an asteroid on the *** by the results,a conceptual path for a new borehole stabilization technology using laser ablation was outlined.

B2-CuZr phase reinforced amorphous alloy matrix composites has become one of the research hotspots in the field of materials science due to the“transformation-induced plasticity”phenomenon,which makes the composites show better macroscopic plastic deformability and obvious work-hardening behavior compared to the conventional amorphous alloy matrix composites reinforced with ductile ***,the in-situ metastable B2-CuZr phase tends to undergo eutectoid decomposition during solidification,and the volume fraction,size,and distribution of B2-CuZr phase are difficult to control,which limits the development and application of these *** date,much efforts have been made to solve the above problems through composition optimization,casting parameter tailoring,and post-processing *** this study,a review was given based on relevant studies,focusing on the predictive approach,reinforcing mechanism,and microstructure tailoring methods of B2-CuZr phase reinforced amorphous alloy matrix *** research focus and future prospects were also given for the future development of the present composite system.

A new method, named relocation, was proposed to reduce the impact of sensor errors systematically, especially whenavailable data of sensors are abundant. The procedure includes evaluating the reliability of every sensors datum, processing the initiallocation by the credible data, and selecting a set of equations with optimal noise tolerance according to the relative relationshipbetween the initial location and sensors location, then calculating the final location by k-mean voting. The results obtained in thisresearch include comparing traditional location method with the presented method in both simulation and field experiment. In thefield experiment, the location error of relocation method reduced 41.8% compared with traditional location method. The resultssuggested that relocation method can improve the fault-tolerant performance significantly.
