Selective activation of Pt(Ⅳ)prodrugs within tumors has emerged as a promising strategy in tumor *** progress has been made with photo-and ultrasound-activated Pt(Ⅳ)prodrugs,concerns remain over the non-specific activation of photosensitizers(PS)and the potential for phototoxicity and chemical *** this study,a sequential dual-locked Pt(Ⅳ)nano-prodrug that can be activated by both the acidic tumor microenvironment and light was *** Pt(Ⅳ)prodrug was prepared by conjugating PS-locked Pt(Ⅳ)to a polymeric core,which was then chelated with metallo iron to lock its photoactivity and form a metallo-nano *** acidic tumor microenvironment conditions,the metallo-nano prodrug undergoes dissociation of iron,triggering a reduction process in oxaliplatin under light irradiation,resulting in the activation of both chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy(PDT).Additionally,the prodrug could induce metallo-triggered ferroptosis and polarization of tumorassociated macrophages(TAM),thereby enhancing tumor *** dual-lock strategy employed in a nanoparticle delivery system represents an expansion in the application of platinum-based anticancer drugs,making it a promising new direction in cancer treatment.

Linkage of mineral inclusions and zoning of magnetite with fluid evolution of hydrothermal systems: A case study of the Fenghuangshan Cu-Fe-Au skarn deposit， Eastern China

Magnetite from hydrothermal deposits may show compositional zoning with various mineral inclusions in response to the evolution of hydrothermal fluids. Magnetite from the Fenghuangshan Cu-Fe-Au skarn deposit (Eastern China) is a common mineral formed in the earlier stage of skarnization. Magnetite grains have dark gray and light gray zones and contain diverse mineral inclusions. Dark gray zones have higher Si， Ca， Al， and Mg contents than light gray zones. The magnetite matrix from dark gray zones shows superstructure along the [0-1.] zone axis in fast Fourier transform patterns， different from magnetite from light gray zones with normal structure. Three types of mineral inclusions are identified within magnetite: nano-， micron- and submicron-nanometer inclusions. Nanoinclusions hosted in dark gray zones are actinolite， diopside， and trace element-rich magnetite， and these are likely formed by growth entrapment during magnetite crystallization at the skarn stage. The chain-width order-disorder intergrowths of diopside nanoinclusion likely indicate fluctuating fluid compositions in a lattice scale. Submicron to nanometer inclusions at the boundary between dark gray and light gray zones are quartz， titanite， and Ti-rich magnetite， which were formed via a dissolution and reprecipitation process at the quartz-sulfide stage. Micron-inclusions randomly distributed in both dark and light gray zones include calcite， ankerite， quartz， and chlorite， and these were formed via penetration of fluids at the carbonate stage. Zoned magnetite was formed by fluid replacement， overgrowth， and fluid infilling. Our study highlights the importance of mineral inclusion assemblages， and textural and chemical zonation of magnetite in constraining fluid evolution.

Protein-mediated chromatin interactions can be revealed by coupling proximity-based ligation with chromatin ***,these techniques require complex experimental procedures and millions of cells per experiment,which limits their widespread application in life science ***,we develop a novel method,Hi-Tag,that identifies high-resolution,long-range chromatin interactions through transposase tagmentation and chromatin proximity ligation(with a phosphorothioate-modified linker).Hi-Tag can be implemented using as few as 1.0,000 cells,involving simple experimental procedures that can be completed within 1.5 ***,Hi-Tag is capable of using its own data to identify the binding sites of specific proteins,based on which,it can acquire accurate interaction *** results suggest that Hi-Tag has great potential for advancing chromatin interaction studies,particularly in the context of limited cell availability.

The continually-discovered large volumes of marine hydrocarbons indicate a huge exploration potential within the carbonate rocks of Ordovician in the Tarim Basin,northwestern *** Middle-Upper Ordovician(O2+3)carbonate source rocks are at a highly mature *** rocks presently contain a low amount of total organic carbon(TOC_(pd)≤0.5%)(TOC_(pd) means the present-day TOC).A mass balance approach is used to identify the source rocks that have expelled *** characteristics and origin of hydrocarbon expulsion from low-TOC_(pd) source rocks are studied,which are significant for oil exploration in the *** results showed that a low-TOC_(pd) O2+3 source rock having expelled hydrocarbons was type I and had a very narrow oil *** a high rock maturity and a high original TOC(TOCo)value exceeding 1.,nearly 80%of the generated hydrocarbons were *** content of gammacerane and C28 steranes in the oil and source rock extracts were relatively lean,with a V-shaped distribution of regular steranes,suggesting a possible genetic relation between the low-TOC_(pd) source rocks and the marine oil in the Tabei *** planktonic algae or acritarchs were the main hydrocarbon parent materials,distributed in the subsiding platform-slope *** matter was preserved under reducing conditions,and source rocks were formed with a favorable kerogen type and a moderate hydrocarbon generation *** study illustrates the hydrocarbon expulsion of low TOC_(pd) source rocks in northern Tarim Basin,which is greatly significant for analyzing the genesis of marine crude oil in Tarim Basin,and evaluating the distribution of marine source *** research method is theoretically significant for oil and gas exploration in the same type of highlymature carbonate paleobasins.

This study aims to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis of three different anesthesia strategies,namely chatting while under local anesthesia(Chat-LA),total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA),and general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway(GA-LMA),employed in transperineal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/ultrasound(US)fusion prostate biopsy(TP-MUF-PB).A retrospective study was conducted involving 1.02 patients who underwent TP-MUF-PB from June 201. to April 2023 at The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(Suzhou,China).Clinical data and outcomes,including total costs,complications,and quality-adjusted life years(QALYs),were *** sensitivity and subgroup analyses were also ***-LA was found to be the most cost-effective option,outperforming both TIVA and ***,subgroup analyses revealed that in younger patients(under 65 years old)and those with smaller prostate volumes(<40 ml),TIVA emerged as a more cost-effective *** Chat-LA may generally be the most cost-effective and safer anesthesia method for TP-MUF-PB,personalization of anesthesia strategies is crucial,considering specific patient demographics such as age and prostate volume.
