The effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio and CaO content on the viscosity and structure of the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-6MgO-1.5ZrO_(2)-1.5CeO_(2) slag was *** results show that with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio,the viscous flow units within the slag gradually change from Si-O-Si to Al-O-Al and ***,the substitution of Al_(2)O_(3) for SiO_(2) leads to the transformation of Si-O bonds towards weaker Al-O bonds,which weaken the bond strength of the aluminosilicate networks,thus leading to a decrease in the viscosity of *** increase in CaO content effectively promotes the depolymerization of the aluminosilicate networks,resulting in a significant decrease in the viscosity of the *** slag with Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) of 0.7-1.5 and CaO of 30 wt.%shows promise as the reference slag system for the Fe-collection smelting of spent automotive catalysts due to its good comprehensive performance.

Video understanding and content boundary detection are vital stages in video ***,previous content boundary detection methods require collecting information,including location,cast,action,and audio,and if any of these elements are missing,the results may be adversely *** address this issue and effectively detect transitions in video content,in this paper,we introduce a video classification and boundary detection method named *** focus of this paper is on objects in videos along with their labels,enabling automatic scene detection in video clips and establishing semantic connections among local objects in the *** a significant contribution,JudPriNet presents a framework that maps labels to“Continuous Bag of Visual Words Model”to cluster labels and generates new standardized labels as video-type *** facilitates automatic classification of video ***,JudPriNet employs Monte Carlo sampling method to classify video clips,the features of video clips as elements within the *** proposed method seamlessly integrates video and textual components without compromising training and inference *** experimentation,we have demonstrated that JudPriNet,with its semantic connections,is able to effectively classify videos alongside textual *** results indicate that,compared with several other detection approaches,JudPriNet excels in high-level content detection without disrupting the integrity of the video content,outperforming existing methods.

Iridovirus poses a substantial threat to global aquaculture due to its high mortality rate;however,the molecular mechanisms underpinning its pathogenesis are not well ***,a multi-omics approach was applied to groupers infected with Singapore grouper iridovirus(SGIV),focusing on the roles of key *** showed that SGIV induced obvious histopathological damage and changes in metabolic enzymes within the ***,SGIV significantly reduced the contents of lipid droplets,triglycerides,cholesterol,and *** analysis indicated that the altered metabolites were enriched in 19 pathways,with a notable down-regulation of lipid metabolites such as glycerophosphates and alpha-linolenic acid(ALA),consistent with disturbed lipid homeostasis in the *** of transcriptomic and metabolomic data revealed that the top enriched pathways were related to cell growth and death and nucleotide,carbohydrate,amino acid,and lipid metabolism,supporting the conclusion that SGIV infection induced liver metabolic *** integrative transcriptomic and proteomic analysis indicated that SGIV infection activated crucial molecular events in a phagosome-immune depression-metabolism dysregulation-necrosis signaling *** note,integrative multi-omics analysis demonstrated the consumption of ALA and linoleic acid(LA)metabolites,and the accumulation of L-glutamic acid(GA),accompanied by alterations in immune,inflammation,and cell death-related *** experimental data showed that ALA,but not GA,suppressed SGIV replication by activating antioxidant and anti-inflammatory responses in the ***,these findings provide a comprehensive resource for understanding host response dynamics during fish iridovirus infection and highlight the antiviral potential of ALA in the prevention and treatment of iridoviral diseases.

AIM:To investigate diabetic retinopathy(DR)prevalence in Chinese renal-biopsied type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with kidney dysfunction,and to further evaluate its relationship with diabetic nephropathy(DN)incidence and the risk factors for DR development in this ***:A total of 84 renal-biopsied T2DM patients were *** and imaging examinations were employed for DR *** information and clinical measures along with renal histopathology were analyzed for comparisons between the DR and non-DR *** factors on DR development were analyzed with multiple logistic ***:DR prevalence was 50%in *** incidences of DN,non-diabetic renal disease(NDRD)and mixed-type pathology were 47.6%,19.0%and 33.3%in the DR group respectively,while 11.9%,83.3%and 4.8%in the non-DR *** blood pressure,ratio of urinary albumin to creatine ratio,urinary albumin,24-hours urinary protein,the incidence and severity of DN histopathology were found statistically increased in the DR *** logistic regression analysis showed histopathological DN incidence significantly increased the risk of DR development[odds ratio(OR)=21.664,95%confidential interval(CI)5.588 to 83.991,P<0.001 for DN,and OR=45.475,95%CI 6.949 to 297.611,P<0.001 for mixed-type,respectively,in reference to (NDRD)],wherein DN severity positively ***:Renal histopathological evidence indicates DN incidence and severity increases the risk of DR development in Chinese T2DM patients inexperienced of regular fundus examinations.

Recently,many efforts have been dedicated to construct artificial catalysts with enzyme-like ***,it is still a big challenge to endow artificial catalysts with specific substrate *** this study,we developed a facile strategy to construct a MIL-53(Fe)-based nanocatalyst with designable selectivity in the degradation of oxytetracycline(OTC).Through the Fe–O–P conjunction,oxytetracycline aptamer(OA)can be easily anchored on MIL-53(Fe)to provide the specific site for OTC *** verified that the obtained MIL-53(Fe)-Apt nanocatalyst displayed enhanced catalytic ability in the degradation of OTC,whereas obvious suppression toward other substrate *** performance therefore brings about an anticipated selectivity toward ***,we highlighted that the configuration of aptamers on MIL-53(Fe)can be modulated through varying conjunction ***–function analysis revealed that aptamer configuration affects the local concentration of substrate around catalytic site,which thus decides the catalytic performance toward *** work presented a facile and promising strategy for developing artificial catalysts with designable selectivity.

In angiosperms,the pollen tube enters the receptive synergid cell,where it ruptures to release its cytoplasm along with two sperm *** interaction is complex,and the exact signal transducers that trigger the bursting of pollen tubes are not well *** this study,we identify three homologous receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases(RLCKs)expressed in pollen tubes of Arabidopsis,Delayed Burst 1/2/3(DEB1/2/3),which play a crucial role in this *** genes produce proteins localized on the plasma membrane,and their knockout causes delayed pollen tube burst and entrance of additional pollen tubes into the embryo sac due to fertilization *** show that DEBs interact with the Ca^(2+)pump ACA9,influencing the dynamics of cytoplasmic Ca^(2+)in pollen tubes through *** results highlight the importance of DEBs as key signal transducers and the critical function of the DEB-ACA9 axis in timely pollen tube burst in synergids.

Stomatal regulation is critical for mangroves to survive in the hyper-saline intertidal zone where water stress is severe and water availability is highly ***,very little is known about the stomatal sensitivity to vapour pressure deficit(VPD)in mangroves,and its co-ordination with stomatal morphology and leaf hydraulic *** measured the stomatal response to a step increase in VPD in situ,stomatal anatomy,leaf hydraulic vulnerability and pressure-volume traits in nine true mangrove species of five families and collected the data of genome *** aimed to answer two questions:(1)Does stomatal morphology influence stomatal dynamics in response to a high VPD in mangroves?with a consideration of possible influence of genome size on stomatal morphology;and(2)do leaf hydraulic traits influence stomatal sensitivity to VPD in mangroves?We found that the stomata of mangrove plants were highly sensitive to a step rise in VPD and the stomatal responses were directly affected by stomatal anatomy and hydraulic ***,denser stomata was correlated with faster stomatal closure at high VPD across the species of Rhizophoraceae,and stomata size negatively and vein density positively correlated with genome *** negative leaf osmotic pressure at the full turgor(πo)was related to higher operating steady-state stomatal conductance(gs);and a higher leaf capacitance(Cleaf)and more embolism resistant leaf xylem were associated with slower stomatal responses to an increase in *** addition,stomatal responsiveness to VPD was indirectly affected by leaf morphological traits,which were affected by site salinity and consequently leaf water *** results demonstrate that mangroves display a unique relationship between genome size,stomatal size and vein packing,and that stomatal responsiveness to VPD is regulated by leaf hydraulic traits and stomatal *** work provides a quantitative framework to better understand of stomatal regulation in mangroves

Continuous-variable quantum key distribution with a local local oscillator(LLO CVQKD)has been extensively researched due to its simplicity and *** practical security of an LLO CVQKD system,there are two main attack modes referred to as reference pulse attack and polarization attack ***,there is currently no general defense strategy against such attacks,and the security of the system needs further ***,we employ a deep learning framework called generative adversarial networks(GANs)to detect both *** first analyze the data in different cases,derive a feature vector as input to a GAN model,and then show the training and testing process of the GAN model for attack *** proposed model has two parts,a discriminator and a generator,both of which employ a convolutional neural network(CNN)to improve *** results show that the proposed scheme can detect and classify attacks without reducing the secret key rate and the maximum transmission *** only establishes a detection model by monitoring features of the pulse without adding additional devices.
