数字孪生村落:传统村落全要素智慧化营建新范式

工业与生态文明对传统农耕文明的不断侵蚀,导致了传统农耕文明的不断消亡。为了实现对传统村落全方位要素的保护目标,以数字孪生技术为驱动内核,就传统村落全要素保护的内涵与外延、体系架构、建设路径及关键技术等展开讨论。结果表明,数字孪生村落的全要素智慧营建是一项复杂的系统性工程,需要从顶层设计、标准体系、建设路径与示范应用四个维度进行深化研究;新型测绘耦合数字孪生技术为传统村落的全要素智慧化管控与运维奠定了数据与技术基础,结合实际保护需求与建设目标的“二阶段”体系划分,以期为传统村落的产学研用一体化保护、协同发展与综合利用提供方法借鉴。

环状RNA(circRNA)是共价闭合的RNA分子,在各种肿瘤中起着重要的调节作用。CircRNA在前列腺癌(PCa)的发展和治疗中扮演着重要的角色。PCa对新型内分泌治疗、多西他赛化疗以及放疗等治疗手段常产生治疗抵抗,是导致前列腺癌治疗失败的原因之一。研究表明,circRNA可通过多种信号通路影响PCa细胞的生物学行为,进而调节其增殖、迁移以及治疗抵抗等过程。因此,研究circRNA在PCa治疗抵抗中的调控作用对于逆转治疗抵抗以及提高治疗效果具有重要意义。本文总结了circRNA对PCa产生治疗抵抗的重要调控作用,介绍了circRNA在PCa治疗抵抗中的具体作用机制,旨在为未来靶向circRNA从而逆转PCa治疗抵抗提供新的思路。

Lanthipeptides are one of the largest groups of ribosomally synthesized and post-translationally modified peptides(RiPPs)and are characterized by the presence of lanthionine(Lan)or methyllanthionine residues(MeLan).Only very few lanthipeptides contain a C-terminal 2-aminovinyl-cysteine(AviCys)motif,but all of them show potent antibacterial *** advances of genome sequencing led to the rapid accumulation of new biosynthetic gene clusters(BGCs)for *** this study,through our genome mining strategy,we found the AviCys containing lanthipeptides are widespread in the bacterial kingdom.A lanthipeptide-type biosynthetic gene cluster was identified from public bacterial genome *** new lanthipeptides,daspyromycins A and B(1 and 2)containing AviCys motif,along with two degraded products,daspyromycins C and D(3 and 4),were obtained after heterologous expression of the gene cluster in Streptomyces albus *** A and B showed potent antimicrobial activity against a spectrum of Gram-positive and-negative bacteria including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and vancomycin-resistant Enterococci(VRE).

Drilling-based measuring method for the c-φ parameter of rock and its field application

The technology of drilling tests makes it possible to obtain the strength parameter of rock accurately in situ. In this paper, a new rock cutting analysis model that considers the influence of the rock crushing zone(RCZ) is built. The formula for an ultimate cutting force is established based on the limit equilibrium principle. The relationship between digital drilling parameters(DDP) and the c-φ parameter(DDP-cφ formula, where c refers to the cohesion and φ refers to the internal friction angle) is derived, and the response of drilling parameters and cutting ratio to the strength parameters is analyzed. The drillingbased measuring method for the c-φ parameter of rock is constructed. The laboratory verification test is then completed, and the difference in results between the drilling test and the compression test is less than 6%. On this basis, in-situ rock drilling tests in a traffic tunnel and a coal mine roadway are carried out, and the strength parameters of the surrounding rock are effectively tested. The average difference ratio of the results is less than 11%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method for obtaining the strength parameters based on digital drilling. This study provides methodological support for field testing of rock strength parameters.

本文以靖边气田X区块为例,开展区块地质小层精细刻画,通过建立储层三维地质模型复算区块地质储量,刻画了区块地质储量分布特征,结合已投产井单井泄气面积分布,考虑储层展布、储量丰度等因素进一步明确了已动用地质储量分布特征。通过评价井间剩余未动用地质储量及未建产区地质储量分布特征,明确了产能建设部署方向,结合井网、井型优化落实了区块开发潜力,为保障区块长期稳产提供支撑。

We investigate the size effect and boundary states based on a circular non-Hermitian chain under the nonreciprocal intra-cell coupling and inter-cell coupling *** find that the circular non-Hermitian chain exhibits an even–odd effect on the unit cell corresponding to a large chain,which is different from the open non-Hermitian chain only exhibiting the same effect for a small ***,we find that the originally localized bulk states become totally extended via designing the boundary coupling strength *** extended bulk states reveal the fact of the disappearance of the non-Hermitian skin *** particular,we show that the circular non-Hermitian chain also possesses the analogous edge states under some parameter regimes,which is pretty counterintuitive since the circular chain usually cannot define a *** investigations supply the different non-Hermitian phenomena in a circular non-Hermitian chain.

The rock mass consists of rock blocks and structural planes,which can reduce its integrity and ***,accurately obtaining the characteristics of the rock mass structural plane is a prerequisite for evaluating stability and designing supports in underground ***,there are no effective testing methods for the characteristic parameters of the rock mass structural plane in underground *** paper presents the digital drilling technology as a new testing method of rock mass structural *** rock specimens with cracks of varying widths and angles were used to simulate the rock mass structural planes,and the multifunctional rock mass digital drilling test system was employed to carry out the digital drilling *** analysis focuses on the variation laws of drilling parameters,such as drilling pressure and drilling torque,affected by the characteristics of prefabricated cracks,and clarifies the degradation mechanism of rock equivalent compressive ***,an identification model for the characteristic parameters of rock mass structural planes during drilling is *** test results indicate that the average difference of the characteristics of prefabricated cracks identified by the equivalent compressive strength is 2.45and 0.82 mm,*** identification model while drilling is verified to be correct due to the high identification *** on this,a method for testing the characteristic parameters of the surrounding rock structural plane while drilling is *** research offers a theoretical and methodological foundation for precise in situ identification of structural planes of the surrounding rock in underground engineering.
