Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMS-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.

黄河口有着我国典型的新生湿地生态系统,生态环境非常脆弱,极易受到陆源和海洋污染事故的影响。本文针对黄河口附近海上油田的开发和运输带来的潜在溢油风险,结合溢油污染概率模型以及河口的生态脆弱性,对黄河口湿地潜在溢油污染风险进行评估。在河口水动力模拟的基础上,采用随机情景模拟法选取300种风和潮流组合作为溢油模拟的强迫条件,分别模拟溢油后72 h和720 h的污染结果,并统计黄河口湿地受溢油污染影响的最大概率和最短时间,采用环境敏感指数表征湿地对溢油污染的敏感程度、危害后果指数量化表征其危害程度及风险矩阵量化风险高低。结果表明黄河口国家公园受潜在溢油污染概率较大,危害后果指数值为29,处于较高危害等级,属于中风险区;河口岸线受潜在溢油污染概率较小,危害后果指数值均小于1,溢油危害后果低,属于低风险区。

目的探讨改良式内镜手术器械挂架在内镜手术配台操作治疗中应用的效果。方法从2018年8月-2019年8月台州市立医院收治的需要进行内镜黏膜剥离术患者62例作为对照组,采取普通内镜手术器械手术台。从2019年9月-2020年9月,选择65例需要进行内镜黏膜剥离术手术的黏膜下肿瘤患者作为研究对象作为研究组,采取改装成的内窥镜手术器械架。采用相同的操作程序、相同的操作人员、相同的手术条件,观察两组手术过程,并记录两组拿取仪器错误次数和取仪器过程中的仪器污染情况。记录两组的内镜黏膜剥离术操作时间。结果对照组拿取附件总出错率15.40%,研究组1.74%,对照组拿取附件出错率更高(P<0.05),研究组手术时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);对照组附件污染率为12.63%,研究组1.39%,对照组附件污染率高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组手术感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式内镜手术器械挂架可有效缩短手术时间,降低手术感染率、手术相关附件污染率、附件取出出错率。值得临床关注。

Typhoon has an impact on an estuary and coastal ***,the present research lacks the detailed description of material transport processes during typhoon passage,such as the transport channels and barriers in the course of material transport and material accumulation area,***,Lagrangian coherent structures(a method developed for describing the transport structure of fluids in recent years)was introduced to investigate and predict the floating material and debris transport process in the Laizhou Bay,Bohai Sea,during typhoon Lekima in *** show that the Lagrangian coherent structure could well explain the complex flow phenomena in the *** the typhoon,the general direction of floating material transport in the Laizhou Bay was *** was a channel for material transport in the northwest and south of the bay,and there are transportation obstacles in the northeast-southwest direction in the middle of the ***,the typhoon might worsen the water *** results provide references for precise countermeasures to control the formulation of pollution in the Laizhou Bay.

Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin are becoming part of the national strategy in recent *** Yellow River Estuary has been seriously affected by human ***,it has been severely polluted by the nitrogen and phosphorus from land sources,which have caused serious eutrophication and harmful algal *** criteria,however,was not developed for the Yellow River Estuary,which hindered nutrient management measures and eutrophication risk assessment in this key ecological function zone of *** on field data during 2004-2019,we adopted the frequency distribution method,correlation analysis,Linear Regression Model(LRM),Classification and Regression Tree(CART)and Nonparametric Changepoint Analysis(nCPA)methods to establish the nutrient criteria for the adjacent waters of Yellow River *** water quality criteria of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)and soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP)are recommended as 244.0μg L^(−1) and 22.4μg L^(−1),*** is hoped that the results will provide scientific basis for the formulation of nutrient standards in this important estuary of China.

Co-Poisson structures on polynomial Hopf algebras

The Hopf dual H~? of any Poisson Hopf algebra H is proved to be a co-Poisson Hopf algebra provided H is noetherian. Without noetherian assumption, unlike it is claimed in literature, the statement does not hold. It is proved that there is no nontrivial Poisson Hopf structure on the universal enveloping algebra of a non-abelian Lie algebra. So the polynomial Hopf algebra, viewed as the universal enveloping algebra of a finite-dimensional abelian Lie algebra, is considered. The Poisson Hopf structures on polynomial Hopf algebras are exactly linear Poisson structures. The co-Poisson structures on polynomial Hopf algebras are *** correspondences between co-Poisson and Poisson structures are also established.

A double Ore extension was introduced by Zhang and Zhang(2008)to study a class of ArtinShelter regular *** we give a definition of Poisson double extension which may be considered as an analogue of the double Ore extension,and show that algebras in a class of double Ore extensions are deformation quantizations of Poisson double *** also investigate the modular derivations of Poisson double extensions and the relationship between Poisson double extensions and iterated Poisson polynomial *** are illustrated by examples.

To improve the innovation of agricultural machinery product styling, this paper proposes a shape structure behavior function (SSBF) model suitable for the industrial design field. The feature line evolution method combining shape grammar and genetic algorithm was used for modelling the of the grader, which not only maintains the product style characteristics but also reflects the typical identification characteristics of the bionic prototype and produces a new product modelling scheme. By conducting cognitive and recognition experiments on product styling features, the ranking of product styling features and the contribution of each component to product styling were determined. The method of combining shape grammar and quadratic B & eacute;zier curve was used to express and encode feature lines, and genetic algorithm was used to evolve biomimetic forms to form product feature lines with typical biological morphological features; The extracted form bionic elements were integrated into the grader modelling design, and the interaction evaluation was carried out through the genetic algorithm evolution scheme. The basic form elements were extracted and analyzed, and the deduction rules were formulated and reorganized. The derived feature line geometric data considered the product's image features and the bio-inspired prototype, which can be used for the follow-up guidance of industrial design schemes.

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low
