Study the Effect of Boron and Titanium.to Resist Corrosion in the Salt Solution for the Alloy （Al-Cu-m.）

The alloy （AI-Cu-m.） alloy im.ortant one dating back to the series （2xxx） where copper foundries basic elem.nt which represents the num.er （2）, the study relied on foundries add elem.nts boron （B） and titanium.（Ti） and then use a heat treatm.nt （hom.genizing process） to im.rove the corrosion resistance in saline （NaC1 3.5%） of the base alloy （A1-Cu-m.）, was prepared four types of alloys （A, B, C, D） depending on the chem.cal com.osition. The results showed that the corrosion resistance in saline solution was the best resistance in the alloy （D）（A1-2% Cu-2% m.-0.1% B-1.0% Ti） com.ared with the rest of bullion when an exam.nation of corrosion of the alloy prepared after hom.genizing. But by exam.ning the surface roughness of the alloy ingot turned out that （D） is softer than the rest of the surface alloys and this is due to the addition of boron and titanium.together increases surface sm.othness in alloys because it works to reduce the grain size.

Background Ciliopathies are a group of diseases associated with abnorm.l structure or function of prim.ry cilia. Ciliopathies include polycystic kidney disease （PKD）, a pathology associated with vascular hypertension. We previously showed that cilia length regulates cilia function, and cilia function is required for nitric oxide （NO） biosynthesis in endothelial cells. Because patients with PKD show abnorm.l sensory cilia function, the aim.of our current study was to search for a targeted therapy focused on prim.ry cilia, which we refer to as ＇cilio- therapy＇. m.thods and Results In the present studies, our in vitro analyses refined fenoldopam.as an equipotent and m.re specific dopa- m.nergic agonist to regulate cilia length and function. Our in vivo studies indicated that fenoldopam.increased cilia length and serum.NO thereby reducing blood pressure in a PKD m.use m.del. Our crossover, m.lticenter, double-blind and placebo-controlled clinical study further indicated that cilia-targeting therapy showed an overall reduction in m.an arterial pressure in PKD patients. Conclusions Overall, our studies provide the first evidence of ciliotherapy as an innovative intervention in patients with abnorm.l prim.ry cilia.
