利用Origin2022pro、PAST4.09、GraphPad和ArcGIS等软件,从资源数量差异、分类群差异、科属差异、地域性差异、时空性差异5个维度,分析吉林省第四次全国中药资源普查大数据,充分阐明吉林省药用植物的生物多样性。该文研究表明吉林省现有药用植物2241种,隶属于243科881属,有20个优势科、3个优势属。东部山区有药用植物1901种,隶属于227科778属;中部山区半山区有1503种,隶属于225科690属;西部平原区有811种,隶属136科436属。吉林省药用植物生物多样性丰富,主要呈现东高西低走势,资源分布热点区域主要集中在东部山区,区域间药用植物类群的数量优势具有显著性差异,西部>中部>东部,类群种类丰富度大小为东部>西部>中部,中部地区的物种多样性结构与东部、西部地区均具有一定的相似性,而西部和东部地区间物种多样性结构差异较大。第四次与第三次全国中药资源普查相对比,物种数量增加了1417种、减少了580种、共有824种,说明吉林省药用植物的生物多样性变化显著,其变化原因需深入探讨。该文阐明了吉林省药用植物资源本底与生物多样性变化情况,为我省中药资源的保护利用和产业发展奠定了基础。

文章建立了具有处方工艺区分力的XT01片溶出测定方法。采用Sunfire C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,3.5μm),流动相为0.05%三氟乙酸水溶液(v/v)-0.05%三氟乙酸乙腈溶液(v/v)(75∶25),体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长246 nm,柱温30℃,进样量15μL的色谱检测方法。通过考察XT01片在不同溶出介质、表面活性剂、搅拌速度对XT01片溶出行为的影响,筛选具有处方工艺区分力的溶出方法,并对该方法进行专属性、线性、准确度、回收率、溶液稳定性和滤膜吸附的方法学验证。XT01溶出度测定方法为采用桨法,转速75 r/min,37℃,含0.20%十二烷基硫酸钠的pH 6.8磷酸盐溶液为溶出介质,且方法学验证结果均符合测定要求,XT01在4.4~26.8μg/mL范围内线性关系良好。本溶出方法可有效应用于XT01片的溶出度检测,能够区分不同处方工艺之间溶出行为差异。

Tough elastomers and gels have garnered broad research interest due to their wide-ranging potential ***,during the loading and unloading cycles,a clear stress softening behavior can be observed in many material systems,which is also named as the Mullins *** this work,we aim to provide a complete review of the Mullins effect in soft yet tough materials,specifically focusing on nanocomposite gels,double-network hydrogels,and multi-network *** first revisit the experimental observations for these soft *** then discuss the recent developments of constitutive models,emphasizing novel developments in the damage mechanisms or network *** phenomenological models will also be briefly *** attention is then placed on the anisotropic and multiaxial modeling *** is demonstrated that most of the existing models fail to accurately predict the multiaxial data,posing a significant challenge for developing future anisotropic models tailored for tough gels and elastomers.

This paper investigates the anomaly-resistant decentralized state estimation(SE) problem for a class of wide-area power systems which are divided into several non-overlapping areas connected through transmission lines. Two classes of measurements(i.e., local measurements and edge measurements) are obtained, respectively, from the individual area and the transmission lines. A decentralized state estimator, whose performance is resistant against measurement with anomalies, is designed based on the minimum error entropy with fiducial points(MEEF) criterion. Specifically, 1) An augmented model, which incorporates the local prediction and local measurement, is developed by resorting to the unscented transformation approach and the statistical linearization approach;2) Using the augmented model, an MEEF-based cost function is designed that reflects the local prediction errors of the state and the measurement;and 3) The local estimate is first obtained by minimizing the MEEF-based cost function through a fixed-point iteration and then updated by using the edge measuring information. Finally, simulation experiments with three scenarios are carried out on the IEEE 14-bus system to illustrate the validity of the proposed anomaly-resistant decentralized SE scheme.

An optimization method of fracturing fluid volume strength was introduced taking well X-1 in Biyang Sag of Nanxiang Basin as an *** characteristic curves of capillary pressure and relative permeability were obtained from history matching between forced imbibition experimental data and core-scale reservoir simulation results and taken into a large scale reservoir model to mimic the forced imbibition behavior during the well shut-in period after *** optimization of the stimulated reservoir volume(SRV)fracturing fluid volume strength should meet the requirements of estimated ultimate recovery(EUR),increased oil recovery by forced imbibition and enhancement of formation pressure and the fluid volume strength of fracturing fluid should be controlled around a critical value to avoid either insufficiency of imbibition displacement caused by insufficient fluid amount or increase of costs and potential formation damage caused by excessive fluid *** simulation results showed that SRV fracturing fluid volume strength positively correlated with single-well EUR and an optimal fluid volume strength existed,above which the single-well EUR increase rate kept *** optimized increase of SRV fracturing fluid volume and shut-in time would effectively increase the formation pressure and enhance well *** test results of well X-1 proved the practicality of established optimization method of SRV fracturing fluid volume strength on significant enhancement of shale oil well production.

The design of high-lift Low-Pressure Turbines(LPTs)causes the separation of the boundary layer on the suction side of the blade and leads to a strong secondary *** present study aims to minimize secondary losses through endwall slot suction and incoming wakes in a front-loaded high-lift LPT cascade with Zweifel of 1.58 under low Reynolds number of *** slotted schemes for the boundary layer of the endwall were designed(Plan A and Plan B),and the effects of suction mass flow on secondary flow were *** underlying physics of the endwall boundary layer of the suction and secondary flow under unsteady wakes was *** results show that slot suction at the endwall boundary layer can significantly suppress the secondary flow by removing low-momentum *** A and B significantly reduced the secondary kinetic energy by 44.2%and 36.9%,respectively,compared with the baseline cascade at the suction mass flow ratios of 1%.With an increase in the mass flow ratio of suction,the secondary flow was gradually reduced in both Plans A and *** is more beneficial to control the secondary flow to destroy the intersection of the pressure side and suction side of the horseshoe vortex before it develops into a passage *** unsteady wakes,the combined effects of incoming wakes and endwall boundary layer suction can further suppress the secondary flow at the suction mass flow ratios of 2%for Plan A,because the positive and negative vorticity inside upstream wakes accelerated the mixing of the main flow and secondary flow and thus increased the energy of secondary vortices.

3D eikonal equation is a partial differential equation for the calculation of first-arrival traveltimes and has been widely applied in many scopes such as ray tracing,source localization,reflection migration,seismic monitoring and tomographic *** recent years,many advanced methods have been developed to solve the 3D eikonal equation in heterogeneous ***,there are still challenges for the stable and accurate calculation of first-arrival traveltimes in 3D strongly inhomogeneous *** this paper,we propose an adaptive finite-difference(AFD)method to numerically solve the 3D eikonal *** novel method makes full use of the advantages of different local operators characterizing different seismic wave types to calculate factors and traveltimes,and then the most accurate factor and traveltime are adaptively selected for the convergent updating based on the Fermat *** with global fast sweeping describing seismic waves propagating along eight directions in 3D media,our novel method can achieve the robust calculation of first-arrival traveltimes with high precision at grid points either near source point or far away from source point even in a velocity model with large and sharp *** numerical examples show the good performance of the AFD method,which will be beneficial to many scientific applications.
