Time-series InSAR analysis（e.g., permanent scatterers（PSInSAR）） has been proven as an effective technology in monitoring ground deformation over urban areas. However, it is a big challenge to apply this technology in coastal regions due to the lack of man-made targets. An distributed scatterers interferometric synthetic aperture radar（DSInSAR） is developed to solve the problem of insufficient samples and low reliability in monitoring coastal lowland subsidence, by applying a spatially adaptive filter and an eigendecomposition algorithm to estimating the optimal phase of statistically homogeneous distributed scatterers（DSs）. Twenty-four scenes of COSMO-Sky Med images acquired between 2013 and 2015 are used to retrieve the land subsidence over the Shangyu District on south coast of the Hangzhou Bay, Zhejiang Province, China. The spatial pattern of the land subsidence obtained by the PS-InSAR and the DSInSAR coincides with each other, but the density of the DSs is three point five times higher than the permanent scatterers（PSs）. Validated by precise levelling data over the same period, the DSInSAR method achieves an accuracy of ±5.0 mm/a which is superior to the PS-InSAR with±5.5 mm/a. The land subsidence in the Shangyu District is mainly distributed in the urban areas, industrial towns and land reclamation zones, with a maximum subsidence rate -30.2 mm/a. The analysis of geological data, field investigation and historical reclamation data indicates that human activities and natural compaction of reclamation material are major causes of the detected land subsidence. The results demonstrate that the DSInSAR method has a great potential in monitoring the coastal lowland subsidence and can be used to further investigate subsidence-related environmental issues in coastal regions.

A wireless search system was integrated on Windows 2000 server. Based on the communication principle between wireless data and Internet,the object expression of search file,the automatic query of document information,the segment browsing of result information,and the receiving and sending of user information were realized by using Active Server Page 3 0,VB Script,WML Script insert languages and object orient database technology. The requirement querying information of material processing through Internet by GPRS,WAP mobile handset and so on was accomplished.

Stabilization is one of the best demonstrated available technologies for treating toxic pollutants in soils and has been used worldwide but is rarely used for treatment of contaminated sites in China despite many bench-scale ***,a field-scale application of stabilization treatment in Shanghai,China was summarized to demonstrate the whole engineering process and the key technical issues regarding stabilization of contaminated soil.A site contaminated with arsenic(As)and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),formerly used as a lighting plant in Shanghai,was chosen as the demonstration *** measures were taken to treat the contaminated soil to reuse the site for residential *** whole engineering remediation process consisted of phase I environmental site assessment(ESA)and phase II ESA,quantitative human health risk assessment,remediation alternatives evaluation,benchscale testing,remedial design,engineering implementation,and post-remediation assessment.A third party conducted evaluation monitoring indicated desirable results were achieved via the stabilization *** addition,some technical obstacles related to soil stabilization treatment were discussed,including soil quality evaluation,stabilization effectiveness validation,and soil reuse assessment.

The wide application of Mg is hindered by its low corrosion resistance,especially for recycled *** this work,a novel plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)process was conducted on a recycled Mg alloy with a high content of Al(~2.3 wt%),which results in a polycrystalline PEO *** PEO coating displays a three-layered structure with a uniform elemental *** the outer layer decorated by channels of micrometre scales,the middle layer mainly contains submicronsized pores associated with plasma discharges,whereas the fine pores originated from oxygen evolution were detected in the inner *** electrochemical measurements,hydrogen evolution tests and salt spray tests were conducted,indicating the superior corrosion resistance of PEO-coated recycled Mg ***,the purposed PEO method could dramatically enhance the corrosion resistance of recycled Mg,which may broaden its application in the future.

Bamboo is a renewable natural building material with good mechanical ***,due to the heterogeneity and anisotropy of bamboo stalk,a large amount of material performance testing costs are required in engineering *** this work,longitudinal compression,bending,longitudinal shear,longitudinal tensile,transverse compression and transverse tensile tests of bamboo materials are conducted,considering the influence of the bamboo *** mechanical properties of the whole bamboo stalk with the wall thickness and outer circumference are *** univariate and multiple regression analysis,the relationship between mechanical properties and wall thickness and perimeter is fitted,and the conversion parameters between different mechanical properties are *** research results show that the transverse compressive strength of nodal specimen,and transverse tensile strength of nodal and inter-node specimens increase with the increase of wall thickness and outer circumference,but other mechanical properties decrease with the increase of wall thickness and outer *** prediction formula and conversion parameters of bamboo mechanical properties proposed in this research have high applicability and ***,this research can provide references for the evaluation of bamboo performance and saving test costs.

Tree peony(Paeonia section Moutan DC.)seeds are an excellent source of beneficial natural compounds that promote health,and they contain high levels of alpha-linolenic acid(ALA).In recent years,tree peony has been emerging as an oil ***,combined analysis of the transcriptome and proteome of tree peony(***)seeds at 25,32,39,53,67,81,88,95,and 109 days after pollination(DAP)was conducted to better understand the transcriptional and translational regulation of seed development and oil biosynthesis.A total of 38,482 unigenes and 2841 proteins were identified.A total of 26,912 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)and 592 differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were clustered into three groups corresponding to the rapid growth,seed inclusion enrichment and conversion,and late dehydration and mature stages of seed *** lipid metabolism pathways were identified at both the transcriptome and proteome *** enrichment analysis revealed that a period of rapid fatty acid biosynthesis occurred at 53–88 ***,211 genes and 35 proteins associated with the fatty acid metabolism pathway,63 genes and 11 proteins associated with the biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids(UFAs),and 115 genes and 24 proteins associated with ALA metabolism were *** analysis revealed that 16 putative fatty acid desaturase(FAD)-encoding genes clustered into four FAD groups,eight of which exhibited the highest expression at 53 DAP,suggesting that they play an important role in ALA ***-qPCR analysis indicated that the temporal expression patterns of oil biosynthesis genes were largely similar to the RNA-seq *** expression patterns of fatty acid metabolism-and seed development-related proteins determined by MRM were also highly consistent with the results obtained in the proteomic *** analysis indicated significant differences in the number and abundance of DEGs and DEPs but a high level of consistency in
