Electromagnetic emissions from electrical information equipment may contain useful information and lead to information leakage. In order to detect the electromagnetic information leakage of digital video cable,a rapid testing method for computer video information leakage detection without reconstructing the displayed image is proposed. In this method, the electromagnetic radiation spectrum of typical image transmitted by HDMI cable is simulated. Then the electromagnetic radiation spectrum of the computer when transmitting the same image as the typical image is obtained by conduction and radiation EMC test methods. Finally, the correlation between the spectrum of simulation and the test spectrum is analyzed, and the correlation coefficient is used to judge whether the computer has produced the electromagnetic leakage of video information. The analysis and test results show that when the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.5, the electromagnetic leakage of computer video information can be judged.

Time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy were used to investigate the photophysical properties of 2,3-dihydro-3-keto-lH- pyrido[3,2,1-kl]phenothiazine (PTZ4) and 3-keto-lH-pyrido[3,2,1-kl]phenothiazine (PTZ5). The calculated results obtained from TDDFT suggest that the red-shifts of the absorption spectra of these two fluorophores in methanol are due to the formation of hydrogen-bonded complexes at the ground state. Four conformers of PTZ4 were obtained by TDDFT. The two fluorescence peaks of PTZ4 in tetrahydrofuran (THF) came from the ICT states of the four conformers. The fluorescence of PTZ4 in THF showed a dependence on the excitation wavelength because of butterfly bending. The excited state dynamics of PTZ4 in THF and methanol were obtained by transient absorption spectroscopy. The lifetime of the excited PTZ4 in methanol was 53.8 ps, and its relaxation from the LE state to the ICT state was completed within several picoseconds. The short lifetime of excited PTZ4 in methanol was due to the formation of out-of-plane model hydrogen bonds between PTZ4 and methanol at the excited state.

This paper presents a simple and explicit method for G~2-constrained merging of a pair of Bezier curves by minimizing the l_2 distance defined in terms of control points. After expressing the l_2 distance as a quadratic function of two parameters, the optimally merged curve can be explicitly obtained, which is achieved by control point optimization such that the l_2 distance is minimized. The existence of the unique solution is shown by proving that the l_2 distance is convex. The proposed method is explicit and efficient since it is non-iterative and expressed by known control points. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the new method.

In this paper, we show the following result: Let Ki be a knot in a closed orientable 3- manifold Mi such that (Mi,Ki) is not homeomorphic to (S^2 × S^1,x0 × S^1), i = 1,2. Suppose that the Euler Characteristic of any meridional essential surface in each knot complement E(Ki) is less than the difference of one and twice of the tunnel number of Ki. Then the tunnel number of their connected sum will not go down. If in addition that the distance of any minimal Heegaard splitting of each knot complement is strictly more than 2, then the tunnel number of their connected sum is super additive. We further show that if the distance of a Heegaard splitting of each knot complement is strictly bigger than twice the tunnel number of the knot (twice the sum of the tunnel number of the knot and one, respectively), then the tunnel number of connected sum of two such knots is additive (super additive, respectively).
