Positron annihilation study of defect formation and evolution in matrix graphite under He ion irradiation

The stability of matrix graphite under neutron irradiation and in corrosive environments is crucial for the safe operation of molten salt reactors(MSRs).Raman spectroscopy and a slow positron beam were employed to investigate the effects of He ion irradiation fluences and subsequent annealing on the microstructure and defects of the matrix *** ions with 500 keV energy and fluences ranging from 1.1×10^(15)ions∕cm^(2)to 3.5×10^(17)ions∕cm^(2)were used to simulate neutron irradiation at 300 *** samples with an irradiation fluence of 3.5×10^(16)ions∕cm^(2)were subjected to isochronal annealing at different temperatures(573 K,873 K and 1173 K)for 3 *** Raman results revealed that the D peak gradually increased,whereas the intrinsic G peak decreased with increasing irradiation *** the same irradiation fluence,the D peak gradually decreased,whereas the intrinsic G peak increased with increasing annealing *** positron beam analysis demonstrated that the density or size of irradiation defects(vacancy type)increased with higher irradiation fluence,but decreased rapidly with increasing annealing *** Raman spectral analysis of sample cross sections subjected to high irradiation fluences revealed the emergence of amorphization precisely at the depth where ion damage was most pronounced,whereas the surface retained its crystalline *** and positron annihilation analyses indicated that the matrix graphite exhibited good irradiation resistance to He ions at 300 ***,vacancy-type defects induced by He ion irradiation exhibit poor thermal stability and can be easily removed during annealing.

完善企业年金制度——设计理念与系统优化

二十年来,中国企业年金制度虽取得了一定成绩,但仍面临着多重挑战。从养老保险制度设计的层面来看,企业年金制度突出表现为覆盖范围狭小、逆向收入再分配且发展动力不足。分析发现,我国企业年金制度激励效应生效至少需具备以下两个条件之一:一是企业拥有大量高薪雇员,二是企业工资总额不能自主决策。激励效应的生效条件也是导致既有企业年金制度覆盖范围有限,进而导致缺乏发展动力的根源所在。在既有制度日益受到劳动市场结构变迁冲击的情况下,建议企业年金制度的设计理念在注重古典决策理论的基础上向行为转化,从养老保险系统的角度出发,实现多层次、多支柱间的协同发展。

自动疼痛评估在临床上具有巨大的应用前景,其中通过面部视觉信息进行识别因其可行性受到了人们的关注.现有方法多关注于不同模态、不同尺度特征的提取,没有考虑不同疼痛强度对应面部特征的差异,无法有效区分疼痛等级.因此,提出了一种基于对比学习的疼痛评估方法.该方法基于有监督对比学习的方法设计了新的损失函数,以此充分学习不同疼痛程度下的面部差异;其次,为了更好地利用预测值和真实值之间的差异信息,设计了自适应权重更新方法联合优化上述的对比学习损失和均方误差损失.实验在UNBC-McMaster肩痛数据集上进行评估,结果超过了当前最新的相关研究,表明将不同疼痛强度下的面部差异纳入考虑有利于提高识别准确率,验证了该方法的有效性.

Time Decay Rates of the Isotropic Non-Newtonian Flows in R^n

This paper is concerned with time decay rates for weak solutions to a class system of isotropic incompressible non-Newtonian fluid motion in R^n. With the use of the spectral decomposition methods of Stokes operator, the optimal decay estimates of weak solutions in L^2 norm are derived under the different conditions on the initial velocity. Moreover, the error estimates of the difference between non-Newtonian flow and Navier-Stokes flow are also investigated.

Operation of three parallel AN/AO processes to enrich denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria for low strength wastewater treatment

Three parallel anaerobic-anoxic/anaerobic-aerobic （AN/AO） processes were developed to enrich denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria （DPB） for low strength wastewater treatment. The main body of the parallel AN/AO process consists of an AN （anaerobic-anoxic） process and an AO （anaerobic-aerobic） process. In the AO process, the common phosphorus accumulating organisms （PAOs） was dominate, while in the AN process, DPB was dominate, The volume of anaerobic zone（Vana）：anoxie zone（Vano）： aerobic zone （Vaer） for the parallel AN/AO process is 1：1：1 in contrast with a Vana：Vaer and Vano：Vaer of 1：2 and 1：4 for a traditional biological nutrient removal process （BNR）. Process 3 excels in the 3 processes on the basis of COD, TN and TP removal. For 4 month operation, the effluent COD concentration of process 3 did not exceed 60 mg/L; the effluent TN concentration of process 3 was lower than 15 mg/L; and the effluent TP concentration of process 3 was lower than 1 mg/L.

Load-carrying capacity and practical calculation method for hollow cylinder joints connected with H-shaped beams

A type of hollow cylinder joints connected with H-shaped beams is proposed for spatial structures. Based on von Mises yield criterion and perfect elasto-plasticity model, a series of finite element models of the joints is established, in which the effect of geometric nonlinearity is taken into account. Then mechanical behavior and load-carrying capacity of the joints were investigated, which were subjected to axial load, in- and out-plane bending moments, and their combinations. The results show that the ultimate loads of the joints are determined by the maximum displacement. Furthermore, the case of one joint connected with multiple beams was discussed. Experiments on a set of typical full-scale joints were conducted to understand the structural behavior and the failure mechanism of joint, and also to validate the finite element models. Finally, the practical calculation method was established through finite elements analysis (FEA) results and numerical fitting. The results show that the joints are more ductile and materially economical than welded hollow spherical joints, and the practical calculation method can provide a reference for direct design and the revision of relevant design codes.
