Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. Realizing simultaneous adjustment of energy levels and work functions in two-dimensional/three-dimensional(2D/3D)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is a ***,a pseudohalide 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzylammonium tetrafluoroborate(TFPMABF_(4))was used to react with unreacted Pb I2on the surface of 3D bulky perovskite to form a mixed halide of 2D perovskite denoted(TF-PMA)_(2)fa_(2)Pb_(3)I_(8)(BF_(4))_(2).This novel 2D/3D perovskite enables the simultaneous adjustment of energy levels and work functions on the surface of active *** to the significantly enhanced quality of 2D/3D perovskite film,decreased surface defects and increased charge carrier lifetime,the 2D/3D PSCs exhibit an outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 25.15%and a high V_(OC)of 1.194 ***,2D/3D PSCs exhibit remarkable enhancements in environmental stability,unencapsulated devices retaining more than 90%of their initial PCE at 50%humidity for 2,280 h.

Background Biliary atresia(BA)is a rare fatal liver disease in children,and the aim of this study was to develop a method to diagnose BA *** We determined serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7),the results of 13 liver tests,and the levels of 20 bile acids,and integrated computational models were constructed to diagnose *** Our findings demonstrated that MMP-7 expression levels,as well as the results of four liver tests and levels of ten bile acids,were significantly different between 86 BA and 59 non-BA patients(P<0.05).The computational prediction model revealed that MMP-7 levels alone had a higher predictive accuracy[area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)=0.966,95%confidence interval(CI):0.942,0.989]than liver test results and bile acid *** AUC was 0.890(95%CI 0.837,0.943)for liver test results and 0.825(95%CI 0.758,0.892)for bile acid ***,bile levels had a higher contribution to enhancing the predictive accuracy of MMP-7 levels(AUC=0.976,95%CI 0.953,1.000)than liver test *** AUC was 0.983(95%CI 0.962,1.000)for MMP-7 levels combined with liver test results and bile acid *** addition,we found that MMP-7 levels were highly correlated with gamma-glutamyl transferase levels and the liver fibrosis *** The innovative integrated models based on a large number of indicators provide a noninvasive and cost-effective approach for accurately diagnosing BA in children.

为进一步探究大尺寸碳纤维C型梁结构抗弯剪屈曲的承载性能,提出了一种可同时施加弯曲和剪切载荷并任意调节弯剪比的试验装置。通过设计3种不同弯剪耦合条件进行试验载荷的加载,使用应变片监测大尺寸碳纤维C型梁结构在屈曲以及后屈曲阶段应变分布状况。通过有限元模型对基于不同损伤准则的后屈曲行为进行预测。研究结果表明:大尺寸碳纤维C型梁在抗弯和抗弯剪耦合的载荷条件下,都具有优良的后屈曲承载能力;在2种弯剪耦合条件下,试验件分别在3.28倍和2.3倍设计载荷时发生梁腹板失稳现象,试验件进入后屈曲状态,继续进行弯剪耦合载荷的加载,达到4.6倍设计载荷后,样品出现局部损伤;采用Hashin和LaRC05准则对试验件损伤情况进行预测,破坏损伤形式分别为沿45°方向开始向外扩展和上部翼缘扭曲破坏。

Background and purpose Recent observational studies have reported that serum total homocysteine(tHcy)is associated with intracranial aneurysms(IAs).However,the causal effect of tHcy on IAs is *** leveraged large-scale genetic association and real-world data to investigate the causal effect of tHcy on IA *** We performed a two-sample Mendelian randomisation(MR)using publicly available genome-wide association studies summary statistics to investigate the causal relationship between tHcy and IAs,following the recommendations of the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology-MR ***,a propensity score matching(PSM)analysis was conducted to evaluate the detailed effects of tHcy on risk of IA formation by utilizing real-world multicentre data,including 9902 patients with and without IAs(1:1 matched).Further interaction and subgroup analyses were performed to elucidate how tHcy affects risk of IA *** MR analyses indicated that genetically determined tHcy was causally associated with IA risk(OR,1.38,95%CI 1.07 to 1.79;p=0.018).This is consistent with the more conservative weighted median analysis(OR,1.41,95%CI 1.03 to 1.93;p=0.039).Further sensitivity analyses showed no evidence of horizontal pleiotropy or heterogeneity of single nucleotide polymorphisms in causal *** to the PSM study,we found that,compared with low tHcy(≤15μmol/L),moderate tHcy(>15-30μmol/L)(OR 2.13,95%CI 1.93 to 2.36)and high tHcy(>30μmol/L)(OR 3.66,95%CI 2.71 to 4.95)were associated with a higher IA risk(p trend<0.001).Subgroup analyses demonstrated significant ORs of tHcy in each subgroup when stratified by traditional cardiovascular risk ***,there was also a synergistic effect of tHcy and hypertension on IA risk(p interaction<0.001;the relative excess risk due to interaction=1.65,95%CI 1.29 to 2.01).Conclusion Both large-scale genetic evidence and multicentre real-world data support a causal as

The Wushi sag is located in the central part of the Beibuwan Basin， northern South China Sea. Above the thick oily shale unit in the Wushi East Subsag， a suite of terrace-like extensional décollement fault systems exists， which， in conjunction with the No.7 boundary fault， control a complex fault system. This study integrates the high-resolution 3D seismic data and quantitative analysis of fault displacement to analyze the growth history of the complex fault system and to establish a model of fault system evolution in the Wushi East Subsag. The findings reveal two phases of fault growth northward migration during the rifting process. The first phase occurred between the rift I phase and the décollement I phase， witnessing fault activity migrating northward from the No.7 boundary fault to the décollement faults (Fd and Fe) in the hangingwall. The second phase occurred between the décollement I phase and the décollement II phase， with fault activity migrating further northward from Fd and Fe to fa， Fb and Fd. By the end of the Oligocene， basin inversion controlled the syn- to post-rift transition of the Wushi East Subsag. This study bears significant implications for hydrocarbon exploration and for understanding the mechanism underlying the syn- to post-rift process in the north continental marginal basins of the South China Sea.

Nonlinear dielectric metasurfaces provide a promising approach to control and manipulate frequency conversion optical processes at the nanoscale,thus facilitating both advances in fundamental research and the development of new practical applications in photonics,lasing,and ***,we employ symmetry-broken metasurfaces made of centrosymmetric amorphous silicon for resonantly enhanced second-and third-order nonlinear optical *** the rich physics of optical quasi-bound states in the continuum and guided mode resonances,we comprehensively study through rigorous numerical calculations the relative contribution of surface and bulk effects to second-harmonic generation(SHG)and the bulk contribution to third-harmonic generation(THG) from the ***,we experimentally achieve optical resonances with high quality factors,which greatly boosts light-matter interaction,resulting in about 550 times SHG enhancement and nearly 5000-fold increase of THG.A good agreement between theoretical predictions and experimental measurements is *** gain deeper insights into the physics of the investigated nonlinear optical processes,we further numerically study the relation between nonlinear emission and the structural asymmetry of the metasurface and reveal that the generated harmonic signals arising from linear sharp resonances are highly dependent on the asymmetry of the *** work suggests a fruitful strategy to enhance the harmonic generation and effectively control different orders of harmonics in all-dielectric metasurfaces,enabling the development of efficient active photonic nanodevices.
