Reasonable design and applications of graphene-based materials are supposed to be promising ways to tackle many fundamental problems emerging in lithium batteries,including suppression of electrode/electrolyte side reactions,stabilization of electrode architecture,and improvement of conductive ***,extensive fundamental research on this aspect has been performed so ***,when it comes to large-scale industrial applications,the utilization of graphene-based materials progresses at a very slow ***,there presents a severe technological decoupling between academic research and industrial application,and there is an urgent need to link ***,in order to address current issues of graphene-based materials used in lithium batteries,we present their latest advancements with stateof-the-art *** applications of graphenebased materials in practical lithium batteries are highlighted and predicted to bridge the gap between the academic progress and industrial manufacture,thereby paving the way for accelerating the development of graphenebased material as well as lithium battery industry.

Light is a powerful environmental factor influencing diverse brain *** evidence supports the beneficial effect of light therapy on several diseases,including depression,cognitive dysfunction,chronic pain,and sleep ***,the precise mechanisms underlying the effects of light therapy are still not well *** this review,we critically evaluate current clinical evidence showing the beneficial effects of light therapy on *** addition,we introduce the research progress regarding the neural circuit mechanisms underlying the modulatory effects of light on brain functions,including mood,memory,pain perception,sleep,circadian rhythm,brain development,and metabolism.

A path planning algorithm for a crop monitoring fixed-wing unmanned aerial system

With the growing demand for automation in agriculture, industries increasingly rely on drones to perform crop monitoring and surveillance. In this regard, fixed-wing unmanned aerial systems(UASs)are viable platforms for scanning a large crop field, given their payload capacity and range. To achieve maximum coverage without landing for battery replacement, an algorithm for producing a minimal required energy survey path is essential. Hence, an energy-aware coverage path planning algorithm is proposed *** constraints for a fixed-wing UAS to fly at low altitudes while achieving full coverage of the crop field are first analyzed. Then, the full path is decomposed into straight-line and U-turn primitives. Finally, an algorithm to calculate a combination of straight-line segments and U-turns is proposed to obtain the path with minimum required energy consumption. The genetic algorithm is used to efficiently determine the order of the straight-line paths to traverse. Case studies show that the proposed algorithm can produce planning results for a convex-polygon-shaped crop field.

To efficiently mine threat intelligence from the vast array of open-source cybersecurity analysis reports on the web,we have developed the Parallel Deep Forest-based Multi-Label Classification(PDFMLC)***,open-source cybersecurity analysis reports are collected and converted into a standardized text ***,five tactics category labels are annotated,creating a multi-label dataset for tactics *** the limitations of low execution efficiency and scalability in the sequential deep forest algorithm,our PDFMLC algorithm employs broadcast variables and the Lempel-Ziv-Welch(LZW)algorithm,significantly enhancing its acceleration ***,our proposed PDFMLC algorithm incorporates label mutual information from the established dataset as input *** captures latent label associations,significantly improving classification ***,we present the PDFMLC-based Threat Intelligence Mining(PDFMLC-TIM)*** results demonstrate that the PDFMLC algorithm exhibits exceptional node scalability and execution ***,the PDFMLC-TIM method proficiently conducts text classification on cybersecurity analysis reports,extracting tactics entities to construct comprehensive threat *** a result,successfully formatted STIX2.1 threat intelligence is established.

Enantioenriched pyrrolidines and derivatives are ubiquitous substructures in compounds of importance to medicinal and biological ***,we report an efficient cobalt-catalyzed intramolecular asymmetric hydroamination reaction that produces chiral pyrrolidines with good to excellent yield and *** with previously reported radicalinvolved methodologies for enantioenriched pyrrolidines,these conditions feature two elegant versatilities,enabling(1)the use of cobalt-catalyzed hydrogen atom transfer(HAT)to generate organocobalt intermediates that bring radical reaction to organometallic chemistry,and(2)enantioselective intramolecular C-N bond forging through an S_(N)2-like displacement involving dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR).This approach provides a new alternative and efficient methodology for enantioselective radical-involved C-N bond construction that can be used in the synthesis of both chiral pyrrolidines and homologous nitrogen heterocycles.

RNA interference targeting mu-opioid receptors reverses the inhibition of fentanyl on glucose-evoked insulin release of rat islets

Background Mu opioid receptor plays an important role in many physiological functions. Fentanyl is a widely used opioid receptor agonist for analgesia. This study was conducted to test the role of mu-opioid receptor on insulin release by determining whether fentanyl affected insulin release from freshly isolated rat pancreatic islets and if small interfering RNAs （siRNA） targeting mu-opioid receptor in the islets could knock down mu-opioid receptor *** Islets were isolated from ripe SD rats＇ pancreas by common bile duct intraductal collagenase V digestion and purified by discontinuous Ficoll density gradient centrifugation. The siRNA knock-down of mu-opioid receptor mRNA and protein in islet cells was analyzed by semi-quantitative real time-PCR and Western blotting. After siRNA-transfection for 48 hours, the islets were co-cultured with fentanyl as follows： 0 ng/ml, 3 ng/ml and 30 ng/ml for 48 hours. Then glucose-evoked insulin release was performed. As a control, the insulin release was also analyzed in islets without siRNA-trasfection after being co-cultured with fentanyl for 48 *** After 48 hours of transfections, specific siRNA targeting of mu-opioid receptors produced significant reduction of mu-opioid receptor mRNA and protein （P ＜0.01）. Fentanyl significantly inhibited glucose-evoked insulin release in islets in a concentration dependent manner （P ＜0.01）. But after siRNA-transfection for 48 hours, the inhibition on glucose-evoked insulin reiease was reversed （P ＜0.01）.Conclusions RNA interference specifically reduces mu-opioid receptor mRNA and protein expression, leading to reversal of the fentanyl-induced inhibition on glucose-evoked insulin release of rat islets. The activation of opioid receptor induced by fentanyl functions to inhibit insulin release. The use of RNAi presents a promising tool for future research in diabetic mechanisms and a novel therapy for diabetes.

OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the potential feature and mechanism of the caffeic acid 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl ester(CADPE)molecule,which can prevent colorectal cancer(CRC)in the 1,2-Dimethylhydrazine(DMH)/dextran sodium sulphate(DSS)-induced mouse ***:Institute of cancer research(ICR)male mice were injected with 20 mg/kg DMH for a *** that,2%DSS was administered in the drinking water for another 7 *** CADPE treatment was given to the DMH/DSS induced male mice at three different periods until their *** examination was used for observing the CRC development at colonic ***(IHC),blood cells smearing and crypt damage scoring methods were used for investigating the anti-inflammation feature of CADPE related to *** reversing targets searching method was applied with artificial intelligence(AI),computeraided drug designing(CADD)and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA)techniques for predicting the potential targets and mechanism of CADPE highly related to ***:The data indicated that CADPE inhibited CRC tumor development in the colitis-associated DMH/DSS induced mouse model after giving the early *** also impeded the acute inflammation by decreasing the infiltration of neutrophils significantly during the initial stage of CRC ***,our data showed that CADPE prevented CRC by blocking active sites of three pivotal protein targets including epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)and mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR)in two major cancer development ***:CADPE effectively prevented CRC at early stage of tumor germination in the DMH/DSS mouse model highly likely due to its anti-acute inflammation characteristic and the ability of blocking EGFR,ERK and m TOR activities in two highly related CRC developing pathways.

Knowledge graph technology is widely applied in the domain of general knowledge reasoning with an excellent *** fine-grained professional fields,professional knowledge graphs can provide more accurate information in practical industrial *** on an aviation assembly domain-specific knowledge graph,the article constructs a joint knowledge reasoning model,which combines a named entity recognition model and a subgraph embedding learning *** performing knowledge reasoning tasks,the two models vectorize entities,relationships and entity attributes in the same space,so as to share parameters and optimize learning *** knowledge reasoning model,which provides intelligent question answering services,is able to reduce the assembly error rate and improve the assembly *** system can accurately solve general knowledge reasoning problems in the assembly process in actual industrial scenarios of general assembly and component assembly under interference-free ***,this paper compares the proposed knowledge reasoning model based on knowledge representation learning and the question-answering system based on large-scale pre-trained *** the application scenario of system functional testing in general assembly,the joint model attains an accuracy rate of 95%,outperforming GPT with 78%accuracy and enhanced representation through knowledge integration with 71%accuracy.
