High-performance low-k and low-loss circuit materials are urgently needed in the field of microelectronics due to the upcoming FifthGeneration Mobile Communications Technology(5 G Technology).Herein,a facile design strategy for non-fluorinated intrinsic low-k and low-loss polyimides is reported by fully considering the secondary relaxation behaviors of the polymer chains.A new amorphous non-fluorinated polymer(TmBPPA)with a k value of 2.23 and a loss tangent lower than 3.94×10^-3 at 104 Hz has been designed and synthesized,which to the best of our knowledge is the lowest value amongst the non-fluorinated and non-porous polymers reported in ***,TmBPPA exhibits excellent overall properties,such as excellent thermostability,good mechanical properties,low moisture absorption,and high bonding *** high-performance flexible circuit materials,all these characteristics are highly expected to meet the present and future demands for high density,high speed,and high frequency electronic circuit used in 5 G wireless networks.

Recent breakthroughs in deep learning have ushered in an essential tool for optics and photonics,recurring in various applications of material design,system optimization,and automation *** learning-enabled on-demand metasurface design has been the subject of extensive expansion,as it can alleviate the time-consuming,low-efficiency,and experience-orientated shortcomings in conventional numerical simulations and physics-based ***,collecting samples and training neural networks are fundamentally confined to predefined individual metamaterials and tend to fail for large problem *** by object-oriented C++programming,we propose a knowledge-inherited paradigm for multi-object and shape-unbound metasurface inverse *** inherited neural network carries knowledge from the"parent"metasurface and then is freely assembled to construct the"offspring"metasurface;such a process is as simple as building a container-type *** benchmark the paradigm by the free design of aperiodic and periodic metasurfaces,with accuracies that reach 86.7%.Furthermore,we present an intelligent origami metasurface to facilitate compatible and lightweight satellite communication *** work opens up a new avenue for automatic metasurface design and leverages the assemblability to broaden the adaptability of intelligent metadevices.

Analysis on Dry Matter Production Characteristics of Super Hybrid Rice

Six middle-season indica hybrid rice combinations, including five super hybrid rice combinations with the high yield about 10.5 t/ha and a check hybrid rice combination Shanyou 63 with a yield potential about 9.5 t/ha, were used as materials to study the dry matter production characteristics. The super hybrid rice showed a high ability in dry matter production and accumulation and its yield enhanced with the increase of dry matter accumulation. The advantage period of dry matter production in the super hybrid rice was mainly at the middle and late growth stages compared with the check. The grain yield had no significant correlation with the dry matter accumulation before the elongation stage while had a significantly positive correlation with the dry matter accumulation from the elongation to maturity stages in super hybrid rice. There were more dry matter in vegetative organs at the heading stage in the super hybrid rice but its contribution to yield （apparent conversion percentage） was averagely 4.3 percent points lower than that in the check. For crop growth rate （CGR）, the comparative advantage of super hybrid rice was at the middle and late stages, especially after flowering. Moreover, as the rising of leaf area index （LAI） and leaf area duration （LAD）, CGR enhanced. The total LAD and the mean of lAD per day of super hybrid rice was about 14.79% and 10.31% higher than those of the check, respectively. The results indicate that the high yield of super hybrid rice mostly comes from the products of photosynthesis after heading, which is shown by the increased CGR at middle and later stages. It is suggested that LAD character might be used to better explain the advantage in the dry matter production of super hybrid rice than LAI.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） is rare in most countries, especially in Europe and NorthAmerica （incidence rate below 1/100 000 people per year）. Pumping ventilation(PV),a special single-sided ventilation(SSV),has been certified as an effective strategy to improve the air exchange rate of ***,most studies targeted on the single space,and few studies have been focused on the effect of internal partitioning on *** paper aims to evaluate the ventilation performance of PV influenced by different configurations of internal *** fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation was used to predict the flow fields and ventilation *** width(w/H),height(h/H)and location(d/H)are the three main internal partition parameters considered in this *** simulation results showed that the total,mean and fluctuating ventilation rates all decrease with wider internal *** normalized total ventilation rate decreases by 7.6%when w/H is increased from 50%to 75%.However,the reduction rate is only 0.23%between w/H=0 and 25%,and only 0.61%between w/H=25%and 50%.The ventilation rate is hardly reduced by increasing the partition width when w/H50%.Increasing the partition height will reduce the mean ventilation rate but promote the fluctuating and total ventilation rate in some *** increase of total ventilation rate by 1.4%is observed from h/H=50%to 75%.The ventilation rate is larger when the internal partition is attached to the leeward or windward *** total,mean and fluctuating ventilation rates for d/H=50%are relatively higher than d/H=0 by 1.5%,3.1%and 0.8%,*** the internal partition should be mounted attached to the windward wall so as to obtain the greatest pumping ventilation *** periodicity of pumping flow oscillation and pumping frequency are independent of the partition *** peak power of pumping flow is the lowest for the widest internal partition and is negatively affected by the partition height,but it generally has a positive correlation with the distance between the partition and leeward wa
