Antibiotic is widely present in the effluent from livestock husbandry and the pharmaceutical *** in wastewater usually have high biological toxicity and even promote the occurrence and transmission of antibiotic resistant bacteria and antibiotic resistance ***,most antibiotic-containing wastewater contains high concentration of ammonia *** treatment will lead to high risk to the surrounding environment and even human *** anaerobic ammonium oxidation(anammox)with great economic benefit and good treatment effect is a promising process to remove nitrogen from antibiotic-containing ***,antibiotic inhibition has been observed in anammox ***,a comprehensive overview of the single and combined effects of various antibiotics on the anammox system is conducted in this review with a focus on nitrogen removal performance,sludge properties,microbial community,antibiotic resistance genes and anammox-involved functional ***,the influencing mechanism of antibiotics on anammox consortia is *** problems and future research needs are also proposed based on the presented *** review provides a better understanding of the influences of antibiotics on anammox and offers a direction to remove nitrogen from antibiotic-containing wastewater by the anammox process.

Recent studies have shown that a 9-hour fast in mice reduces the amount of time spent immobile in the forced swimming *** r,whether 9-hour fasting has therapeutic effects in female mice with depressive symptoms has not been ***,in this study,we simulated perimenopausal depression via an ovariectomy in mice,and subjected them to a single 9-hour fasting 7 days *** found that the ovariectomy increased the time spent immobile in the forced swimming test,inhibited expression of the mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 signaling pathway in the hippocampus and prefro ntal cortex,and decreased the density of dendritic spines in the *** 9-hour acute fasting alleviated the above-mentioned ***,all of the antidepressant-like effects of 9-hour fasting were reve rsed by an inhibitor of the mammalian to rget of rapamycin complex *** data showed a remarkable increase in long-term potentiation in the hippocampal CA1 of the ovariectomized mice subjected to fasting compared with the findings in the ovariectomized mice not subjected to *** findings show that the antidepressant-like effects of 9-hour fasting may be related to the activation of the mammalian target of the rapamycin complex 1 signaling pathway and synaptic plasticity in the mammalian ***,fasting may be a potential treatment for depression.

Capillary zone electrophoresis was employed for the analysis of histamine in single rat peritoneal mast cells using an amperometric detector. In this method, individual mast cells and then 0.02 mol/L NaOH as a lysing solution are injected into the front end of the separation capillary. A cell injector was constructed for easy injection of single cells. Histamine in single mast cells has been identified and quantified.

Based on the expression of the index of coil interpenetration （i.e., the degree of coil overlap, ξb） of amorphous polymers in the bulk state proposed by qian, the ξb was rewritten as ξb = ρb [η]θ/1.66 via Hory＇s intrinsic viscosity equation at them conditions. The ξb ofpoly （vinyl chloride）（PVC） dense membranes with different molecular weights and cellulose diacetate （CA） dense membranes prepared using different solvents were determined. The permeability, permeation coefficient （P） of nitrogen and permeation flux （J） of liquid through both membranes, respectively, was measured. P and J decreased exponentially with increasing ξb for PVC and CA membranes were revealed.

TiN films were deposited on stainless steel substrates by arc ion plating. The influence of an axial magnetic field was examined with regard to the microstructure, chemical elemental composition, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the films. The results showed that the magnetic field puts much effect on the preferred orientation, chemical composition, hardness and wear resistance of TiN films. The preferred orientation of the TiN films changed from（111） to（220） and finally to the coexistence of（111） and（220） texture with the increase in the applied magnetic field intensity. The concentration of N atoms in the TiN films increases with the magnetic field intensity, and the concentration of Ti atoms shows an opposite trend. At first, the hardness and elastic modulus of the TiN films increase and reach a maximum value at 5 m T and then decrease with the further increase in the magnetic field intensity. The high hardness was related to the N/Ti atomic ratio and to a well-pronounced preferred orientation of the（111） planes in the crystallites of the film parallel to the substrate surface. The wear resistance of the Ti N films was significantly improved with the application of the magnetic field, and the lowest wear rate was obtained at magnetic field intensity of 5 m T. Moreover, the wear resistance of the films was related to the hardness H and the H3/E＊2 ratio in the manner that a higher H3/E＊2 ratio was conducive to the enhancement of the wear resistance.

The panicle architecture and grain size of rice affect not only grain yield but also grain quality,especially grain *** erect-panicle(EP)trait controlled by the qpe9-1/dep1 allele has been widely used in high-yielding japonica rice breeding,but usually accompanied with moderate appearance of milled *** null gs9 allele shows a good potential for improving grain shape and ***,GS9 and qPE9-1/deP1 loci are tightly linked,and their interaction is unclear,which obviously restricts their utilization in modern rice *** the present study,comparative analyses of protein and mRNA levels revealed that GS9 and qPE9-1 function *** nearisogenic lines(NILs)carrying various allelic combinations of these two loci,NIL(gs9/qpe9-1),NIL(GS9/qPE9-1)and NIL(gs9/qPE9-1),in the EP japonica cultivar 2661(GS9/qpe9-1)background were developed for genetic interaction ***9 and qPE9-1 had additive effects on determining grain size,and the null gs9 allele could decrease grain chalkiness and improve grain appearance without affecting plant and panicle architecture in EP japonica ***,introgression lines(ILs)developed in another released EP japonica cultivar Wuyujing 27(WYJ27)background showed the same additive effect and the feasibility of utilizing the gs9 allele to improve grain appearance quality in high-yielding EP *** study provides an effective strategy for rice breeders to improve rice grain appearance in EP japonica and related cultivars.

This paper presents lab-scale experiment carried out to evaluate the correlation between ammonia nitrogen （NH3-N） and p-toluidine using sequencing batch reactor treating synthetic p-toluidine wastewater. The profiles of NH3-N and p-toluidine were traced under the concentration of sucrose in the influent varied from 0 to 500 mg/L, aerated airflow varied from 0.6 to 1.2 L/min and temperature varied from 10 to 25℃, respectively. The results showed that the concentration of NH3-N turned from increase to decrease when p-toluidine was nearly completely biodegraded, so the profile of NH3-N could clearly indicate the endpoint of p-toluidine biodegradation. And the profile of NH3-N was not influenced by the sucrose in the influent, aerated airflow and temperature. It is showed that using ammonia nitrogen as monitoring and control parameter is feasible and reliable and has promising application in amine wastewater treatment by SBR.

In order to investigate the biological activity of novel bis-pyrazole compounds, a series of N-（3-alkyl-5-（N-methylcarbamyl）- 1H-pyrazol-4-yl）-3-alkyl-4-substituted-lH-pyrazole-5-carboxamides were designed and synthesized with ethyl 3-alkyl-lH-pyr- azole-5-carboxylate 1 as starting materials. N-Methyl-3-alkyl-4-amino-lH-pyrazole-5-carboxamides 6 were obtained from 1 via 5 steps. 3-Alkyl-4-substitued-lH-pyrazole-5-carboxyl chlorides 4a, 4b, lla, llb, llc or 12 were also obtained from 1 via several steps. Target compounds 7a-Tg were obtained after the reaction of 6 with the above 1H-pyrazole-5-carboxyl chlorides. Preliminary bioassay showed some compounds possessing good inactivation effect against TMV （tobacco mosaic virus）. Compound 7a showed higher activity superior to ningnanmycin at a concentration of 5.0 × 10^-4 g/mE and equal activity at 1.0 × 10^-4 g/mE; 7b and 7c showed equal activity to virazole both at concentrations of 5.0 × 10^-4 g/mE and 1.0 × 10^-4 g/mL.
