Objective: The objective of this study was to explore the medication rules and academic ideas of Professor Wang Yu-ying in the treatment of climacteric syndrome(CLS) and to predict new prescriptions. Materials and Methods: The characteristics of frequency, clustering, four properties, and five flavors were analyzed, and new prescriptions were predicted through an artificial intelligence(AI)-based method. The potential pathways of new prescriptions were explored through network pharmacology-based analysis. Results: The top 16 medicinals used by Professor Wang Yu-ying in the treatment of CLS included Danggui, Longgu, Muli, Fuling, Chuanxiong, Gancao, Xiangfu, and Tusizi. The AI method was applied to predict the basic prescription for treating CLS: Danggui 15 g, Duanlonggu 30 g, Duanmuli 30 g, Fuling 28 g, Chuanxiong 10 g, Gancao 6 g, Xiangfu 12 g, Tusizi 14 g, etc., Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses showed that the pathogenesis of CLS might be related to the estrogen pathway, involving typical steroid responses. Conclusions: This study summarized Professor Wang's medication experience in the treatment of CLS based on the data mining of clinical diagnoses and treatment cases. The AI method was used to predict the new prescription of CLS treatment, which was found to be reasonable by network pharmacology studies on its multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms.

The booming development of rare earth industry and the extensive utilization of its products accompanied by urban development have led to the accelerated accumulation of rare earth elements(REEs)as emerging pollutants in atmospheric *** this study,the variation of REEs in PM_(2.5)with urban(a non-mining city)transformation was investigated through five consecutive years of sample *** compositional variability and provenance contribution of REEs in PM_(2.5)were characterized,and the REEs exposure risks of children and adults via inhalation,ingestion and dermal absorption were also *** results showed an increase in the total REEs concentration from 46.46±35.16 mg/kg(2017)to 81.22±38.98 mg/kg(2021)over the five-year period,with Ce and La making the largest *** actual increment of industrial and traffic emission source among the three pollution sources was 1.34 ng/m^(3).Coal combustion source displayed a downward *** was the main exposure pathway for REEs in PM_(2.5)for both children and *** contributed the most to the total intake of REEs in PM_(2.5)among the population,followed by La and *** exposure risks of REEs in PM_(2.5)in the region were relatively low,but the trend of change was of great *** was strongly recommended to strengthen the concern about traffic-related non-exhaust emissions of particulate matter.

P-type Mg_(3)Sb_(2)-based Zintls have attracted considerable interest in the thermoelectric(TE)field due to their environmental friendliness and low ***,compared to their n-type counterparts,they show relatively low TE performance,limiting their application in TE *** this work,we simultaneously introduce Bi alloying at Sb sites and Ag doping at Mg sites into the Mg_(3)Sb_(2)to coopera-tively optimize the electrical and thermal properties for the first time,acquiring the highest ZT value of∼0.85 at 723 K and a high average ZT of 0.39 in the temperature range of 323-723 K in sample Mg_(2.94)Ag_(0.06)Sb_(1.9)Bi_(0.1).The first-principle calculations show that the codoping of Ag and Bi can shift the Fermi level into the valence band and narrow the band gap,resulting in the increased carrier concentration from 3.50×10^(17)cm^(-3)in the reference Mg 3 Sb 0.9 Bi 0.1 to∼7.88×10^(19)cm^(-3)in sample Mg 2.94 Ag 0.06 Sb 0.9 Bi *** a result,a remarkable power factor of∼778.9μW m^(-1)K^(-2)at 723 K is achieved in sample Mg 2.94 Ag 0.06 Sb 0.9 Bi ***,a low lattice thermal conductivity of∼0.48 W m^(-1)K^(-1)at 723 K is also obtained with the help of phonon scattering at the distorted lattice,point defects,and nano-precipitates in sample Mg 2.94 Ag 0.06 Sb 0.9 Bi *** synergistic effect of using the multi-element co-doping/-alloying to optimize electrical properties in Mg_(3)Sb_(2)holds promise for further improving the TE performance of Zintl phase materials or even others.

Background: With the increasing per capita demand for animal protein， there is a growing interest in the abundant abalone protein resources. Abalone proteins are known for their nutritional and functional properties that contribute to flavor and texture. Scope and approach: We systematically constructed the relationship between abalone protein， processing， and proteomics. This paper reviews the nutritional properties of abalone proteins and evaluates the effects of different thermal processing techniques， non-thermal processing， and freezing on abalone proteins. In addition， we synthesize published abalone proteomics studies and the use of proteomics technology to better elucidate the quality changes of abalone and its products， and as a technical basis for the study of blue food marker proteins. It is important direction to clearly explain the protein composition and meat quality mechanism of abalone in the processing and storage by *** findings and conclusions: During various types of thermal processing， non-thermal processing， and freezing of abalone， the various chemical forces between protein molecules are disrupted， which in turn leads to different degrees of denaturation， aggregation， and gelation， which may have an impact on the organoleptic properties， bioavailability， and digestibility of abalone muscle. Proteomics is used in abalone biology studies to understand developmental biology， physiology， disease/stress， and species identification and can also be a powerful tool to characterize processing methods on abalone quality properties.

The balance between metal and acid sites directly affects the preparation of high-performance cracking catalysts with high heat sink and low ***,how to control acid-metal sites balance and its relationship with cracking performance are reported *** this work,a series of Pt/Al2O3-SiO2dual sites catalysts with different metal to acid active sites ratio(CM/CSA) were constructed by ethanolassisted impregnation method and the impact on n-decane cracking under supercritical conditions was systematically and deeply *** results showed that the conversion and carbon deposition increased gradually with varied CM/CSAand reached the balance at CM/CSAof *** proper ratio CM/CSA（0.13） can balance the deep dehydrogenation coking over metal active sites and high heat sink of cracking over acid active sites,the chemical heat sink reaches amazing 1.75 MJ/kg and carbon deposition is only22.03 mg/cm2at 750℃.Meanwhile,the few metal sites at low CM/CSAand the few strong acid sites at high CM/CSAare the main factors limiting the cracking *** CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-H bond and deep dehydrogenation of coking precursor,resulting in relative low cracking activity and carbon deposition,while high CM/CSAlimit the activation of C-C bond and increase the deep *** this contribution,design and construction of metal-acid dual sites can not only provide the technical solution for the preparation of high heat sink and low coking cracking catalyst,but also deepen the understanding of the cracking path of hydrocarbon fuel.

Active organic optical waveguide materials(OOWMs)incorporating room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)hold significant promise for diverse applications in photonic and optoelectronic *** this potential,realizing active RTP optical waveguides with large-sized ordered structures and minimal light loss remains a formidable *** address this issue,we present a groundbreaking thermoplastic active OOWM with low light loss,leveraging room temperature phosphorescent liquid crystalline polymer(LCP).This innovative material can be easily synthesized through the copolymerization of phosphorescent and liquid crystalline *** resulting RTP copolymer exhibits a nematic liquid crystal phase with a phosphorescence lifetime of approximately 0.15 ms and an afterglow duration of around 1 *** the excellent processability of LCP,we successfully produce meter-scale fibers via melt *** RTP LCP fibers,characterized by a high orientation of mesogens along the fiber axis,demonstrate superior light confinement and efficient light conduction compared to unoriented samples,resulting in a low optical loss coefficient of 0.13 dB/***,the thermal responsiveness of the RTP LCP optical waveguide enables its use as a photo *** pioneering work paves the way for the design of new OOWMs tailored for advanced photonics and optoelectronics devices.
