Background:The effects of acupuncture have varied in different randomized controlled trials(RCTs),and there are many factors that influence treatment effect of acupuncture in different outcomes,with conflicting ***:To identify factors and their impact on the treatment effect of acupuncture in different ***:Acupuncture RCTs were searched from 7 databases including Medline(Pub Med),Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,china National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and china Biology Medicine disc between January 1st,2.15 and December 31st,*** studies must compare acupuncture to no acupuncture,sham acupuncture,or waiting lists,and report at least 1patient-important outcome.A multi-level meta-regression was conducted using a 3-level robust mixed model and univariate analyses were performed for all independent variables,even those excluded from the multivariable model due to *** used thresholds of 0.2.and 0.4 for the difference of standardized mean differences(SMDs),categorising them as small(2.,moderate(0.2.0.4),or large(>0.4) ***:The pain construct analysis involved 2.1 effect estimates from 153 studies and 14 independent ***-frequency acupuncture treatment sessions produced larger effects compared to low-frequency sessions [large magnitude,the difference of adjusted SMDs 0.46,95% confidence interval(CI) 0.07 to 0.84;P=0.02..The non-pain symptoms construct analysis comprised 32. effect estimates from 2.1 studies and 15 independent *** acupuncture showed moderately larger effects when compared to non-penetrating acupuncture(0.30,95% CI 0.06 to 0.53;P=0.01).The function construct analysis included 495 effect estimates from 2.4 studies and 14 independent *** acupuncture and the flexible acupuncture regimen showed moderately larger effects,compared to non-penetrating acupuncture and fixed regimen,respectively(0.40,95% CI 0

PtCo nanoalloys(NAs)deposited on carbon black are emerging as robust electrocatalysts for addressing the sluggish kinetic issue of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However,developing a simple and low-cost method to synthesize PtCo/C with excellent performance is still a great *** this work,a one-pot method was used to successfully obtain the PtCo NAs on commercial carbon supports of acetylene black and Ketjenblack ECP600JD,*** with those grown on Ketjenblack ECP600JD,the PtCo NAs grown on acetylene black exhibited higher electrochemical surface area(ECSA)and mass activity(MA),which may be attributed to the different particle sizes of PtCo NAs,distinct hydrophilicity,electroconductivity and charge distribution between the carbon supports and PtCo *** study provides valuable insights into the optimal design of carbon-supported ORR electrocatalysts with exceptional activity and durability.

The rapid development of cyber technology and the increase of flexible resources have transformed the distribution network into a cyber-physical distribution system,while the accompanying multidimensional uncertainties have brought new planning *** this paper,an innovative approach is proposed to effectively leverage distributed resources while considering the impact of cyber-physical coupling in distribution network planning.A cyber-physical integrated planning model of the distribution network is proposed,considering the effects of spatial-temporal flexible resources and multi-network ***,a three-layer optimization model is established and analyzed by the simulate anneal-particle swarm optimization *** upper layer achieves the optimization of the location and configuration of energy storage systems and smart terminal *** middle layer optimizes the data load migration strategy using spatial-temporal flexible resources to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by high penetration of distributed power access,while the lower layer optimizes the cyber side communication topology,improving the convergence speed and control performance of the distribution ***,the optimization model is analyzed iteratively with objective functions including total planning cost,operation excess loss and distributed control ***,the effectiveness and economy of the proposed planning scheme is verified and compared to traditional methods.

The shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)and uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth seriously hinder the practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)*** simultaneously address such issues,monodispersed Nb N quantum dots anchored on nitrogen-doped hollow carbon nanorods(NbN@NHCR)are elaborately developed as efficient Li PSs immobilizer and Li stabilizer for high-performance Li-S full *** functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental characterizations demonstrate that the sulfiphilic and lithiophilic NbN@NHCR hybrid can not only efficiently immobilize the soluble Li PSs and facilitate diffusion-conversion kinetics for alleviating the shuttling effect,but also homogenize the distribution of Li+ions and regulate uniform Li deposition for suppressing Li-dendrite *** a result,the assembled Li-S full batteries(NbN@NHCR-S||Nb N@NHCR-Li)deliver excellent long-term cycling stability with a low decay rate of 0.031%per cycle over 1000 cycles at high rate of 2.*** at a high S loading of 5.8 mg cm^(-2.and a low electrolyte/sulfur ratio of 5.2.L mg^(-1),a large areal capacity of 6.2.mA h cm^(-2.can be achieved in Li-S pouch cell at 0.1 *** study provides a new perspective via designing a dual-functional sulfiphilic and lithiophilic hybrid to address serious issues of the shuttle effect of S cathode and dendrite growth of Li anode.

Slip rate and interseismic coupling along the Moxi-Shimian segment of the Xianshuihe fault, Eastern qinghai-Xizang Plateau

On September 5,2.2.,the Luding M6.8 earthquake occurred in the Moxi-Shimian segment of the Xianshuihe fault,coinciding with the historical ruptured zone of the 1786 Moxi *** seis-mogenic environment provides a foundation for comprehending the mechanism of the earthquake and its future *** the Moxi-Shimian segment,we establish a series of near-field Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNsS)stations to enhance the spatial resolution of observational data for the inversion of the interseismic kinematic *** this study,with an elastic screw dislocation model con-strained by GNsS observations,the slip rate of the Moxi-Shimian segment is estimated to be 10.9±1.0 mm/yr,while the locking depth is 15.7±6.2.***,we utilize a block-dislocation model to invert the interseismic fault coupling along the Kangding-Moxi-Shimian *** result indicates a gradual deepening of the locking depth along the section from Kangding to *** coseismic rupture of the 2.2. event occurred within the high coupling regions in the Kangding-Moxi-Shimian segment,which indicates that the rupture kinematics in this event might be controlled by the interseismic *** seismic moment accumulated within the ruptured zone of the Luding earthquake since 1786 ranges in[1.42.3.40]×10^(19) N-m,which is significantly greater than the seismic moment released during the 2.2. *** a result,we infer that the Luding earthquake released only a portion of the accumulated energy within the original rupture zone since 1786,indicating that the 2.2. event has not caused a complete rupture in the Moxi-Shimian ***,there remains a substantial seismic hazard in this area.
