Environmental economics is accelerating the urgency to develop recycling technologies for the ever-growing quantity of discarded thermoset ***,we developed a mild and energy-saving pro-cess for high-eficiency degradation and reuse of anhydride-cured epoxy thermoset with the aid of hy-drazine *** degradation degree of the epoxy resin reached 99.6%at 120℃ within a short time of *** the reaction,the ester bonds in the cross-linked network were selectively cleaved by the amination of hydrazine hydrate,and the epoxy resin was fully converted to new monomers that con-tained hydrazide and hydroxyl groups,***,the degradation mechanism of the epoxy resin in hydrazine hydrate was studied and a nucleation model was utilized to predict the actual degra-dation behavior of the ***,the degradation products can be directly mixed with epoxy precur-sor to prepare a new waterborne epoxy coating with good comprehensive *** work not only demonstrates a new way to realize the efficient degradation of epoxy resins,but also provides a facile and efficient recycling protocol for thermosets.

The high strength 7xxx series aluminium alloys are usually difficult to be prepared as semi-solid feedstock, because some dispersoid particles (soluble only in liquid) could pin at grain and subgrain boundary to make the alloy difficultly recrystallise. In this work, a novel multistep reheating regime is developed for recrystallisation and partial melting (RAP) route to prepare fine spheroidal microstructure of semi-solid AI-Zn- Mg-Cu alloy. After reheating to 665 ℃, holding for 4 min and subsequent isothermally holding at 620 ℃ with total heating time of 15 min, fine spheroidal microstructures with grain size of-40 μm were prepared without remained unrecrystallised grains and directionality, which are much finer than the conventionally obtained microstructures (-100 μm).

Jincheng orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)is widely grown in Chongqing,China,and is commonly consumed because of its characteristic aroma contributed by the presence of diverse volatile *** changes in aroma during the development and maturation of fruit are indicators for ripening and harvest ***,the influence of growth stages on the volatile compounds in Jincheng orange remains *** addition,volatiles originate from fatty acids,most of which are the precursors of volatile *** this basis,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was performed to elaborate the changes in volatile constituents and fatty acids as *** study tested proximately 60 volatiles and 8 fatty acids at 9 growth and development stages(AF1-AF9).Of those compounds,more than 92.00%of total volatiles and 87.50%of fatty acids were terpenoid and saturated fatty acids,*** shown in the PCA plot,the AF5,AF6,and AF9 stages were confirmed as completely segregated and appeared *** addition,most of the volatiles and fatty acids first increased at the beginning of the development stage,then decreased from the AF6 development stage,and finally increased at the AF9 maturity ***,the highest contents of terpenoid,alcohols,aldehydes,ketones,and saturated fatty acids in Jincheng orange peel oil were d-limonene,linalool,octanal,cyclohexanone,and stearic acid during development stages,*** results found that the growth stages significantly affected the volatile constituents and precursors in Jincheng orange peel oil.
