城市增长边界(Urban Growth Boundary,UGB)划定是协调经济发展与自然关系、实现可持续发展的重要手段,但当前UGB划定方法缺乏考量气候变化情景。该文以山地丘陵型城市绵阳市为例,构建共享社会经济路径(Shared Socioeconomic Pathways,SSPs)核心理念与社会经济发展的空间映射关系,基于优化自适应惯性系数模块的神经网络—元胞自动机(BP-CA)模型和膨胀腐蚀算法,开展2022—2030年绵阳市UGB划定研究。结果显示:(1)SSPs情景下基于BP-CA构建的土地利用模拟模型精度较高,可用于山地丘陵型城市UGB智能划定;(2)不同SSPs情景下研究区UGB均处于扩张态势,但扩张土地类型有所差异,SSP1情景下主要占用耕地,SSP2情景下主要占用林地,SSP5情景下侵占大面积林地和耕地;(3)通过对比中心城区各街道UGB增长比例发现,绵阳市城区未来主要沿安昌江向西北以及沿涪江向东南两个方向发展。研究结果丰富了SSPs在城市空间规划中的实践,可为智能化城市规划和管理提供参考。

Data fitting is an extensively employed modeling tool in geometric design. With the advent of the big data era, the data sets to be fitted are made larger and larger, leading to more and more least-squares fitting systems with singular coefficient matrices. LSPIA (least-squares progressive iterative approximation) is an efficient iterative method for the least-squares fitting. However, the convergence of LSPIA for the singular least-squares fitting systems remains as an open problem. In this paper, the authors showed that LSPIA for the singular least-squares fitting systems is convergent. Moreover, in a special case, LSPIA converges to the Moore-Penrose (M-P) pseudo-inverse solution to the least- squares fitting result of the data set. This property makes LSPIA, an iterative method with clear geometric meanings, robust in geometric modeling applications. In addition, the authors discussed some implementation detail of LSPIA, and presented an example to validate the convergence of LSPIA for the singular least-squares fitting systems.

Galectin-4, a tandem repeat member of the β-galactoside-binding proteins, possesses two carbohydraterecognition domains （CRD） in a single peptide chain. This lectin is mostly expressed in epithelial cells of the intestinal tract and secreted to the extracellular. The two domains have 40% similarity in amino acid sequence, but distinctly binding to various ligands. Just because the two domains bind to different ligands simultaneously, galectin-4 can be a crosslinker and crucial regulator in a large number of biological processes. Recent evidence shows that galectin-4 plays an important role in lipid raft stabilization, protein apical trafficking, cell adhesion, wound healing, intestinal inflammation, tumor progression, etc. This article reviews the physiological and pathological features of galectin-4 and its important role in such processes.

In this paper,we analyze the modification of fast particles on the nonlinear radial displacement of m=1 internal kink mode with a shoulderlike equilibrium current *** the matching method on the solutions of the outer and inner regions,we derive the analytical form of nonlinear radial displacement in the limit of q'=q"=0,which is valid to the cases of weak shear due to a slight flattening of the q(r)profile around q=*** have taken into consideration the effects of the circulating and trapped fast particles on the nonlinear state of the *** is found that a fast particle can modify the nonlinear saturation level by the change of potential energy,depending on the fast particle *** the matching of linear dispersion relation to early nonlinear result,we also obtain the relations of radial displacement to the mode frequency and linear growth rate,and discuss the scaling for different stabilities of the MHD modes.

Improving the thermal decomposition performance of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)by appropriate methods is helpful to promote the combustion performance of CL-20-based solid *** this study,we synthesized a sandwich structure of CL-20 and nanoporous carbon scaffolds film(NCS)and emphatically studied the thermal decomposition performance of the composite *** analysis and differential scanning calorimetry were used to measure the thermal decomposition process of the composite *** kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition were calculated by the thermal dynamic analysis software *** results showed that the thermal decomposition performance of the sandwich structure of CL-20 and NCS was better than *** the tested samples,NCS with a pore size of 15 nm had the best catalytic activity for the thermal decomposition of ***,the thermal decomposition curve of the composite structure at the heating rate of 1 K/min was deconvoluted by mathematical method to study the thermal decomposition *** a possible catalytic mechanism was *** excellent thermal decomposition performance is due to the sandwich structure enhances the interface reaction of CL-20 and *** work may promote the extensive use of CL-20 in the field of solid rocket propellant.

Th1 cells inducing IFNγ response improves immunotherapy efficacy in gastric cancer

Objective: Cancer immunotherapy has made remarkable advances in recent years, but its effectiveness in treating gastric cancer is often limited by the complexity of the tumor microenvironment and the lack of effective biomarkers. This study aimed to identify effective biomarkers for immunotherapy treatment by characterizing the tumor ***: We retrieved the RNA-seq data from gastric cancer patients treated with the programmed death 1(PD-1) blockade pembrolizumab. Differentially expressed genes associated with clinical outcomes were identified and further analyzed using gene ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway analysis. Gene signature scores were calculated by single sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(ssGSEA). The infiltration levels of immune cells were quantified using the xCell website. Cell type enrichment analysis was performed to compare treatment response and non-response groups, and regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between interferon gamma(IFNγ) immune response and immune cell infiltration. Biomarkers were identified using least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO) ***: Compared to normal tissues, cytokine activity and interleukin-6 production were highly activated in gastric tumors. Responders to pembrolizumab showed significantly up-regulated expression of IFNγ responserelated genes. Cell type enrichment analysis revealed that Th1 cells were significantly enriched in the tumor microenvironment of responders. Regression analysis indicated that Th1 cells induced IFNγ response more efficiently than other cell types. Using signatures of Th1 cells, stromal cells and IFNγ response, a set of eight genes were identified that effectively predicted the efficacy of immunotherapy treatment and patient ***: Th1 cells promote therapeutic efficacy of PD-1 blockade by promoting IFNγ immune response in gastric cancer.
