Effect of cyclic hydraulic stimulation on pore structure and methane sorption characteristics of anthracite coal: A case study in the qinshui Basin, China

The cyclic hydraulic stimulation(CHS) has proven as a prospective technology for enhancing the permeability of unconventional formations such as coalbeds. However, the effects of CHS on the microstructure and gas sorption behavior of coal remain unclear. In this study, laboratory tests including the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), low-temperature nitrogen sorption(LTNS), and methane sorption isotherm measurement were conducted to explore changes in the pore structure and methane sorption characteristics caused by CHS on an anthracite coal from qinshui Basin, China. The NMR and LTNS tests show that after CHS treatment, meso- and macro-pores tend to be enlarged, whereas micropores with larger sizes and transition-pores may be converted into smaller-sized micro-pores. After the coal samples treated with 1, 3, 5 and 7 hydraulic stimulation cycles, the total specific surface area(TSSA)decreased from 0.636 to 0.538, 0.516, 0.505, and 0.491 m^(2)/g, respectively. Fractal analysis based on the NMR and LTNS results show that the surface fractal dimensions increase with the increase in the number of hydraulic stimulation cycles, while the volume fractal dimensions exhibit an opposite trend to the surface fractal dimensions, indicating that the pore surface roughness and pore structure connectivity are both increased after CHS treatment. Methane sorption isothermal measurements show that both the Langmuir volume and Langmuir pressure decrease significantly with the increase in the number of hydraulic stimulation cycles. The Langmuir volume and the Langmuir pressure decrease from 33.47 cm^(3)/g and 0.205 MPa to 24.18 cm^(3)/g and 0.176 MPa after the coal samples treated with 7 hydraulic stimulation cycles, respectively. The increments of Langmuir volume and Langmuir pressure are positively correlated with the increment of TSSA and negatively correlated with the increments of surface fractal dimensions.

Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

Association between TaqiB polymorphism of cholesteryl ester transfer protein and coronary artery disease in the Chinese population

Objective: To assess whether the TaqiB polymorphism of cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) is associated with coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese population, we performed a meta-analysis in this paper. Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, the Science Citation Index (SCI), the China Biological Medicine database (CBM), the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and the Wanfang database for relevant articles. Data were extracted, and pooled odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated. Results: The lit- erature search yielded 448 studies, in which 10 case-control studies including 1 694 cases and 1 456 controls matched the selection criteria. The combined B1 and B2 allele frequencies were 0.587 and 0.413, respectively. The pooled OR was 1.10 (95% CI, 0.89-1.34) for comparing the B1B1 or B1B2 carriers with B2B2 carriers, and was 1.27 (95% CI, 1.09-1.49) in the B1B1 carriers versus B2B2 or B1B2 carriers. Conclusions: In the present study, the TaqiB poly- morphism of CETP was found to be associated with CAD in the Chinese population.

A quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay for the enumeration of brown tide algae Aureococcus anophagefferens in coastal waters of qinhuangdao

Aureococcus anophagefferens, a small pelagophyte algae, has caused brown tide blooms in coastal waters of qinhuangdao in recent years, presenting significant negative impacts on the shellfish mariculture industry. Under standard light microscopy, it is visually indistinguishable from other small algae in field samples due to its extremely small size. In this study, quantitative polymerase chain reaction（q PCR） based on 18 S r DNA sequences was developed and used to detect and enumerate A. anophagefferens. A linear regression（R2 = 0.91） was generated based on cycle thresholds value（Ct） versus known concentrations of A. anophagefferens. Twenty-two field samples collected in coastal waters of qinhuangdao were subjected to DNA extraction and then analyzed using q PCR. Results showed that A. anophagefferens had a wide distribution in coastal waters along qinhuangdao. Elevated A. anophagefferens abundance, category 3 brown tide blooms（〉200 000 cells/m L） occurred at Dongshan Beach and Tiger-stone Beach in August in 2013. In shellfish mariculture areas along coastal waters of qinhuangdao, 4 stations had category 3 blooms, and 6 stations had category 2 blooms（35 000–200 000 cells/m L） in August and all stations had category 1 blooms（〉0 to ≤35 000 cells/m L） in October. Quantitative PCR allows for detection of A. anophagefferens cells at low levels in filed samples, which is essential to effective management and prediction of brown tide blooms.

Asymptotic false discovery control of the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure for pairwise comparisons

In a one-way analysis-of-variance(ANOVA) model,the number of pairwise comparisons can become large even with a moderate number of *** by this,we consider a regime with a growing number of groups and prove that,when testing pairwise comparisons,the Benjamini-Hochberg(BH) procedure can asymptotically control false discoveries,despite the fact that the involved t-statistics do not exhibit the wellknown positive dependence structure required for exact false discovery rate(FDR) *** Tukey's perspective that the difference between the means of any two groups cannot be exactly zero,our main result provides control over the directional false discovery rate and directional false discovery proportion.A key technical contribution of our work is demonstrating that the dependence among the t-statistics is sufficiently weak to establish the convergence result typically required for asymptotic FDR *** analysis does not rely on conventional assumptions such as normality,variance homogeneity,or a balanced design,thereby offering a theoretical foundation for applications in more general settings.

Potential pharmaceutical resources of the qinling Mountain in central China:medicinal fungi

The present investigation on fungal diversity shows that there were rich fungal resources of up to 196 species,belonging to 41 families and 90 genera,in the qinling Mountainous Range of central *** dominant families were Polyporaceae,Russulaceae,Tricholomatacea and Lycoperdaceae,which comprised 107 species,54.59%of the total *** dominant genera were Russula,Lactarius,Trametes,Phellinus,Coprinus,Lycoperdon,Suillu,and Calvatia,which consisted of 59 species,30.09%of the total *** to the geographical characteristics,the genera were grouped into:cosmopolitan element(74.98%),pantropical element(3.57%),tropical element(1.02%)and north temperate element(21.43%),with the cosmopolitan element constituting the *** these,the cosmopolitan and North Temperate Zone were characteristic of this *** on relevant literature review,the primary pharmaceutical action of the medicinal fungi in qinling Mountain can be classified as follows:anti-cancer,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation,relief of muscle rigidity and activation of collaterals,hemostasis,immunological regulation,as well as nourishing the stomach and tonification which means enhancing the body system.

Climate response and radial growth of Pinus tabulaeformis at different altitudes in qilian Mountains

In order to test whether the relationship between climate and the radial growth of trees is affected by altitude,altitude variability and time stability of climate-influenced radial growth of a dominant conifer,Chinese pine(Pinus tabulaeformis),in the eastern qilian Mountains were studied against the background of climate change using *** show that 1)droughts at the end of the growing season of last year and during the early and middle growing season of the current year were the main limiting factors for the radial growth of Chinese pine at two altitude gradients;this was determined by analyzing the relationship between tree-ring width chronologies and climate factors.2)The sensitivity of the radial growth of trees to climate change gradually decreased and was affected more by drought stress at a lower altitude.3)An unstable divergence response was observed in the radial growth at the two altitudes,in response to controlling climatic factors;this observation was based on the moving correlation analysis of growth/climate relationships,and the aggravation of drought stress caused by increasing temperature was the main reason.4)The growth rate of Chinese pine at the two altitudes increased at first and then decreased,as measured by basal area increment(BAI)*** temperature rises may have significant effects on mountain forest ecosystems in arid and semi-arid *** management and protection measures should be taken,according to the response patterns of trees to climate change at different altitude gradients.

Sensitivity and areal differentiation of vegetation responses to hydrothermal dynamics on the northern and southern slopes of the qinling Mountains in Shaanxi province

The qinling Mountains,located at the junction of warm temperate and subtropical zones,serve as the boundary between north and south *** the sensitivity of the response of vegetation there to hydrothermal dynamics elucidates the dynamics and mechanisms of the main vegetation types in the context of changes in temperature and *** should be attached to changes in vegetation in different climate *** reveal the sensitivity and areal differentiation of vegetation responses to hydrothermal dynamics,the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of the normalized vegetation index(NDVI)and the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI)on the northern and southern slopes of the qinling Mountains from 2000 to 2018 are explored using the meteorological data of 32 meteorological stations and the MODIS NDVI *** results show that:1)The overall vegetation coverage of the qinling Mountains improved significantly from 2000 to *** NDVI rise rate and area ratio on the southern slope were higher than those on the northern slope,and the vegetation on the southern slope improved more than that on the northern *** qinling Mountains showed an insignificant humidification *** humidification rate and humidification area of the northern slope were greater than those on the southern slope.2)Vegetation on the northern slope of the qinling Mountains was more sensitive to hydrothermal dynamics than that on the southern *** was most sensitive to hydrothermal dynamics from March to June on the northern slope,and from March to May(spring)on the southern *** vegetation on the northern and southern slopes was mainly affected by hydrothermal dynamics on a scale of 3–7 months,responding weakly to hydrothermal dynamics on a scale of 11–12 months.3)Some 90.34%of NDVI and SPEI was positively correlated in the qinling *** humidification in most parts of the study area promoted the growth of vegetation all

数据已成为新的产权要素和产业基础,而具备了一定理性能力的生成式人工智能ChatGPT在大数据喂养、人为数据标识处理和信息再输出三个层次对个人信息权益构成了新的侵权范式。尽管《个人信息保护法》《网络安全法》等法律规范已确立起一系列个人信息保护手段,但在生成式人工智能服务与应用端仍面临着解释和适用上的难题。为此,我国需要在保障个人信息权益的前提下鼓励发展人工智能技术——在总体上要树立起基于风险的个人信息保护原则,并尝试以“风险预知—解构—化解”为基本路径,在微观上优化“知情-同意”规则,以“设计保护”原则强化企业内部自治,并灵活调整侵权责任追究机制。

Grassland reconstruction is a major approach to alleviate the‘black beach’in Sanjiangyuan of the qinghai-Tibetan *** is vital to understand how to manage the planting grassland after *** which artificial grassland management pattern is more likely to restore the degraded grassland of‘black beach?’To provide the scientific basis for the restoration of‘black beach’,we investigated the changes in vegetation characteristics,soil physicochemical properties and soil microbial community structure of planting grassland under different management patterns,and explored the effect of the management patterns on community succession of planting *** this study,vegetation characteristics and soil physicochemical properties were measured by field investigation and laboratory analyses,*** microbial community composition was determined by high-throughput sequencing *** results showed that there were significant differences in vegetation characteristics,soil physicochemical properties and soil microbial community structure of the planting grassland under different management *** and Basidiomycota were mainly controlled by vegetation plant species diversity,aboveground biomass(AGB)and soil organic carbon(SOC).Shannon-Wiener index,AGB and SOC peaked and the relative abundance of amplicon sequence variants annotated by Actinobacteria and Basidiomycota were significantly enriched under the management pattern of the planting once ***,the soil had the highest bacterial diversity and the lowest fungal diversity under the planting once treatment,becoming a‘bacterial’*** vegetation characteristics and soil environment were more conducive to overall positive community succession,indicating that the planting once treatment is the most reasonable management pattern for restoring the‘black beach’.
