Drilling Power consumption and Soil conveying Volume Performances of Lunar Sampling Auger

The sampling auger used in lunar sampling and return mission is to transmit power and convey soil, and its performance is the key factor of the whole mission. However, there is currently a lack of the optimization research on soil conveying volume and power consumption models in auger structure design. To provide the drilled object, the simulation lunar soil, whose physical and mechanical property is the same as the real soil, is made by reducing soil void ratio. The models are formulated to analyze the influence of auger structure parameters on power consumption and soil conveying volume. To obtain the optimized structure parameters of auger, the multi-objective optimization functions of the maximum soil conveying volume and minimum power consumption are developed. To verify the correctness of the models, the performances of different augers drilling simulation soil are tested. The test results demonstrate that the power consumption of optimized auger is the lowest both in theory and test, and the experimental results of soil conveying volume are in agreement with theoretical analysis. consequently, a new method for designing a lunar sampling auger is proposed which includes the models of soil conveying volume and transportation power consumption, the optimization of structure parameters and the comparison tests. This method provides a reference for sampling auger designing of the chinese Lunar Sample Mission.

Gaseous emission （N2O, cH4 and NH3） from composting can be an important source of anthropogenic greenhouse gas and air pollution. A laboratory scale orthogonal experiment was conducted to estimate the effects of c/N ratio, aeration rate and initial moisture content on gaseous emission during the composting of pig faeces from chinese Ganqinfen system. The results showed that about 23.9% to 45.6% of total organic carbon （TOc） was lost in the form of cO2 and 0.8% to 7.5% of TOc emitted as cH4. Most of the nitrogen was lost in the form of NH3, which account for 9.6% to 32.4% of initial nitrogen. N20 was also an important way of nitrogen losses and 1.5% to 7.3% of initial total nitrogen was lost as it. Statistic analysis showed that the aeration rate is the most important factor which could affect the NH3 （p = 0.0189）, cH4 （p = 0.0113） and N20 （p = 0.0493） emissions significantly. Higher aeration rates reduce the cH4 emission but increase the NH3 and N20 losses. c/N ratio could affect the NH3 （p = 0.0442） and cH4 （p = 0.0246） emissions significantly, but not the N20. Lower c/N ratio caused higher NH3 and cH4 emissions. The initial moisture content can not influence the gaseous emission significantly. Most treatments were matured after 37 days, except a trial with high moisture content and a low c/N ratio.

Biodegradation has become a popular alternative remediation technology for its economic and ecological advantages. An aerobic bacterium （strain ZW） capable of degrading α-pinene was isolated from a biofilter by a selective enrichment. Based on the 16S rRNA gene analysis and physiochemical properties, this strain was identified as Pseudomonas veronii. Under the optimized condition achieved by the response surface methodology （RSM）, as well as pH 6.82, temperature 26.3℃ and Nac1 concentration 1.36%, almost 100% α-pinene could be removed within 45 hr. Enzymatic biodegradation by the crude intracellular enzyme could be described well by the Michaelis-Menten model in which the maximum degradation rate Vraax and the half-saturation constant Km were calculated to be 0.431 mmol/（***） and 0.169 mmol/L, respectively. Activity assay of catechol suggested that the strain ZW possessed a catechol- 1,2-dioxygenase and could decompose benzene-ring through ortho ring cleavage. Based on the identified intermediates by Gc/MS, a new metabolic pathway was proposed, in which the final metabolites were some simpler organic and inorganic compounds. The present work demonstrated that the strain ZW would have a great application prospect for the remediation of α-pinene-contaminated environment.

The influence of fluorine on the structure of caO Si（）e-Al2Oa Na2O-caF2 continuous-casting-type slag was measured by Raman spectroscopy, and the degree of polymerization of mould flux and the structural behavior of F- in the melt were investigated by classifying and quantifying the structural species of F ions. The results exhibit that the main structural units of Si O tetrahedra are q1, q1 and q2, and the actual measured number of non bridging oxygen ions in the [SiO4 ]-tetrahedra （denoted by NBO/T） in creases from 2. 73 to 3.44 with increasing the molar ratio of F to （F＋O）（denoted by XF/X（F-O ） from 0.06 to 0. 19. It means that the degree of polymerization o1 meh structure decreases with an increase in XE/X（F＋O）. In addition, most of F- ions were distributed in Si-O tetrahedra and Al-O tetrahedra. With increasing XF/X（F＋O）, the complex structural units Al-Otetrahedra are gradually replaced hy discrete structural units A1F4 because of the breakage of Al-O bonds in Al-Otetrahedra by F ions, and the SiO （bridging oxygen） bonds of SiO tetrahedra are broken to form [SiOnF1-n]-tetrahedra by F ions coordinating with Si4 ＋ .

Porous LiMn2O4 hollow microspheres were facilely prepared by incorporation of Li and Mn elements into a spherical polymeric precursor through copolymerization of lithium and manganese acetates with resorcinol and hexamethylenetetramine and then burning off the organic matrix at appropriate temperatures in air. The LiMn2O4 inherited the spherical morphology of the polymeric precursor but showed hollow porous structure assembled by nanocrystals of about 50–100 nm in size. When tested as cathode of Li-ion batteries, the LiMn2O4 hollow spheres exhibited excellent rate capability and cycle stability.A discharge capacity of above 90 mAh g-1was maintained at 10 c（1c = 120 mAg-1）, and the cells can still deliver a discharge capacity over 100 mAhg-1after another 115 cycles at 0.5 c. With such excellent electrochemical properties, the prepared LiMn2O4 hollow microspheres could be promising cathode of Li-ion batteries for long term and high power applications.

Metal-organic framework MIL-53(Al) was synthesized by a solvothermal method using aluminum nitrate as the aluminium source and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H2BDc) as the organic ligand. The structure of samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The catalytic activity and recyclability of MIL-53(Al) catalyst for the Friedel-crafts acylation reaction of indole with benzoyl chloride were evaluated. The reaction conditions were optimized and a reaction mechanism was suggested. The results showed that the MIL-53(Al) catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity and recyclability for the Friedel-crafts acylation reaction. When the molar ratio of indole and MIL-53(Al) catalyst was 1:0.06(n1:ncatalyst), the molar ratio of indole and benzoyl chloride was 1:3, and the solvent was dichloromethane, the conversion of indole could reach 97.1% and the selectivity of 3-acylindole could reach 81.1% at 25 °c after 8 h. The catalyst can be reused without significant degradation in catalytic activity. After the catalyst was reused five times, the conversion of indole was 87.6% and the selectivity of 3-acylindole was 79.5%.

In this paper,we describe a study of charged particle yield as a function of pT for K^(*)(892)0 and phgr(1020)mesons in proton–proton(pp)and Pb–Pb collisions at√S_(NN)=2.76 TeV in the central rapidity region of|y|c^(−1)in pp collisions and in a pT range of 0c−1 in Pb-Pb *** also investigated a very important ratio,the nuclear modification factor,to study the effects of the medium in the most central region,i.e.0%–5%*** data simulation,we used the EPOS-LHc and EPOS-1.99 *** check the validity of these models'simulations,we compared the data obtained from these Monte carlo simulation programs with ALIcE experimental data for√S_(NN)=2.76 *** was concluded that the models'predictions for the phgr-meson in pp and for the most central Pb-Pb collisions disagreed with the ALIcE data,and that the difference increased with *** may be connected with the essential role of collective parton behaviors which could not have been taken into account by the *** K^(*)0 mesons,both programs gave almost the same predictions,and with pT in the interval pT>3 GeV c^(−1),the predictions were very close to the experimental *** models gave higher predictions for the soft pT interval and lower predictions for the hard *** values of the RAA distributions were lower than unity and both models were very close to the ALIcE *** is very interesting that the models were not able to describe the pT distributions,but they gave good predictions for their *** may possibly be due to parton collective *** observed some additional suppression of K^(*)0 at low values of pT with respect to phgr-mesons,which may be related to the role of the masses of the particles in soft *** rising trend for R_(AA)in the region from pT=10 GeV c^(−1)to 20 GeV c^(−1) observed by the ALIcE experiment was absent for theФ-mesons.

Synthesis and anionic polymerization of the fluorine-substituted phenyl methacrylates are herein reported.A series of mono-,di-,and multi-substituted fluorophenyl methacrylates H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6H4F-4(M1a),H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6H4F-3(M1b),H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6H3F2-2,4(M2),H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6H2F3-2,3,4(M3),H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6HF4-2,3,5,6(M4),and H2c=c(cH3)c(O)Oc6F5(M5)were synthesized and ***,the polymerization was carried out on the monomer M1a by using n Bu Li,t Bu Li,and KH as the respective catalysts;this approach produced the polymers in yields of12%–50%,but with lower molecular *** results were obtained by using t Bu Li for catalytically polymerizing the other five *** introducing a co-catalyst Me Al(BHT)2,the catalysts Na H,Li H,and t Bu OLi each were tested to polymerize M1a,which gave the polymers in very low yields(3%–7%).Polymer yields of 13%–27%were obtained by each of the catalysts Li Al H4,n Bu Li,Ph Li,and t Bu Li in connection with Me Al(BHT)2,but a better yield(61%)was achieved with KH/Me Al(BHT)*** KH/Me Al(BHT)2 catalyst system was further employed to polymerize M1b and M2,which afforded respective polymer yields of 12%–63%and 10%–53%,depending on the molar ratios of KH:Me Al(BHT)2 as well as on the monomer *** of the polymers produced were syndiotactically rich in structure,as indicated by either 1H or 19F NMR *** polymerization mechanism by the combined catalyst system is proposed.
