Neutron-rich P,Cl,and K isotopes,particularly those with neutron numbers of approximately N=28,have attracted extensive experimental and theoretical *** utilize the ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group approach,based on chiral nucleon-nucleon and three-nucleon forces,to investigate the exotic properties of these *** calculations of the low-lying spectra are performed.A key finding is the level inversion between 3/2^(+)_(1)and 1/2^(+)_(1)states in odd-A isotopes,attributed to the inversion ofπ0xod3/2 andπls1/2 single-particle *** ab initio calculations,which incorporate the three-nucleon forces,correlate closely with existing experimental *** calculations of effective proton single-particle energies provide deeper insights into the shell evolution for Z=14 and 16 *** results indicate that the three-body force plays important roles in the shell evolution for Z=14 and 16 sub-shells with neutron numbers ranging from 20 to ***,systematic ab initio calculations are conducted for the low-lying spectra of odd-odd *** results correspond with experimental data and provide new insights for future research into these isotopes up to and beyond the drip line.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(Cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.

In 2019, the newly revised Drug Administration Law of the People′s Republic of China was issued and implemented, clearly proposing that China should establish a pharmacovigilance system. As a new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dosage form created in China, TCM injections have been widely used in clinic, and its pharmacovigilance has attracted much attention. In response to this situation, the project team convened a group of clinical, pharmaceutical and evidence-based medicine experts from all over the country to form an expert group, which formulated the Pharmacovigilance guidelines for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in strict accordance with the requirements of the group standards of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. From the perspective of clinical application and considering the key elements of pharmacovigilance for clinical application of TCM injections, the guidelines put forward suggestions on the decision making of pharmacovigilance for clinical application of TCM injections from four key links, namely the monitoring and reporting, signal recognition, risk assessment and risk control, according to China′s pharmacovigilance regulations and learning from foreign pharmacovigilance guidelines. © 2024 Zhongguo Zhongyi yanjiuyuan. Recently, most semi⁃arid basins in China have experienced vegetation greening under significant water and thermal conditions changes, which has exacerbated the shortage of water resources despite the positive effect of increasing carbon sinks and reducing carbon emissions. The study of vegetation response under variations of water and thermal conditions can help to understand the mechanism of the balance between the hydrological processes and vegetation pattern and is of great significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources and ecological protection. However, few studies have focused on the time⁃periodic and segmented response mechanisms of vegetation dynamics to variations of water and thermal conditions, resulting in unclear mechanisms of trade⁃off between vegetation greening and water resources. This study analyzed the varied trends of water and thermal conditions and discussed the spatio⁃temporal response of vegetation from two points: overall trends and varied processes at the upper and middle Hailar River Basin from 1980 to 2012 by using trends and wavelet period analysis. The results show that: (1) spatially, the average annual precipitation increased and the temperature decreased from west (grassland) to east (forest). Compared with the grassland area, the runoff and the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) in the forest area showed larger, and indicated slower warming and larger precipitation declining. (2) Temporally, the average annual precipitation and the runoff slightly decreased with a trend of 10 mm/ 10 a and 19.3 mm/ 10 a, respectively; the average annual temperature and NDVI in the growing season increased significantly with a trend of 0.65 ℃ / 10 a and 0.003—0.006/ 10 a, respectively. The results suggested that warming and drying inhibited the runoff and increased the vegetation growth, even in the context of precipitation increased and smooth increasing trend of temperature after 1998, showing the accumulative effect of w
