Objective INF2 is a member of the formins *** expression and regulation of INF2 have been associated with the progression of various tumors,but the expression and role of INF2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)remain *** is a highly lethal malignant *** the limitations of traditional treatments,this study explored the expression level,clinical value and potential mechanism of INF2 in HCC in order to seek new therapeutic *** In this study,we used public databases to analyze the expression of INF2 in pan-cancer and HCC,as well as the impact of INF2 expression levels on HCC *** real time polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),Western blot,and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression level of INF2 in liver cancer cells and human HCC *** correlation between INF2 expression and clinical pathological features was analyzed using public databases and clinical data of human HCC ***,the effects of INF2 expression on the biological function and Drp1 phosphorylation of liver cancer cells were elucidated through in vitro and in vivo ***,the predictive value and potential mechanism of INF2 in HCC were further analyzed through database and immunohistochemical *** INF2 is aberrantly high expression in HCC samples and the high expression of INF2 is correlated with overall survival,liver cirrhosis and pathological differentiation of HCC *** expression level of INF2 has certain diagnostic value in predicting the prognosis and pathological differentiation of *** vivo and in vitro HCC models,upregulated expression of INF2 triggers the proliferation and migration of the HCC cell,while knockdown of INF2 could counteract this ***2 in liver cancer cells may affect mitochondrial division by inducing Drp1 phosphorylation and mediate immune escape by up-regulating PD-L1 expression,thus promoting tumor *** INF2 is highly expressed in H

KINETIC STUDy OF SPINEL LiMn_2O_4 SyNTHESIZED By SOLID REACTION WITH SOFT-CHEMICAL METHOD

The differential thermal analysis （DTA） curves were measured at different heating rates in flowing air for studying the synthesis of the spinel LiMn2O3 with Li2CO3 and MnO2, The reaction began at about 503K, and finished at about 873K. The apparent activation energy of Kissinger method was about ***^-1, the reaction orderwas 1.67, the frequency factor was 7.81×10^9, and therefore the dinetic epuation was dδ/dt=A·exp（- E/RT）·（1-δ）^n=7.81×10^9, exp（-122770/RT）·（l-δ）^1.67 . Coats-Redfem integral method was used to analyze the DTA curves of the samples at different heating rates, and the calculated apparent activation energy and frequency factor were 112. 13kJ· mol^-1 and 1.18 × 10^9, respectively, rather close to that of Kissinger method. X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） results shown that the synthesized LiMn2O3 possesses pure phase, regular shape and normal particle distribution.

Plasma enhanced diamond deposition on steel and Si substrates

Diamond growth on Fe-Cr-Al-Si steel and Si substrates was comparatively investigated in microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition （MPCVD） reactor with different deposition parameters. Adherent nanocrystalline diamond films were directly deposited on this steel substrate under a typical deposition condition, whereas microcrystalline diamond films were produced on Si wafer. With increasing CH4 concentration, reaction pressure, or the total gas flow rate, the quality of nanocrystalline diamond films formed on Fe-Cr-Al-Si substrates is gradually deteriorated in terms of density and adhesion. This impaired diamond quality on steels is primarily associated with a combined effect by the substrate composition and the specific process conditions that favor excessive nucleation of diamond.

The compositional design of metallic glasses(MGs)is a long-standing issue in materials science and ***,traditional experimental approaches based on empirical rules are time consuming with a low *** this work,we successfully developed a hybrid machine learning(ML)model to address this fundamental issue based on a database containing~5000 different compositions of metallic glasses(either bulk or ribbon)reported since *** the prior works relying on empirical parameters for featurization of data,we designed modeling guided data descriptors in line with the recent theoretical models on amorphization in chemically complex alloys for the development of the hybrid classification-regression ML *** hybrid ML modeling was validated both numerically and *** importantly,it enabled the discovery of MGs(either bulk or ribbon)through the ML-aided deep search of a multitude of quaternary to scenery alloy *** computational framework herein established is expected to accelerate the design of MG compositions and expand their applications by probing the complex and multi-dimensional compositional space that has never been explored before.

Localization Algorithm of Indoor Wi-Fi Access Points Based on Signal Strength Relative Relationship and Region Division

Precise localization techniques for indoor Wi-Fi access points(APs)have important application in the security ***,due to the interference of environment factors such as multipath propagation and NLOS(Non-Line-of-Sight),the existing methods for localization indoor Wi-Fi access points based on RSS ranging tend to have lower accuracy as the RSS(Received Signal Strength)is difficult to accurately ***,the localization algorithm of indoor Wi-Fi access points based on the signal strength relative relationship and region division is proposed in this *** algorithm hierarchically divide the room where the target Wi-Fi AP is located,on the region division line,a modified signal collection device is used to measure RSS in two directions of each reference *** RSS values are compared and the region where the RSS value has the relative largest signal strength is located as next candidate *** location coordinate of the target Wi-Fi AP is obtained when the localization region of the target Wi-Fi AP is successively approximated until the candidate region is smaller than the accuracy *** are 360 experiments carried out in this paper with 8 types of Wi-Fi APs including fixed APs and portable *** experimental results show that the average localization error of the proposed localization algorithm is 0.30 meters,and the minimum localization error is 0.16 meters,which is significantly higher than the localization accuracy of the existing typical indoor Wi-Fi access point localization methods.

EFFECT OF SILICON ON PRODUCING DUCTILE IRON WITH COMPLEX STRUCTURE OF BAINITE AND MARTENSITE

This paper deals with an important role of silicon in producing ductile iron with quenched complex structure of bainite and martensite. The samples are cast in permanent mold and quenched in solution of sodium silicate. The result of thc experiments shows that the austenizing temperature should rise with increasing silicon content, otherwise much undissolved ferrite is present in the matrix after quenching. However the undissolvec ferrite can be decreased greatly or even eliminated by adding appropriate amount of ooron. On this condition, the amount of bainite gets increasing and the amount of residual austenite decreasing with the silicon cortent increasing. An approach has also been made to the mechanism of the effect of silicon on the transformation of bainite in ductile iron. The T.T.T. curves measured show that the increase of sllicon content causes the curve to shift to the left. This is quite different from the fact in steel.

EFFECT OF Cu-Ni CONTENT ON THE CORROSION RESISTANCE OF(Cu-Ni)/(10NiO-90NiFe_2O_4)CERMET INERT ANODE FOR ALUMINUM ELECTROLySIS

（Cu-Ni）/（10NiO-90NiFe204） cermet inert anodes containing metal Cu-Ni0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 wt pct were prepared and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts was investigated. The results indicate that the content of metal Cu-Ni has little effect on the steady-state concentration of Ni in the electrolyte and the values could not be used to effectively differentiate their corrosion resistance. The steady-state concentration of Fe decreases from 304×10^-6 to 168×10^-6 and that of Cu increases from 21×10^-6 to 71×10^-6 with the content of metal Cu-Ni increasing from 0 to 20 wt pct. Post-examination shows that metallic phase Cu-Ni is corroded preferentially during electrolysis and many pores are left at the anode surface. Considering the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, the cermet containing metal Cu-Ni 5 wt pct should be selected and studied further.

LOW CyCLE FATIGUE AND DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR IN AN 8090 Al-Li ALLOy

Low cycle fatigue (LCF)tests under different total strain amplitudes have been conducted in order to ascertain the effect of precipitate sizes on LCF behavior of 8090 Al-Li alloy. A constant strain rate of 3×10-3s-1 and symmetrical triangular waveform were employed for all tests. It is found that the cyclic stress response of the alloy varied with the precipitate sizes and strain amplitudes. The materials in all conditions cyclically handen at first and the higher the strain amplitude, the greater the amount of hardening. The low cyclic flow stress is the highest in the peakaged condition. TEM and SEM observations demonstrated that cyclic stress-strain behavior and fracture mode of Al-Li alloy are closely related to an increase in the dislocation density and interaction between the precipitates and dislocations, sizes of δ particles and pricipitate free zone (PFZ) at grain boundaries.

EFFECT OF LASER INPUT ENERGy ON AuSn_x INTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS FORMATION IN SOLDER JOINTS WITH DIFFER-ENT THICKNESS OF Au SURFACE FINISH ON PADS

Formation of AuSnx intermetallic compounds （IMCs） in laser reflowed solder joints was investigated. The results showed that few IMCs formed at the solder/0. 1μm Au interface. Needlelike AuSn4 IMCs were observed at the solder/0.5μm Au interface. In Sn-2.0Ag-O,75Cu-3,0Bi and Sn-3.5Ag-O.75Cu solder joints, when the laser input energy was increased, AuSn4 IMCs changed .from a layer to needlelike or dendritic distribution at the solder/0.9μm Au interface. As for the solder joints with 4.0 μm thickness of Au surface finish on pads, AuSn4 , AuSnx, AuSn IMCs, and Au2Sn phases formed at the interface. Moreover, the content of AuSnx IMCs, such as, AuSn4 and AuSn2, which contained high Sn concentration, would become larger as the laser input energy increased. In the Sn-37Pb solder joints with 0.9 μm or 4.0 μm thickness of the Au surface finish on pads, AuSn4 IMCs were in netlike distribution. The interspaces between them were filled with Pb-rich phases.

FATIGUE PROPERTIES OF AUSTEMPERED DUCTILE IRON(ADI)IN WATER ENVIRONMENT

The acicular ferrite in austempered ductile iron (ADI) matrix around graphite wascorroded preferentially in wet condition, promoting crack origination and propagationand resulting in the disappearance of ADI fatigue limit. ADI fatigue strength wasgradually reduced with increasing the time of test and was reduced by 50% in wetcondition at 10~7 cycles compared with the fatigue limit in dry condition. The fatiguestrength variation of ferritic ductile iron in wet condition was similar to that of ADI.The ferritic ductile iron, however, has better corrosion resistance so that the fatiguestrength was lowered only by 10% in wet condition at 10~7 cycles compared with thefatigue limit in dry condition. On the other hand, the fatigue limits of ADI and ferriticductile iron were dropped by 32% and 25% in tap water dipping 480h/dry conditionrespectively compared with those in dry condition. The reduction of fatigue limit wasattributed to corrosion pits formation correlated with stress concentration, resultingin origination and propagation of fatigue crack.
