Objective The occurrence of chickenpox in rapidly developing areas poses substantial seasonal risk to ***,certain factors influencing local chickenpox outbreaks have not been ***,we examined the relationship between spatial clustering,heterogeneity of chickenpox outbreaks,and socioeconomic factors in Southern *** We assessed chickenpox outbreak data from Southern China between 2006 and 2021,comprising both relatively fast-growing parts and slower sub-regions,and provides a representative sample of many developing *** analyzed the spatial clustering attributes associated with chickenpox outbreaks using Moran’s I and local indicators of spatial association and quantified their socioeconomic determinants using Geodetector q *** There were significant spatial heterogeneity in the risk of chickenpox outbreaks,with strong correlations between chickenpox risk and various factors,particularly demographics and living ***,interactive effects among specific are factors,such as population density and per capita residential building area,percentage of households with toilets,percentage of rental housing,exhibited q statistics of 0.28,0.25,and 0.24,*** This study provides valuable insights into the spatial dynamics of chickenpox outbreaks in rapidly developing regions,revealing the socioeconomic factors affecting disease *** implications extend the formulation of effective public health strategies and interventions to prevent and control chickenpox outbreaks in similar global contexts.

Monogamy and polygamy for the generalized W-class states using unified-(q,s)entropy

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)***,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class ***,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)*** establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class ***,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,*** results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.

Effect of yttrium on catalytic performance of y-doped TiO_(2) catalysts for propane dehydrogenation

Defective bulk catalysts based on TiO_(2) have superior catalytic performance for propane dehydrogenation(PDH).The oxygen vacancy concentration and the number of active sites on the catalyst surface can be effectively tuned by doping metal in TiO_(2).Herein,yttrium(y)-doped titanium dioxide(ny/TiO_(x))catalysts were in-situ synthesized via the coprecipitation method to study the effect of rare earth metal y doping on the structure of TiO_(2) and the catalytic performance for *** results demonstrate that ydoped TiO_(2) exhibits higher catalytic activity,propylene selectivity and stability than bare TiO_(2).Full characterizations with X-ray diffraction(XRD),high-resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),infrared spectroscopy of pyridine adsorption(Py-IR),temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH_(3)-TPD),H_(2) temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR),and Raman techniques on these catalysts reveal that y^(3+)can enter TiO_(2) lattice,and the lattice stability of the catalyst can be enhanced by replacing Ti^(4+)to form y-O-Ti ***,the introduction of an appropriate amount of y can obviously promote the PDH reaction by adjusting the acidity of the catalyst,improving the release capacity of TiO_(2) lattice oxygen and increasing the formation of active ***,excessive y doping will lead to pore clogging,and the exposure of active sites will be reduced,resulting in the degradation of catalytic performance.

Shear resistance characteristics and influencing factors of root-soil composite on an alpine metal mine dump slope with different recovery periods

Artificial vegetation restoration is the main measure for vegetation restoration and soil and water conservation in alpine mine dumps on the qinghai-Tibet Plateau,***,there are few reports on the dynamic changes and the influencing factors of the soil reinforcement effect of plant species after artificial vegetation restoration under different recovery *** selected dump areas of the Delni Copper Mine in qinghai Province,China to study the relationship between the shear strength and the peak displacement of the root-soil composite on the slope during the recovery period,and the influence of the root traits and soil physical properties on the shear resistance characteristics of the root-soil composite via in situ direct shear *** results indicate that the shear strength and peak displacement of the rooted soil initially decreased and then increased with the increase of the recovery *** shear strength of the rooted soil and the recovery period exhibited a quadratic function *** is no significant function relationship between the peak displacement and the recovery *** positive correlations(Py,root volume density,and root area ratio,and they show significant linear correlations(P0.05)between the shear strength of the root-soil composite and the root length density,and the root volume ratio of the coarse roots to the fine roots.A significant negative linear correlation(P0.05)with the root traits,other soil physical property indices(the moisture content and dry density of the soil),and slope *** coarse-grain content is the main factor controlling the peak displacement of the rooted soil.

Machine learning for prediction of retained austenite fraction and optimization of processing in quenched and partitioned steels

The metastable retained austenite(RA)plays a significant role in the excellent mechanical performance of quenching and partitioning(q&P)steels,while the volume fraction of RA(V_(RA))is challengeable to directly predict due to the complicated relationships between the chemical composition and process(like quenching temperature(qr)).A Gaussian process regression model in machine learning was developed to predict V_(RA),and the model accuracy was further improved by introducing a metallurgical parameter of martensite fraction(fo)to accurately predict V_(RA) in q&P *** developed machine learning model combined with Bayesian global optimization can serve as another selection strategy for the quenching temperature,and this strategy is very effcient as it found the"optimum"qr with the maximum V_(RA) using only seven consecutive *** benchmark experiment also reveals that the developed machine learning model predicts V_(RA) more accurately than the popular constrained carbon equilibrium thermodynamic model,even better than a thermo-kinetic quenching-partitioning-tempering-local equilibrium model.

Ten ring-B aromatized ergosterols from Aspergillus spectabilis

Spectasterols F−O(1−10),ten interesting ergosterols with an aromatized B ring,were obtained from Aspergillus *** structures and absolute configurations were determined using a combination of high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy,single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)***,these aromatic ergosterols feature versatile side ***,compound aromatic ergosterols featured versatile side chains,and compound 4 is an unusual C23 ergosterol characterized by a shorter side chain due to oxidative cleavage between C-23 and *** compounds were evaluated for their neuroprotective activities,with compound 8 showing a dose-dependent ability to reduce apoptosis and protect mitochondrial function in glutamate-induced SH-Sy5y cells.

Hypomethylation of glycine dehydrogenase promoter in peripheral blood mononuclear cells is a new diagnostic marker of hepatitis B virus-associated hepatocellular carcinoma

Background: Glycine dehydrogenase(GLDC) plays an important role in the initiation and proliferation of several human cancers. In this study, we aimed to detect the methylation status of GLDC promoter and its diagnostic value for hepatitis B virus-associated hepatocellular carcinoma(HBV-HCC). Methods: We enrolled 197 patients, 111 with HBV-HCC, 51 with chronic hepatitis B(CHB), and 35 healthy controls(HCs). The methylation status of GLDC promoter in peripheral mononuclear cells(PBMCs) was identified by methylation specific polymerase chain reaction(MSP). The mRNA expression was examined using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(q PCR). Results: The methylation frequency of the GLDC promoter was significantly lower in HBV-HCC patients(27.0%) compared to that in CHB patients(68.6%) and HCs(74.3%)( P ylated group had lower alanine aminotransferase level( P = 0.035) and lower rates of tumor node metastasis(TNM) Ⅲ/Ⅳ( P = 0.043) and T3/T4( P = 0.026). TNM stage was identified to be an independent factor for GLDC promoter methylation. GLDC mRNA levels in CHB patients and HCs were significantly lower than those in HBV-HCC patients( P = 0.022 and P y). GLDC mRNA levels were significantly higher in HBV-HCC patients with unmethylated GLDC promoters than those with methylated GLDC promoters( P = 0.003). The diagnostic accuracy of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) combined with GLDC promoter methylation for HBV-HCC was improved compared with that of AFP alone(AUC: 0.782 vs. 0.630, P ylation was an independent predictor for overall survival of HBV-HCC patients( P = 0.038). Conclusions: The methylation frequency of GLDC promoter was lower in PBMCs from HBV-HCC patients than that from patients with CHB and HCs. The combination of AFP and GLDC promoter hypomethylation significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of HBV-HCC.

Prox1 Suppresses Proliferation and Drug Resistance of Retinoblastoma Cells via Targeting Notch1

Objective Retinoblastoma(RB)is a prevalent type of eye cancer in *** homeobox 1(Prox1)is a homeobox transcriptional repressor and downstream target of the proneural gene that is relevant in lymphatic,hepatocyte,pancreatic,heart,lens,retinal,and cancer *** goal of this study was to investigate the role of Prox1 in RB cell proliferation and drug resistance,as well as to explore the underlying Notch1 *** Human RB cell lines(SO-RB50 and y79)and a primary human retinal microvascular endothelial cell line(ACBRI-181)were used in this *** expression of Prox1 and Notch1 mRNA and protein in RB cells was detected using quantitative real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and Western *** proliferation was assessed after Prox1 overexpression using the Cell Counting Kit-8 and the MTS ***-resistant cell lines(SO-RB50/vincristine)were generated and treated with Prox1 to investigate the role of Prox1 in drug *** employed pcDNA-Notch1 to overexpress Notch1 to confirm the role of Notch1 in the protective function of ***,a xenograft model was constructed to assess the effect of Prox1 on RB in *** Prox1 was significantly downregulated in RB *** of Prox1 effectively decreased RB cell growth while increasing the sensitivity of drug-resistant cells to ***1 was involved in Prox1’s regulatory ***1 was identified as a target gene of Prox1,which was found to be upregulated in RB cells and repressed by increased Prox1 *** pcDNA-Notch1 was transfected,the effect of Prox1 overexpression on RB was ***,by downregulating Notch1,Prox1 overexpression slowed tumor development and increased vincristine sensitivity in *** These data show that Prox1 decreased RB cell proliferation and drug resistance by targeting Notch1,implying that Prox1 could be a potential therapeutic target for RB.

青藏高原在新近纪的显著隆升对东亚乃至全球的气候环境产生了巨大的影响,因此,建立青藏高原新近纪地层框架对地球科学各领域的研究都有重要的意义.国际新近纪年代地层系统以海相为标准,分为中新统的6个阶和上新统的2个阶.新生代以来,陆相地层在陆地上所占的比例迅速增加,到新近纪时已远远超过海相地层,在青藏高原及其周边地区几乎全部为陆相地层.中国的中新统包括5个阶,上新统包括2个阶,除中中新统的通古尔阶以15Ma为底界外,其余各阶都与对应的国际海相阶具有相同的古地磁定义和时限.哺乳动物化石在新生代陆相地层的划分对比中占有非常重要的地位,在新近系尤其倚重于啮齿类、食肉类、长鼻类、奇蹄类和偶蹄类化石.青藏高原有不少地层出露好且富含哺乳动物化石的盆地,新近系谢家阶和灞河阶的底界层型剖面分别位于西宁盆地和临夏盆地,并有精细的古地磁定年与哺乳动物化石相互配合,其余各阶的底界在青藏高原也可以有效确定.东亚地区许多哺乳动物首现属出现在青藏高原及其周边地区,在东北缘的临夏盆地和西南缘的西瓦立克地区尤为典型,其中,西瓦立克的原恐象Prodeinotherium首现于中新统底界,旧大陆最早的三趾马Hipparion首现于临夏盆地的灞河阶底界.对青藏高原及其周缘地区新生代沉积物及其所含的哺乳动物化石进行的牙釉质和古土壤碳氧同位素分析重建了气候环境背景及植被发育特征,发现其既与全球变化相关,又有地区性的特点.根据碳同位素变化得到的晚中新世C4植物扩张事件证据来自于青藏高原南缘,但形成鲜明对比的是,多个食草哺乳动物类群和古土壤碳酸盐及有机质的δ13C指示在青藏高原北缘直到新近纪末期仍然缺少明确或显著的C4植物信号.δ^(18)O分析显示在新生代存在几次重大的气候变化事件,尤其是晚中新世末期约7Ma的δ^(18)O正漂指示了青藏高原南北两侧向更干旱环境的转变.青藏高原在晚中新世的强烈隆升强化了海陆热力对比,由此加强了季风环流并导致C4植被在南亚扩张,但能够为中国北方带来大气降水和C4植物适宜气候的东亚夏季风还不足以影响到青藏高原北部地区.青藏高原在中新世整体上已上升至海拔3000m左右,成为阻碍大型哺乳动物交流的屏障;至上新世达到4000m以上的现代海拔高度,由此形成冰冻圈环境,导致冰期动物群祖先类型出现.
