General anesthesia is widely applied in clinical ***,the precise mechanism of loss of consciousness induced by general anesthetics remains ***,we measured the dynamics of five neurotransmitters,includingγ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,acetylcholine,and dopamine,in the medial prefrontal cortex and primary visual cortex of C57BL/6 mice through in vivo fiber photometry and genetically encoded neurotransmitter sensors under anesthesia to reveal the mechanism of general anesthesia from a neurotransmitter *** revealed that the concentrations of γ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,and acetylcholine increased in the cortex during propofol-induced loss of *** levels did not change following the hypnotic dose of propofol but increased significantly following surgical doses of propofol ***,the concentrations of the five neurotransmitters generally decreased during sevoflurane-induced loss of ***,the neurotransmitter dynamic networks were not synchronized in the non-anesthesia groups but were highly synchronized in the anesthetic *** findings suggest that neurotransmitter dynamic network synchronization may cause anesthetic-induced loss of consciousness.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)play increasing important role in modern *** this paper,considering the incomplete observation information of individual UAV in complex combat environment,we put forward an UAV swarm non-cooperative game model based on Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning(MADRL),where the state space and action space are constructed to adapt the real features of UAV swarm air-to-air *** multi-agent particle environment is employed to generate an UAV combat scene with continuous observation *** recently popular MADRL methods are compared extensively in the UAV swarm noncooperative game model,the results indicate that the performance of Multi-Agent Soft Actor-Critic(MASAC)is better than that of other MADRL methods by a large *** swarm employing MASAC can learn more effective policies,and obtain much higher hit rate and win *** under different swarm sizes and UAV physical parameters are also performed,which implies that MASAC owns a well generalization ***,the practicability and convergence of MASAC are addressed by investigating the loss value of q-value networks with respect to individual UAV,the results demonstrate that MASAC is of good practicability and the Nash equilibrium of the UAV swarm non-cooperative game under incomplete information can be reached.

In current International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor （ITER） design, the 316LN austenitic stainless steel （316LN SS） is used for first-wall/blanket structures. Thus, it is necessary to study the fundamental mechanical properties and irradiation effect of 316LN SS. A random solid solution model of Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn- Mo-Si alloy is used for describing 310LN S$. Using first-principles approaches, the elastic constants and ideal strength of the alloy were calculated. Such alloy exhibits good ductile behavior according to the theoretical values of Cauchy pressure and ratio of bulk modulus and shear modulus. Within the 256-atom supercell, inclusion of single vacancy defect further enhances the ductility of the alloy, and the existence of interstitial （Fe, H, He） atoms enhances the Young＇s modulus.

The terahertz(THz) absorption spectrum is a powerful method to identify substances. The improvement focuses on sensitivity and recovery ability. Here, we demonstrate enhanced THz vibrational absorption spectroscopy based on an on-chip THz whispering gallery mode resonator(THz-WGMR). A THz-WGMR with high q can store energy and enhance the interaction between the THz waves and the target substances to capture the unique absorption fingerprint information. Therefore, it possesses significant sensitivity to identify trace amounts of substances. As a proof of concept, lactose powder and glucose powder are applied to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in recovering fingerprint absorption spectroscopy. Compared with a straight waveguide, the high sensitivity of the THz-WGMR is illustrated. The change of the transmissivity caused by the lactose reaches 7.8 d B around 532 GHz for the THz-WGMR, while only 1.4 d B for the straight waveguide, demonstrating the state-ofthe-art sensing performance in fingerprint absorption recovery. We believe the proposed integrated THz-WGMR will promote the THz identification of tiny fingerprint substances.

The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

Two full 3D steady mathematical models are developed by finite element method （FEM） to calcalate coupled physics fields. the electro-magnetic model is built and solved first and so is the fluid motion model with the acquired electromagnetic force as source body forces in Navier-Stokes equations. Effects caused by the ferromagnetic shell, busbar system around, and open boundary problem as well as inside induced current were considered in terms of the magnetic field. Furthermore, a new modeling method is found to set up solid models and then mesh them entirely with so-called structuralized grids, namely hex-mesh. Examples of 75kA prebaked cell with two kinds of busbar arrangements are presented. Results agree with those disclosed in the literature and confirm that the coupled simulation is valid. It is also concluded that the usage of these models facilitates the consistent analysis of the electric field to magnetic field and then flow motion to the greater extent, local distributions of current density and magnetic flux density are very much dependent on the cell structure, the steel shell is a shield to reduce the magnetic field and flow pattern is two dimensional in the main body of the metal pad.

Role of extrusion rate on the microstructure and tensile properties evolution of ultrahigh-strength low-alloy Mg-1.0Al-1.0Ca-0.4Mn(wt.%)alloy

Mg-1.0Al-1.0Ca-0.4Mn(AxM1104, wt.%) low alloy was extruded at 200 ℃ with an extrusion ratio of 25 and different ram speeds from 1.0 to 7.0 mm/s. The influence of extrusion rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of the AxM1104 alloy was systematically studied. With the increasing of extrusion rate, the mean dynamically recrystallized(DRxed) grain size of the low alloy and average particles diameter of precipitate second phases were increased, while the degree of grain boundary segregation and the intensity of the basal fiber texture were decreased. With the rising of extrusion rate from 1.0 to 7.0 mm/s, the tensile yield strength(TYS) of the as-extruded AxM1104 alloy was decreased from 445 MPa to 249 MPa, while the elongation to failure(EL) was increased from 5.0% to 17.6%. The TYS, ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and EL of the AxM1104 alloy extruded at the ram speed of 1.5 mm/s was 412 MPa, 419 MPa and 12.0%, respectively,exhibiting comprehensive tensile mechanical properties with ultra-high strength and excellent plasticity. The ultra-high TYS of 412 MPa was mainly due to the strengthening from ultra-fine DRxed grains with segregation of solute atoms at grain boundaries. The strain hardening rate is increase slightly with increasing extrusion speed, which may be ascribed to the increasing mean DRxed grain size with rising extrusion speed. The higher strain hardening rate contributes to the higher EL of these AxM1104 samples extruded at higher ram speed.
