Spatio-temporal Evolution and Driving Force Analysis of Carbon Storage in Anhui Province Coupled with PLUS-InVEST-GeoDetector Model

To explore the impact of land use change on carbon storage and the driving factors of spatial differentiation of carbon storage in Anhui Province under the strategic goal of "dual carbon"and to predict the land use pattern of Anhui Province in 2035 under different scenarios is theoretically and practically important. The coupling PLUS-InVEST model was used to analyze the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of land use pattern and carbon storage in Anhui Province under the scenarios of natural development,ecological protection,cultivated land protection,and ecological cultivated land protection in 2035,and the driving force of spatial differentiation of carbon storage was analyzed by using geographic detectors. The results showed that:① From 1990 to 2020,the land use pattern of Anhui Province showed a trend of continuous decrease in cultivated land and forest land area and significant expansion of urban area. ② From 1990 to 2020,the carbon storage in Anhui Province decreased by 1.39×107t,showing a continuous decreasing trend,and the conversion of cultivated land to urban was the major reason for the decrease in carbon storage,accounting for 65.96% of the total carbon storage loss. ③ The explanatory power of elevation on carbon storage was the strongest under single factor detection(q value of 0.185),and the explanatory power of natural environmental factors on carbon storage spatial differentiation was dominant. ④ In 2035,the carbon storage under different scenarios will be decreasing,and the reduction of inhibited carbon storage under the cultivated land ecological dual protection scenario will be the most significant. © 2025 Science Press. Objective To investigate the associations between eight serum per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)and regional fat depots,we analyzed the data from the national Health and nutrition Examination Survey(nHAnES)2011-2018 *** Multiple linear regression models were developed to explore the associations between serum PFAS concentrations and six fat compositions along with a fat distribution score created by summing the concentrations of the six fat *** associations between structurally grouped PFASs and fat distribution were assessed,and a prediction model was developed to estimate the ability of PFAS exposure to predict obesity *** Among females aged 39-59 years,trunk fat mass was positively associated with perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS).Higher concentrations of PFOS,perfluorohexane sulfonate(PFHxS),perfluorodecanoate(PFDeA),perfluorononanoate(PFnA),and n-perfluorooctanoate(n-PFOA)were linked to greater visceral adipose tissue in this *** men,exposure to total perfluoroalkane sulfonates(PFSAs)and long-chain PFSAs was associated with reductions in abdominal fat,while higher abdominal fat in women aged 39-59 years was associated with short-chain *** prediction model demonstrated high accuracy,with an area under the curve(AUC)of 0.9925 for predicting obesity *** PFAS exposure is associated with regional fat distribution,with varying effects based on age,sex,and PFAS *** findings highlight the potential role of PFAS exposure in influencing fat depots and obesity risk,with significant implications for public *** prediction model provides a highly accurate tool for assessing obesity risk related to PFAS exposure.

Catalyst–support interaction plays a crucial role in improving the catalytic activity of oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Here we modulate the catalyst–support interaction in polyaniline-supported ni_(3)Fe oxide(ni_(3)Fe oxide/PAnI)with a robust hetero-interface,which significantly improves oxygen evolution activities with an overpotential of 270 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and specific activity of 2.08 mA cm_(ECSA)^(-2)at overpotential of 300 mV,3.84-fold that of ni_(3)Fe *** is revealed that the catalyst–support interaction between ni_(3)Fe oxide and PAnI support enhances the ni–O covalency via the interfacial ni–n bond,thus promoting the charge and mass transfer on ni_(3)Fe *** the excellent activity and stability,rechargeable Zn-air batteries with optimum ni_(3)Fe oxide/PAnI are assembled,delivering a low charge voltage of 1.95 V to cycle for 400 h at 10 mA cm^(-2).The regulation of the effect of catalyst–support interaction on catalytic activity provides new possibilities for the future design of highly efficient OER catalysts.

Implementation of novelγ/γ'Co-based superalloys with higher strength and improved creep durability is a challenging task for *** lack of atomic-level understanding of plastic deformation behavior has seriously limited the exploration of the full capacity of Co-based *** put forward a comprehensive study of generalized stacking fault energies by first principles to explore the effect of ni and Al/W on the plastic deformation mechanism ofγ'precipitates in Co-based *** is found that alloying ni and adjusting Al/W obviously change the dislocation glide and twinning nucleation in theγ'precipitates by altering the stable fault energies and the unstable fault energy *** addition of either ni or W deteriorates the strength even the stability of *** ratio of effective planar fault energy(ΔEp)bridges intrinsic energy barriers and various deformation mechanisms of superalloys at elevated *** for alloying effects,the grain orientation also significantly governs the operation of the plastic deformation of *** theoretical results agree with the available measurements and well capture the observed phenomena in experiments.

Soy protein-based composite film is a potential replacement for petroleum-based film with multipurpose applica-tions and cleaner *** is difficult to improve both the tensile strength and toughness of a protein-based film without sacrificing its *** this study,inspired by the hierarchical structure of nacre,a facile yet delicate strategy was developed to fabricate a novel bio-based film with excellent toughness and high ***(TGA)crosslinked soy protein(SPI)as hard phase and thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)as soft phase comprise an alternative lay-up hierarchical *** interface of these two phases is enhanced using triglycidylamine(TGA)surface-modified TPU(MTPU).The tensile strength of SPI/MTPU/TGA films increases by 392%to 7.78 MPa and their toughness increases by 391%to 8.50 MJ/m^(3) compared to soy protein/glycerol *** proposed hierarchical structure can also be extended to other high-performance materials and polymers.

Identification of differentially expressed genes response to TCDD in rat brain after long-term low-dose exposure

Several cohort studies have reported that dioxin and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls might impair the nervous system and lead to neurological or neurodegenerative diseases in the elder people, but there is limited research on the involved mechanism. By using microarray analysis, we figured out the differentially expressed genes between brain samples from SD rats after low-dose（0.1 μg/（kg？bw）） dioxin exposure for six months and controls. To investigate the function changes in the course of dioxin exposure, Gene Ontology（GO） annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG） pathway analysis were performed on the differentially expressed genes. And the changes of several picked genes have been verified by real-time PCR. A total of 145 up-regulated and 64 down-regulated genes were identified. The metabolic processes, interleukin-1 secretion and production were significantly associated with the differentially expressed genes. And the genes regulated by dioxin also clustered to cholinergic synapse and long-term potentiation. Candidate biomarker genes such as egr1, gad2, gabrb3, abca1, ccr5 and pycard may be toxicological targets for dioxin. Furthermore, synaptic plasticity and neuro-immune system may be two principal affected areas by dioxin.

随着家政行业的发展,育婴家政工的角色从传统意义上的简单家务替代者转变为科学育儿理念指导下日益专业化、职业化的情感劳动者。田野调查发现,育婴家政工的情感劳动角色可按照情感投入程度与专业程度划分为“高专业高情感”“高专业低情感”“低专业高情感”“低专业低情感”4种类型。不同的情感劳动角色类型中,育婴家政工的职业认同、劳动自主性、工作稳定性以及客户评价存在显著差异。“高专业高情感”的育婴家政工既能提供高质量的育婴家政服务,同时又能免于情感异化。育婴家政工差异化情感劳动的形塑机制取决于家政行业的发展状况与社会认可程度、家政工自身职业定位、就业取向以及主雇关系状况。雇主与家政工之间达成信任,将有助于家政工发挥劳动自主性,使其获得正面的情感劳动体验,进而促进双方构建稳定的雇佣关系。未来应当加强对家政工群体的心理疏导与社会关怀,承认其劳动价值,进一步引导家政行业朝着规范化、专业化、职业化方向发展。

An HREM STUDY OF A LATERAL MICROCRACK BEnEATHInDEnTATIOn OF [001] SILICOn

A cross-sectional sample of indentation in [001] silicon was made and a lateral microcrack beneath the indentation was observed by high resolution electron microscope (HREM). The HREM images around the microcrack tip show an alternate distribution of the amorphous and lattice structure. The crack does not propagate by the successive debonding between certain atomic planes, meaning that before a crack completely opens, there may be a stage of amorphization, resulting from severe distortion of lattice.

Influence of the lithium content on the negative difference effect of Mg-Li alloys

The so-called 'negative difference effect'(nDE) was often defined by the increasing rate of hydrogen evolution from magnesium(Mg) surface under anodic *** this work,a series of electrochemical tests and microstructure observations were performed to provide an evidence that the nDE of Mg-Li alloys can be retarded by increasing lithium ***,galvanostatic and potentiodynamic polarization experiments using Mg-xLi(x=4,7.5 and 14 wt%) alloys electrodes indicated that Mg-4 Li alloy maintained the enhancing nDE prior to anodic dissolution as that of conventional Mg ***,the emergence of β-Li phase weakened the nDE of duplex Mg-7.5 Li alloy at a low anodic current density,but it was still enhanced apparently after a high applied anodic value(more than 2 mA/cm^2).The surface observations,including the plane and cross-sectional morphologies,confirmed that the cracked surface film derived from the anodic dissolution resulted in the catalytic activity of nDE for Mg-4 Li and Mg-7.5 Li ***,the nDE of Mg-14 Li alloy was suppressed obviously after a prior applied anodic polarization,which was attributed to the persistent and integrated surface film which endured a higher level of applied anodic potential and current.

The design and testing of amperometric glucose biosensor was described, in which electrical communication between the flavin redox centers of glucose oxidase and a conventional carbon paste electrode has been achieved by using electron-transfer mediator based on tetrabutylammonium-tetra-cyanoquinodimethane(TBA+-TCnq-). Characteristics of the biosensor has been shown by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results show that TBA+-TCnq- can act as an efficient electron transfet mediator between GODox/GODred centers and a carbon paste electrode.
