Viscoacoustic generalized screen propagator in constant-q model

The present study investigated the spatial-temporal characteristics of chlorophyll a （chl-a） concentration in Sanya Bay by shipboard survey data at 12 stations from 2006 to 2008,and discussed the relationship between chl-a distribution and influential factors using MODIS sea surface temperature （SST）,sea surface wind （SSW） and rainwater runoff data. Results showed that the chl-a concentration in Sanya Bay ranged from 0.30 to 13.58 mg·m-3,the average concentration and standard deviation （SD） were 1.49 mg·m-3 and 1.74 mg·m-3 respectively. The chl-a showed a decreased tendency from estuary to offshore,and a decreased trends with the depth increased in the estuary of Sanya River,whereas indicated increased trends in the area offshore. In the river mouth,the relative higher value appeared in autumn. But in the zone offshore,the relative lower value appeared in spring. Summer had a obvious stratification vertically. This changes were associated with environmental factors changes in this area,such as the seasonal monsoon and nutrients from rainfall runoff.

When seismic waves propagate through the geological formation, there is a significant loss of energy and a decrease in imaging resolution, because of the viscoacoustic properties of subsurface medium. This profoundly impacts seismic wavefield propagation, imaging and interpretation. To accurately image the true structure of subsurface medium, the consensus among geophysicists is to no longer treat subsurface medium as ideal homogeneous medium, but rather to incorporate the viscoacoustic properties of subsurface medium. Based on the generalized screen propagator using conventional acoustic wave equation(acoustic gSP), our developed method introduces viscoacoustic compensation strategy, and derives a one-way wave generalized screen propagator based on time-fractional viscoacoustic wave equation(viscoacoustic gSP). In numerical experiments, we conducted tests on two-dimensional multi-layer model and the Marmousi model. When comparing with the acoustic gSP using the acoustic data, we found that the imaging results of the viscoacoustic gSP using the viscoacoustic data showed a significant attenuation compensation effect, and achieved imaging results for both algorithms were essentially consistent. However, the imaging results of acoustic gSP using viscoacoustic data showed significant attenuation effects, especially for deep subsurface imaging. This indicates that we have proposed an effective method to compensate the attenuated seismic wavefield. Our application on a set of real seismic data demonstrated that the imaging performance of our proposed method in local areas surpassed that of the conventional acoustic gSP. This suggests that our proposed method holds practical value and can more accurately image real subsurface structures while enhancing imaging resolution compared with the conventional acoustic gSP. With the continuous exploration of uncharted and extreme environments,enhanced temperature robustness of passive devices has become particularly *** this study,a ceramic-based meta-material absorber with exceptional temperature stability is developed using a fusion design approach that combines rare metal-based tungsten bronze structural ceramics and ***,the absorbance of the meta-material array based on Mie resonance exceeds 49.0%in both waveguides and free space,approaching the theoretical *** to impedance analysis,the absorption performance can be distinctly correlated with the dielectric loss （q_f）.Notably,the high-temperature robustness is verified to still be effective at 400℃.These advancements in our design allow for the use of monolithic materials in fabricating temperature-stable perfect absorbers,providing greater freedom in the dielectric performance and expanding their potential applications,including in space exploration and 5g millimeter-wave scenarios.

The Orthopoxvirus genus,especially variola virus(VARV),monkeypox virus(MPXV),remains a significant public health threat *** development of therapeutic antibodies against orthopoxviruses is largely hampered by the high cost of antibody engineering and manufacturing ***-encoded antibodies have emerged as a powerful and universal platform for rapid antibody ***,by using the established lipid nanoparticle(LNP)-encapsulated mRNA platform,we constructed four mRNA combinations that encode monoclonal antibodies with broad neutralization activities against *** vivo characterization demonstrated that a single intravenous injection of each LNP-encapsulated mRNA antibody in mice resulted in the rapid production of neutralizing *** importantly,mRNA antibody treatments showed significant protection from weight loss and mortality in the vaccinia virus(VACV)lethal challenge mouse model,and a unique mRNA antibody cocktail,Mix2a,exhibited superior in vivo protection by targeting both intracellular mature virus(IMV)-form and extracellular enveloped virus(EEV)-form *** summary,our results demonstrate the proof-of-concept production of orthopoxvirus antibodies via the LNP-mRNA platform,highlighting the great potential of tailored mRNA antibody combinations as a universal strategy to combat orthopoxvirus as well as otheremerging viruses.

Food allergy is a growing health issue worldwide and the demand for sensitive,robust and high-throughput analytical methods is *** recent years,mass spectrometry-based methods have been established for multiple food allergen *** the present study,a novel method was developed for the simultaneous detection of almond,cashew,peanut,and walnut allergens in bakery foods using liquid chromatography–mass *** unique to these four ingredients were extracted,followed by trypsin digestion,quadrupole time-of-flight(q-TOF)mass spectrometry and bioinformatics *** raw data were processed by de-novo sequencing module plus PEAKS DB(database search)module of the PEAKS software to screen peptides specific to each nut *** thermal stability and uniqueness of these candidate peptides were further verified using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(qqq-MS)in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)*** nut species was represented by four peptides,all of which were validated for label-free quantification(LFq).Calibration curves were constructed with good linearity and correlation coefficient(r 2)greater than *** limits of detection(LODs)were determined to range from 0.11 to 0.31 mg/kg,and were compared with the reference doses proposed by Voluntary Incidental Trace Allergen Labelling(VITAL).The recoveries of the developed method in incurred bakery food matrices ranged from 72.5%to 92.1%with relative standard deviations(RSD)ofgens in commercial bakery food samples confirmed the presence of these *** conclusion,this method provides insight into the qualitative and quantitative detection of trace levels of nut allergens in bakery foods.
