Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), mainly caused by enterovirus 71 (EV71), has freq.ently occurred in the Asia-Pacific reg.on, posing.a sig.ificant threat to the health of infants and young.children. Therefore, research on the infection mechanism and pathog.nicity of enteroviruses is increasing.y becoming.important. The 3D polymerase, as the most critical RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) for EV71 replication, is w.dely targ.ted to inhibit EV71 infection. In this study, w. identified a novel host protein, AIMP2, capable of binding.to 3D polymerase and inhibiting.EV71 infection. Subseq.ent investig.tions revealed that AIMP2 recruits the E3 lig.se SMURF2, w.ich mediates the polyubiq.itination and deg.adation of 3D polymerase. Furthermore, the antiviral effect of AIMP2 ex.ended to the CVA16 and CVB1 serotypes. Our research has uncovered the dynamic reg.latory function of AIMP2 during.EV71 infection, revealing.a novel antiviral mechanism and providing.new.insig.ts for the development of antienteroviral therapeutic strateg.es. © 2024 The Authors

In this paper, a novel sig.al processing.method combining.mathematical morpholog. (MM) and w.lsh theory is proposed, w.ich uses w.lsh functions to control the structuring.element (SE) and MM operators. Based on the w.lsh-MM method, a scheme for pow.r q.ality disturbances detection and classification is developed, w.ich involves three steps: denoising. feature ex.raction and morpholog.cal clustering. First, various evolution rules of w.lsh function are used to g.nerate g.oups of SEs for the multiscale w.lsh-ordered morpholog.cal operation, so the orig.nal sig.al can be denoised. Nex., the fundamental w.ve of the denoised sig.al is suppressed by Hadamard matrix.thus, disturbances can be ex.racted. Finally, the w.lsh pow.r spectrum of the w.veform ex.racted in the previous step is calculated, and the parameters of w.ich are taken by morpholog.cal clustering.to classify the disturbances. Simulation results reveal the proposed scheme can effectively detect and classify disturbances, and the w.lsh-MM method is less affected by noise and only involves simple calculation, w.ich has a potential to be implemented in hardw.re and more suitable for real-time application.

This paper presents a long.short-term memory(LSTM)-based fault detection method to detect the multiple open-circuit sw.tch faults of modular multilevel converter(MMC)systems w.th full-bridg. sub-modules(FB-SMs).Eig.teen sensor sig.als of g.id voltag.s,g.id currents and capacitance voltag.s of MMC for sing.e and multi-sw.tch faults are collected as sampling.*** output sig.al characteristics of four types of sing.e sw.tch faults of FB-SM,as w.ll as double sw.tch faults in the same and different phases of MMC,are analyzed under the conditions of load variations and control command chang.s.A multi-layer LSTM netw.rk is devised to deeply ex.ract the fault characteristics of MMC under different faults and operation conditions,and a Softmax.layer detects the fault *** results have confirmed that the proposed LSTM-based method has better detection performance compared w.th three other methods:K-nearest neig.bor(KNN),naive bayes(NB)and recurrent neural netw.rk(RNN).In addition,it is hig.ly robust to model uncertainties and g.ussian *** validity of the proposed method is further demonstrated by ex.eriment studies conducted on a hardw.re-in-the-loop(HIL)testing.platform.

Line-commutated converter (LCC)-based hig.-voltag. DC (HVDC) systems have been integ.ated w.th bulk AC pow.r g.ids for interreg.onal transmission of renew.ble pow.r. The nonlinear LCC model bring. additional nonconvex.ty to optimal pow.r flow.(OPF) of hybrid AC-DC pow.r g.ids. A convex.fication method for the LCC station model could address such nonconvex.ty but has rarely been discussed. w. devise an eq.ivalent reformulation for classical LCC station models that facilitates second-order cone convex.relax.tion for the OPF of LCC-based AC-DC pow.r g.ids. w. also propose sufficient conditions for ex.ctness of convex.relax.tion w.th its proof. Eq.ivalence of the proposed LCC station models and properties, ex.ctness, and effectiveness of convex.relax.tion are verified using.four numerical simulations. Simulation results demonstrate a g.obally optimal solution of the orig.nal OPF can be efficiently obtained from relax.d model.

This paper proposes a critical clearing.time (CCT) estimation method by the domain of attraction (DA) of a state-reduction model of pow.r systems using.sum of sq.ares (SOS) prog.amming. By ex.loiting.the property of the Jacobian matrix.and the structure of the boundary of the DA, it is found the DA of the state-reduction model and that of the full model of a pow.r system are topolog.cal isomorphism. There are one-to-one correspondence relationships betw.en the number of eq.ilibrium points, the type of eq.ilibrium points, and solutions of the tw. system models. Based on these finding., an ex.anding.interior alg.rithm is proposed w.th SOS prog.amming.to estimate the DA of the state-reduction model. State trajectories of the full model can be transformed to those of the state-reduction model by orthog.nal or eq.iradius projection. In this w.y, CCT of a g.id fault is estimated w.th the DA of the state-reduction model. The calculational burden of SOS prog.amming.in the DA estimation using.the state-reduction model is rather small compared w.th using.the full model. Simulation results show.the proposed ex.anding.interior alg.rithm is able to provide a tig.t estimation of DA of pow.r systems w.th hig.er accuracy and low.r time costs.
