AIM： To.evaluate the mechanical and bio.hemical parameters o. co.o.ic anasto.o.ic healing in hypercho.estero.emic rats. METHo.S： Sixty rats were divided into.two.gro.ps o. 30 each acco.ding to.their dietary regimens. The test gro.p was fed with a high cho.estero.-co.taining diet fo. two.mo.ths while the co.tro. gro.p had standard diet. These two.gro.ps were further divided into.three subgro.ps co.sisting o. ten rats each. After hypercho.estero.emia was established, left co.o. resectio. and anasto.o.is were perfo.med in bo.h gro.ps and samples fro. liver and abdo.inal ao.ta were taken to.evaluate the systemic effects o. hypercho.estero.emia. Anasto.o.ic wo.nd healing, blo.-o.t pressures and tissue hydro.ypro.ine levels were evaluated. RESULTS： The test gro.p had a significant weight gain in two.mo.ths. Micro.co.ic examinatio. o. the abdo.inal ao.ta revealed no.athero.dero.ic change in no.e o. the gro.ps, but liver tissue specimens sho.ed significant steato.is in the test gro.p. Tissue hydro.ypro.ine levels and anasto.o.ic blo.-o.t pressures were significantly lo.er in the test gro.p than in the co.tro.s. Co.CLUSIo.： Hypercho.estero.emia no. o.ly increases hydro.ypro.ine levels and blo.-o.t pressures but also.wo.sens anasto.o.ic wo.nd healing.

As is well kno.n,the suppo.t vecto. machine( SVM) is based o. statistical learning theo.y( SLT)and perfo.ms its high precisio. o. data classificatio.. Ho.ever,the o.jective functio. is no.-differentiable at the zero.po.nt. Therefo.e the fast algo.ithms canno. be used to.train and test the SVM. To.deal with it,the pro.o.ed metho. is based o. the appro.imatio. pro.erty o. the hyperbo.a to.its asympto.ic lines. Firstly,we describe the develo.ment o. RHSSVM fro. the basic linear SVM o.timizatio. pro.ramming. Then we extend the linear mo.el to.no.-linear mo.el. We pro.e the so.utio. o. RHSSVM is co.vergent,unique,and glo.al o.timal. We sho. ho. RHSSVM can be practically implemented. At last,the theo.etical analysis illustrates that co.pared with o.her three typical mo.els,the ro.ated hyperbo.a mo.el has the least erro. o. appro.imating the plus functio.. Meanwhile,co.puter simulatio.s sho. that the RHSSVM can reduce the co.suming time at mo.t 54. 6% and can efficiently handle large scale and high dimensio.al pro.ramming.
